Went threw the drive up today gave the attendant 5 extra realized it and told her she wouldn't even come back to the window so i ask her for a receipt she gave me a slip that showed i paid with a credit card and shut the window i had my kids in the van so i couldn't pull over and come in never going back again so rude

Absolutely love the places I have been to I need to get my Mach 1 card set up rewards are awesome Nikki at the Champaign store does a great job along with the rest of the crew of course Always a cheaper price on gas then most gas stations

If your employees can't follow your new guidelines you will not see anymore business would rather wait the 7 hours for the grocery stores to open to get a simple snack. Rather than come back to rude employees

Paid for the Ultimate car wash $13. Got a rinse. There was no tri color foam or tire scrub, and definitely no wax! What a joke! Don't waste your money

I honestly don’t think that the lady behind the counter could have been any more uninterested or annoyed to help check me out. I politely waited until the two ladies behind the counter were finished with their conversation, because apparently customers come second, and then when she motioned for me to come up, I believe one word was said to me as I checked out. When my change was dropped from the machine, she was already rudely asking the next customer if they were ready to check out before I had even begun to step away. Very disappointed. Customer service is not her strong suit. I hope this issue is resolved.

My daughter stopped in today and ended up with gas spilling over and on her car due to the automatic shut off not working properly. She called me and I urged to report it, so noone else would have this issue. The attendant did not seem to care at all about her wasted expense on the gas, nor that there was gas on her car. So this trip cost her extra money for gas and a car wash......not good customer service. I mean, they have a car wash there. At least give her a free car wash and act like you care. I won't visit this station again. Terrible for customer service.

We tried to buy Alani drinks at the bloomington rd rd location in champaign,il they has a manufacturer sticker on the door for 3 for 7. Register would not discount and the the ladies working could have carried less. Went to circle k across the street and they had them 3 for 6 and it worked. Last time I will stop at that gas station

Bathrooms usually aren’t disgusting. It’s the only place that has the good slushies. The cashiers are always rude. No one seems to have social skills…no saying hello, no giving the total of your transaction, just chatting with each other or other random customers that hang out at the counter. Unfortunate that this is a decent gas station with deplorable customer service. Worth driving farther to go somewhere else.

Okay what's up good morning everybody afternoon ladies and gentlemen. I've been coming to this gas station for at least 15 years I don't know if it's been open that long but I'm going to stay that long. Every year when I'm on my way to my car shows I stopped at this gas station me and my friends and family on the way to Indianapolis on the way back from Indianapolis this will be the last time I go to it because they put in self-check at a gas station. How lazy do you have to be how many hungry do you have to be to put in self-check at a gas station. You stop at a gas station to get gas quick in and out it's not our fault that you can't trust your employees or whatever is going on but there's no reason to have a self-check at a damn gas station between Peoria and Indianapolis now I guess I've got to find a different gas station on the way here I've stopped here millions of times and you can look it up on my Google if you need to.

The woman working there tonight was very rude when I asked a simple question. I tried to tell her I wasn't trying to argue with her and she continued to talk down to me as if I was stupid for not bagging my drinks that I didn't know required to be bagged. She shouldn't be working in customer service.

The D&S IQ system in there is a nice system. I will say, the experience is good. Quick wash cycle, you get your spot free rinse as you drive out, and dryer time is generous. Only thing I have against this wash is exiting. If you get the $13 option, beware the tire shine might hinder your ability to drive out. I think my wheel kept hitting the bracket that supported such, and I drove through the dryers too quickly. Good system overall.

Gas had ethy. in high grade. Car wash was lackluster. Color foam was solid unlike others experiences, the big complaint is the underbody was totally nonfunctional. Unacceptable in this environment. I’m paying $10 to save my cars bones, not just shine the hood. Weird rinse and dry. You drive through rinse then it starts to dry. Kinda feels like you get shorted 30 sec on dry time. Very close to highway though.

I'm from out of town visiting for a week. I stopped in a few times since being here, Latrell was here two of those times. The whole staff has been friendly and professional but Latrell stood out to me, he helped me with a minor issue a few days ago but it was his genuine kindness that stood out to me.
