My family always had a positive experience resulting in years of fidelity to getting all of our cars washed here. Never ever had an issue. My husband got a new SUV where we noticed the roof got pretty scratched up. My husband only called to speak to the owner to let him know -"hey you should know that this happened". He didn't even to get to finish his sentence when the owner accused him of being a liar! Well okay the nine cars we have in our family who always got our cars washed there-bye bye-NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE- REAL NICE-beware higher roofed SUV's take a picture of your roof and check it before running through this particular car wash. If something happens at least you will have proof. Good luck to the angry owner-I am sorry that something must be wrong in your life for you to be rude, accusative and uncaring.

Herbie’s is open again and much improved in my opinion. I took my car there today and it came out noticeably cleaner than it did with the prior system. As a heads up, their car wash is no longer touchless, but what does touch your car seems gentle and I didn’t notice any scratches after. The wash does seem to move faster as well.

I don’t normally make comments but I have to do this one. This is the worse car wash I have been to. Plus the machine charge my account $10.00 to use their vacuum. When it should be just $2.00. There is no rags available to use. The air in the vacuum don’t work properly. Will never recommend this car wash facility to anyone.

I have been here a couple times and it's great. Prices are reasonable. The bats have a touch free type of setup but people follow the car in and apply some hand washing as well which is great to get rid of some stubborn stuff like windshield gunk and break dust that touch free setups have trouble with. When the wash is done, they dry off your car with towels. If you tip like a decent human being you pay a little more than you might usually for a wash but it's worth it.

Great car wash, i go there all the time. The crew of guys that work it are friendly, organized and they do their assigned jobs well. From entry to exit, their system works, from helping you pick and pay for the wash you want to brushing tires with soap, hand sponge bathing your car during pre-soak, hand towel drying after exiting the wash, its fantastic. It's not always perfect, especially when they are busy and rushing to get cars in and out to minimize wait times, the line can sometimes be over an hour long, this is how popular they are. Great place to get your car cleaned. There are also two vacuuming stations available.

Exceptional car wash because of the by-hand pre-wash and by-hand wipe down at the end. Pricing gives lets you choose from simple wash for $16 to extra fancy finishes at $30. I got wax and a finish for $23. Entrance is on the cross street not Hwy 18.

I didn't get any of the extras just the $16 I think it's the deluxe wash. Did a great job the car was really clean and the added bonus at the end of the wash their were two or three guys toweling off the whole car. I didn't know at the time that their would be manual labor drying the car if I did I would have been sure to bring some cash to give to them they did a smashing job and I must say very courteous and professional. FYi if you use the vending machine or the vacuum your debit card will be charged $10 regardless if you only got a 5 minute vacuum use. It takes a few days but eventually the $10 charge will drop off and you will be charged the correct amount . This was surprising for me and new don't really understand why it has to charge $10 for the initial charge instead of the correct amount. But this place is nice and I would recommend

It costs $50 per month for the most basic wash here. And the car NEVER comes out fully clean, rinsed and dried. That’s absolutely insane. Prestige charges me much less per month for their BEST wash, and it comes out perfect every time. If you’re thinking about a subscription, its a no brainer; go with Prestige. This place obviously doesn’t know the cost of soap. Fix your prices.

I live down the street from this car wash and I had the worst experience today. The car wasn’t clean. It wasn’t even dry. I walked out to check if the guys tried it well the rear end of the car was still wet and I pointed to him hey there’s still water here the guy Went to grab a white towel. Gave it to me at to wipe it myself. I had a cash tip in my hand I didn’t even bother giving it to him. This is the worst experience I’ve had here and it’s always been great. I don’t know what they were thinking about today, but I don’t think I’ll be coming here for a while or ever again

My suv always came out clean & shiny when I went there. They are not the same anymore. There is some kind of residue on my rims & dirt spots all over the body. I gave the guy that does the scrubbing a $5 tip. He did not do a good job on the rims. I gave the wiper guys $3. I got it done on July3rd & it was not busy at all. I didn’t notice the shabby job until the next day. Never again.
