Very nice staff and great place for a car wash done by hand. They cleaned her up good and even did an excellent job on the inside. I asked and they did an engine wash for me and did an amazing job the engine looks brand new and very clean will definitely be coming here from now on.

I would come all the way from downtown Brooklyn to get my car washed here. I truly loved the work these guys put into my car. My one star review however, is based on the service rates unclearly listed. Listed on the board, a super bath is $40 for a car (that’s me, an Impreza Subaru hatchback.) they however decided to charge me $50 on my ticket. When I asked about the difference, the owner stated it’s because I have a hatchback, “which is considered an SUV.” Then proceeded to charge me more $5 more (he was doing me a favor for the travel cost). So my total ended up being $55! When I explained that my car is not an suv, a suburban size vehicle, he accused me of being confused! Because, of course, prices are not clearly listed on the board for car type and service, and I don’t know what type of car I have. They lost a loyal customer.

$60 cash for a small SUV Is insane. They cleaned the inside nice but the outside was still dirty. Came here 5 years ago and the place was clean and lively...now looks run down and disgusting. Never again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Came here to wash the car because of the reviews. They were very busy. Inside could fit only 3 cars at once so there was a line outside their shop. We got the $40 SUV super bath. At first from the outside it looks clean but when you inspect closely there were many areas that was not cleaned well. We had to wipe off some of those parts when we were home. It was better than a car wash machine, but not the best thorough cleaning we ever had from other shops.

I’ve come here a couple times when the other main hand wash spot is too busy and/or I just don’t feel like I need an actual and very good job done - which says a lot about this place. -The initial spray down should be done with a pressure washer, it’s not - a big gripe of mine -They just upgraded to a foam gun which is nice previously it was just soap and bucket. -they use a combo of hand blower and rags to clean the car Living in NYC, we’ve become accustom to a very high quality of work when it comes to a hand wash spot, this spot is the bare minimum and reminds of what hand wash spots were about 5/6 years ago. Honestly, I’ll keep coming back here and it will continue to be my secondary spot because 1) convenience, local and wait isn’t horrible 2) if I don’t need an actual real hand wash and need my car to be clean 3) $30 for an external wash only Thanks for reading,

This Hand wash is great. They take pride in their profession. I would highly recommend them, just try to be there an hour before closing. You won’t be disappointed, as you can personally watch them work. They’re also decent in pricing compared to local washes.

I have been a resident of this area for many years and recently decided to try your hand wash service for the first time. Unfortunately, was very disappointed with the experience. Despite the high cost, the cleaning was awful and the staff did not address specific areas even after I pointed out. Looks like greedy owner doesn’t pay enough his workers. Waste of money and time.

I come to this car wash to give business to my own Muslim people but they do a horrible job. I usually don’t post reviews but it’s like this almost every time I come here just waste of my money I could’ve done a way better job washing myself if anything. I won’t be coming here anymore.

Don’t go there, you will be left with scratches and car still dirty. And they will charge you for that! These pictures are after the wash. I was charged $80 for minivan. And the car is dirty and scratched. How do you manage to not clean it but scratch it in 5 places? This is the worse car wash I aver been to. Sloppiest job in the history of sloppiness! I tried to sort it out with a manager or owner but they are never there. I was told to call in an hour, then another hour and then they stopped picking up the phone. I also gut bunch of scratches all over the car paint completely chipped of in couple of places, this is outrageous. I can’t fathom what were they doing with my car to manage to do that.

After spending $60 + $10 tip for a car wash, my interior looks terrible and exterior is just okay. Extremely overpriced for the level of clean you get. I’m very disappointed. Floors were barely vacuumed, the mats are dirty, the surfaces were barely touched- I got a wipe and did it myself. I posted some of the photos of how it looked straight out of the car wash.

The price is clearly overpriced, and the quality of the hand car wash leaves much to be desired. I came in the morning and was the very first customer, but it felt like they just wanted to wash the car as quickly as possible and get me out. The wheels were still dirty, the car wasn’t properly wiped down, there were streaks left, and they didn’t even touch the interior. I don’t recommend it.
