I'm sticking with Safeway! I downloaded a few of the coupons on the rewards app but most didn't work. A clearance item didn't scan the correct price. Shelves were bare through parts of the store including the freezer. I did buy one of the 2 loafs of French bread. Explains why the parking lot is always empty. Cost me about 30% more than Safeway, a waste of my time and money.

I love this Lucky's! They have friendly service and I feel like Lucky's always has what I need. It's a classic grocery store layout/style. It's well lit. They are usually well staffed, on busy hours it feels like it can get a bit hectic for them though. I feel like the shelves are always well stocked and mostly organized. I like that they don't seem to stock shelves when people are shopping - I often go to Safeway on my breaks because it's close, and they constantly have people with carts and larger industrial carts stocking things and standing in the way.. I like Lucky's rewards program and their sales are decent and frequent enough to keep me interested. I very much enjoy their store coupons, it definitely keeps me coming back. Thanks Lucky's!!

Useful if you live close to it. They sometimes have better prices than other stores, but you have to check their deals and go in to see if there's a manager's special or something. Staff is nice. One cashier went to the trouble of digging through a trash bin at another station to find me two more milk coupons that I needed to get a free milk gallon, and she wasn't even feeling well! It was very nice of her.

Very painful. Used self checkout because in a hurry. Literally every item flagged, no employ could help because….well….you know, talking to your friends about getting ear piercings is super urgent. Ugh!

I just want to to give a shout to store employee Hector. I went their today, he was very pleasant, helpful and he was being a cashier and helping customers with self checkout when needed. He always had a smile on his face. He juggled both areas quickly and with professionalism. I hope you know what a valuable employee you have in him.

Just want to compliment how quick and polite the staff is at this lucky. The prices are also the best on the Peninsula. Also my compliments to the bakery deli staff who make things tasty and fresh when compared to the absolute shockingly bad performance of Safeway in seaside. It us rare for me to do a review of a supermarket. The layout was open and inviting. Presentation in the whole store, including fruit and vegetables, was excellent. Staff were friendly and had pride in their work. A+!!

Nice little Lucky's in Sand City, located close to Beach. This is an old school lucky store inside, lots of space and a wide layout, low prices and they had what I needed. Everyone here nice and friendly.

Visited the Store from Texas out of State . I was very impressed the store looked nice and clean and stocked. The employees were very nice and answered any questions I had. The cashier was friendly and took care of me with a smile. I believe her name was Maya. I needed some quarters and I was able to get money back with my purchase and get them in quarters. Wonderful experience. I can definitely tell that this store works hard and take pride in their Store.. Wish I could remember the name of the lady working in the produce she told me that on Thursday they would be having great prices in the produce ,fruits etc. it was in the evening on Wednesday the 20th . Thank you so much for a great and memorable shopping experience. 💛

Decent store always well stocked prices are a little bit iffy. They’re borderline getting up into the prices of a knob Hill type store which everyone knows is pretty expensive not quite Whole Foods level but close to it so I say definitely download the ad for the store and pay attention to the digital ad when it’s working on your electronic devices and if you do go into the store prior to going in pull up the ad on your phone because Wi-Fi is is dicey inside the store so you might not get any reception and you make it up to the register and the ad doesn’t work for you and when it comes to that the staff is not very helpful when it comes to the digital ads, it might just be more of a lack of knowledge of Internet when it comes to work related things unlike streaming or something like that
