After several years at this car wash and 3 owners later I'm taking my business elsewhere. For 2 weeks in a row my antenna has been broken off and paint has been scratched in the process. I filled out a report and recieved a phone call. I was told it was the way I drove into the wash or my truck since no one else has had the problem. My all factory 2 wheel drive F150 that's directed by staff into the wash is the reason why my antenna has been broke 2 weeks in a row. I could care less about the $50 I spent on antennas that you said without me asking you couldn't take care of. What I care about is solving the problem and preventing future occurrences. You have cameras and computers. You could absolutely provide assurance that you would make sure it didn't happen again in the exact same spot in the wash. Instead you chose to blame and not create a solution. Hope this helps someone decide what car wash to spend their money at!

In town for a conference and stopped in for a quick wash with a company I have a membership in. This particular site is under new ownership but the people operating it were BEYOND generous and kind. They gladly gave me a top of the line free car wash! I am so grateful for their service and care and will definitely be stopping back whenever I'm in town. Thank you so much!

This car wash used to be a family favorite. The best vacuums and the duck on the windshield was the kids fav! However I just left here and it was awful . None of the vacuums work. The spray bottles are broken. I had to move spots three times to find a working vacuum. They really let this place go.

Great carwash! love the rolling cloth at the end that makes sure the windshield & hood is spotless. Vacuum has good suction & the mat cleaner is a bonus. Worth every penny of the $40 monthly unlimited pass!

Never going here again. They knocked my mirror back didn't put it back scratched the back of my car as he scrubbed the car manually and dented my side door only gave me my money back. I'm going to manually wash my car from now on this is sad because this is the 3rd place something happen like this.

Love this carwash! All the attendants are detail oriented and really work to make sure that my car is clean. I’ve never been in a car wash that has the features Luckys has. The vacuums were great and the whole establishment is very clean. Prices are great and you can’t do any better in the Tulsa Metro area.

I love this place so much, after moving to midtown from the Tulsa Hills area I continued my membership! Not only do I feel the service itself is great but the real reason I keep coming back is the people! Shey and Caleb are usually the ones to help me and they are always so willing. Fantastic customer service, and locally owned. Can’t beat it!

They have a $5 car wash with free vacuum which isn't bad of course they offer upgrades and all kinds of packages at different prices. The only issue I had was the first spot I pulled in for the vacuum didn't work very well. I checked the one next to me and it worked much better so with a simple change to a new spot I was able to fully vacuum my vehicle well. They also provide spray bottles with window cleaner and microfiber towels which worked great because I have fur-babies who sometimes are window lickers (smudges happen) and they have the air guns to blow clean the cracks and crevices of the vents or doorways. I like that a lot cause not every car wash place has those but dust and grime and buildup happen. The staff working were very friendly and even had a treat for the fur-babies. The dash wipe they provided I used when I was done for my hands. Since they had microfiber towels I could use everywhere else because sometimes when you get done with cleaning your car you end up with dirty hands. It didn't take too long to stop in and get a quick wash done.

I miss when it was Lucky's. It used to be great $6 washes. This wasn't bad, it just felt overpriced after before.

This location at the 71st and Elwood area in Tulsa used to be Time to shine car wash under previous ownership. It was my go to car wash for many years. It was known for quality of wash, great powerful vacuums, clean rags, and equipment was always working properly. They had a superior cleaning spray that had a nice fragrance. I would use inside and out. This location is now called Lucky car wash and under new ownership. New years day was my first time to try this newly named/owned car wash and what a disappointment! The bay I pulled into had vacuum that wasn't powerful so I decided to try the one on the passenger side which didn't work at all. I had to pull out to find another bay with better vacuum that worked. The detailing air nozzle had the tip missing from the handle. The rags were sparse and the cleaning solution is different and substandard. The rags didn't seem that clean and their blue cleaning solution seemed diluted and no fragrance. I had to go home and redo my windows inside and out. I never had to do that from the previous ownership of Time to Shine. I am not a happy camper with this Lucky car wash and will be looking for a new car wash to go to.

I usually come here periodically because I just stop at whatever closest car wash there is. BUT you guys will have my devotion from here on out. Your employee (Misty) went above and beyond to get bird poop and sap off of my car with extra scrubbing and a power washer!! Appreciated that so much!

Not only were my windows scrubbed clean of bugs before I even entered the car wash, but I was impressed with overall wash. Places that are usually neglected by the automatic car washes were shiney. I also loved that they not only had a mat washers and towels for use but also squirt bottles of window cleaner. Definitely my favorite carwash in Tulsa

This was my second visit to Lucky’s Car Wash, and I just have to say — the owners were incredibly kind and genuinely helpful. I’ve been to a lot of car washes over the years, but I’ve never received service this good. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back — 5 stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Not my favorite. It's a shorter automatic car wash at least in my experience. And so my truck windows don't look as clean. And yet it was as far as I can remember the most expensive car wash I've ever been to. I chose the silver or second tier option and it was $20. Maybe I'm old-fashioned but I expect quite a lot for $20. It would take me almost an hour of work to earn that car wash lol and it did not do $20 worth of work on my truck. Really now that I've written this I'm going to lower my review from three stars to two because that's a rip off. It would be one thing if I left there thinking this is the cleanest my truck has ever looked. They did an amazing job. But that's just not the case it looks okay or even good but it's not great or the best. And it's $6 more expensive here than it would have been in Claremore. So I think they need to lower their prices. I also think they need to not rush the attendant who is using the brush right before the automatic car wash. Give that person a little bit more time. Seeing as how we're paying you $20 for a 2 minute car wash. I think you could afford to allow that guy more than 45 seconds or whatever lol.

Dryer roller broke my windshield wiper. Told management as soon as it happened and they passed it along to the owners but never heard back. Checked in last week to follow up and they said they would reach out again. Disappointing because I had to pay out of pocket to fix because my windshield wipers wouldn’t work after the damage. Workers are great and have great attitudes. Issues seem to be on owner/management side. EDIT: I got an email from the district manager saying that management had dropped the ball and that they were investigating it and that they needed a couple of days to check through everything. That was a little over two weeks ago. 🙃
