I read the reviews and they seem to be mixed. I have only been here this one time, however, everything was great. I was surprised to see good quality towels to use to wipe down your car. The vacuum pressure was fantastic. They had glass cleaner available for you to use. And the air freshener smells wonderful.

always have a great experience at this car wash! 🚘✨ The wash itself is amazing and I love the different color lights as you go through it makes it fun every time. The vacuums are powerful, and I really appreciate that they also supply cleaner for the interior. On top of that, the staff is fantastic Josh and Tom are always super helpful and make sure I’ve got everything I need. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Luxe Car Wash in Wyomissing, PA, after noticing their facility while driving through the area, decided I'd give it a try. The modern appearance and the availability of included self-service vacuums—something I always look for in a car wash—sealed the deal. The car wash wasn’t overly crowded during my visit, but there was a steady flow of cars, which gave a positive impression of its popularity. At the payment kiosk, I was pleasantly surprised by a discounted wash offer when signing up for text alerts—what a win! The process was quick and seamless, and I was soon gliding through the colorful tunnel of lights and waterworks. The automated wash process was efficient and enjoyable, featuring a tunnel illuminated with lights and equipped with various cleaning mechanisms. After the forced air dryers, a unique arm with spinning microfiber cloths gently contacted the car's surface, effectively minimizing water spots and providing a polished finish. What stood out was the additional step after the forced air dryers—a spinning microfiber arm gently caressing the car’s body, significantly reducing water spots and leaving a polished finish from bumper to bumper. While I did need to towel-dry the side doors a bit, the availability of courtesy towels near the vacuums made it convenient. The vacuum system was impressive, with excellent suction power that cleaned thoroughly, paired with a precision air gun that tackled tight spaces with ease. However, I did encounter an issue-- my only downside was while inside the wash tunnel, my front license plate was mangled, which was a bit concerning. While PA typically only requires rear plates, this could be a potential issue for others. Although this may not affect many customers, I feel it's worth noting for those, especially those with front plates mounted. Overall, I had a positive experience at Luxe Car Wash, appreciating the modern facilities, efficient service, and thoughtful amenities. Due to the issue with my front license plate, is the reason I rated my experience 4 out of 5 stars.

Absolutely love Luxe Car Wash! I have three cars that I bring here, 2004 Truck, 2013 Jeep and an 2025 Bronco and the service is top of the line, from start to finish for all vehicles. The staff is friendly, professional, and really pays attention to detail. They even make sure that all the bug guts come off my car! My cars come out looking brand new! The tire shine is the best of the best! They even got the tough spots I thought would never come out when i tried to do it myself. Super fast, super clean, and reasonably priced for the quality you get. Highly recommend to anyone who wants their vehicle treated right!

Today Sunday February 8th At Around 12:40Pm I Had a problem with the new manager, he was very rude with towards me, as I previously told the other guys that with the new Pennsylvania plates the reader is not reading my plate and everything I go to the car wash I have to wait for an employee to open the gate for me, well today I honked so someone can open the gate for me and the new manager came talking to to me with attitude and telling that he won’t open the gate, I told him to have some respect for me as I’m a loyal customer I been coming here since the first day you guys opened, all he said was I don’t care and that I won’t be using the car wash no more. Please have someone talk to him about his attitude and to have more respect towards the customers.

Stopped in for a wash, vacuum and an interior wipe down. I was very disappointed. The first bay I pulled into the vacuum did not have suction, clean towels or cleaning supplies. The customer next to me said she had go around the building to find some. I moved my car to another bay for a better vacuum and went in the office for towels. I was told they were in the dryer and they only have 60 available and you are limited to 2 towels. He said he would bring them out in another 10 minutes. I told him where I was parked and I would begin vacuuming. Towels did not show up but another employee came out to take the cleaners. I found a couple of dirty towels to wipe down the inside panels and decided to call it a day. I’ve used other franchises and was very pleased. I’d have to pass on LUX.

Update I was not charged for the top of the line watch and they went out of their way to try to clean my wheels as best as possible I'm up in there waiting to four stars . Just upgraded my package to the top of the line one doesn't seem worth it to the extra $17 a month tire shine is not really shiny rims are still just as dirty as when I went in I think I'll have to switch back to the regular cheap plan I had prior which was definitely worth it. I have been thinking about trying a different car wash at this point. Also my windows do not come out dry or clean the top plan is like $40 which is definitely not worth it to me hopefully I can switch back even at $20 a month it gets costly also half the time I go there they're closed due to the weather

Overall great experience, just needed to get the dust off and it did just that and slightly more!! Excellent customer service all around. Matt is a nice fella stepped out to ask if there was any issues with the wash and even through in a car freshener so if you or a friend need a wash. Definitely take your car here they do it right !!!
