I don’t normally leave bad reviews because I don’t have that much time on my hands to do it but I feel that people deserve to know about this place I made over 10 appointments with this detail place the guy I spoke to is named Mike every single time I made an appointment with him he has not shown up and he always comes up excuses and doesn’t answer my phone calls afterwards I own a dealership so i’ve done a lot of business with detail shops and this is by far the worst one they don’t know how to do business I do not recommend anybody to call and make an appointment with them because it is a complete waste of time I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and from what I hear the people that did get details from them they do horrible work and they overcharge but I figured I’ll give them a shot and that was a very bad decision on my part

Scam alert!! Please be aware!! Also, very sketchy requests! I never leave reviews, but would like to try to save you the headache of booking this service. I booked an appointment online through Lux Mobile Wash website, paid for my deposit, and got immediate confirmation that it was confirmed and that I would receive a call soon to also confirm. I asked my roommate to stay at home for the day I had scheduled. I never received a call to confirm, which I found unsettling. I called the number and left a voicemail, and immediately got a call back! It turns out that they had another appointment scheduled for the time I had booked, and could not detail my car, so they would cancel the appointment and refund my deposit. I appreciated this, but asked if we could instead reschedule. Here comes the sketchy part. He agrees to reschedule, offers a 3 pm time slot. I said, my roommate who I arranged to be their during the day can't be there, but I live in a safe neighborhood so could leave my car open. He says yes, but asks me to leave my keys for him in case he gets locked out while detailing. ... Seriously? He expects me to leave my keys in the car??? I agree (but was not planning on it, figured I'd just run home if he got locked out). Anyways, he promises to call again as it gets closer to 3 pm, and as you may expect, he never does. It's now been almost a week with me calling every other day asking for an update, a call back, or my money back. No reply. Left multiple voicemails. Thought, despite all my misgivings about his sketchy behavior as above, that I would like to try to support a small local business? However, enough is enough. This is a total scam, if this is a legitimately run business then my only verdict is that it's an extremely poorly managed one. I am now working with my credit card company to try to get back my deposit.

Mike and his teammate not only did a fantastic job, but made it so convenient for us. I added an extra SUV last minute, and they completed an interior detail on both cars in much less time than they had quoted. It was nice to have them come to us so we could continue to go about our day, rather than waste it away at a shop. Not to mention the cost was comparable or less than other places that you must drive to. Thanks Mike! We’ll be calling again for our next cleaning.

Mike was professional, on time, and did a beautiful job with my SUV. After I left the window down accidentally during a rain storm, the car started to have a mildew smell. Mike came over and worked some magic on the carpets and leather. The car has no odor now and is spotless. As a plus, I love that the car doesn’t have a strong “perfume like” smell like other details I’ve had. It just smells clean and I very much appreciate that. Thanks Mike!!

Our leased car had some pretty rough scratches before we had to return it to the dealership. Since I needed the car detailed quickly and have a busy schedule, I thought I would be out of luck. I talked to Mike and he said he can make it work with any type of schedule. He ended up coming to /my work/ and finished before my lunch break! Not only that - he made the car look cleaner than it did when we got it! The scratches were gone and the car looked fantastic. The price beats all the competition. You don't just get what you pay for - you get even more. If anything - we saved money using his service! Mike definitely earned my trust and we've been using his service for all our cars ever since.
