Awful customer service over the phone. Called at 11 P.M. at night and whoever was working made fun of my me and my sons lisp as we have a genetic speech impediment. Shame on them and should be fired.

When going in the store for a car wash and a cup of ice, it's was posted that a cup of ice costs $0.35. the attendant, Luis, told me that I could not use the UFC promotional cup and that I had to take the smallest cup for free or I had to pay full price... He charged me a $1.69 for a cup of ice! Maybe 7-11 needs to teach their attendants something about customer service. For $1.34 Luis could have avoided a bad review and a disgruntled former customer... Which we both know will cost 7-11 a lot more than $1.34...ps I didn't even use the UFC cup!

The 2 ladies in the morning have the worst customer service and the worst energy. They’re not polite at all and get mad when you order hot food. The store is dirty and their coffee station is always empty- it’s as if they don’t stock during rush hours. They also park right in front of the store which clearly is parking for customers not employees. Overall the best 711 I have ever visited.

I have been going to former Valero in sand city for years, it became a family environment for me so i continue to go until the new owner decided to let the previous employee leave without any care at all. The employees had a choice either stay n accept a cut in their hourly wages when most have put in time, dedication, n hard work. Wow unbelievable then to hire employees that present themselves lack of personal hygiene, n lack of self respect, integrity, professionalism n cuatomer service. The Asian chic name Lyn or Lin stare me down, not a hello or a thank u? Customer service requires a smile, a hello, n a thank u n if my looks weigh her down perhaps " take a shower, wash the hair ( greasy), brush your teeth, put color on your face, clean your nails (they have to touch food there too), n please wear a bra. Her BF zipper or buttons were not ALL close n he works there too along with an employee that decided to stay, no personality, n greasy hair as well. WHAT WAS THE NEW OWNER THINKING? Paying at minimum wage n hiring incompetent people that lacks personal hygiene is a way to show HE DOESN'T CARE much about anything except for the money. Its gross, n embarrassing! Employees need to look presentable not look disgusting.

The women who work there are the rudest I have ever encountered. Disgusting, argumentative, yelling, profanity. I will NEVER be back! (Curly dark brown hair & long grey hair with glasses on and missing teeth.) Beware of this place!

This Is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tanya was the cashier that day. Her supervisor came and talk to me trying to help asking questions, “did you buy coffee” and “did you buy this” then went to check the video for that transaction but did not come back from the other room. I still need to pick up my kid at school so I ask the other cashier to call them to come back in and she said they reviewing the video. Apparently to Tanya that was yelling so she came out saying I shouldn’t yell and “if I throw money at you, that’ll be wrong right?” then told me to never come back again.

Car wash is broken during monterey car week. Ran dry brush on cars without water. The guy ahead of me had a nice BMW that got scratched up and the owner threatened to call cops on him when he complained. Stay away from car wash.

Today March 23, 2020 ( between 4: 30 PM and 5: 30 PM) I went to 7/11 gas station to redeem my car wash coupon that I had paid one month earlier on 22 February 2020. Today was the last day to redeem the coupon; though it is heavy cast and rain is expected anytime, further in these days of Covid- 19 scare, who would want to even go out. I did it thinking I will be sitting my car and not coming.in contact with any one. I was destined to encounter something that was like a comedy show - except that the unprofessional, uncouth and offensive behavior at this 7/11 gas station came from no one else but apparently the store manager.. I entered the code for Car wash that was accepted and went ahead but the system did not function. I tried backing up and forward again several times - followed the instructions but in vain. So I pulled out and went to the store to ask for help. Here is how the manager handled my situation that will give readers an idea what kind of behavior and service we get. I handed store in-charge the coupon saying that I tried using it but the system did not work. All he needed was to ask me what had happened and tried to resolve it. Instead, he grabbed my receipt and checked in a computer. Here is what followed:- Store i/C : Your coupon is redeemed. Me: Yes. I tried but the system did not work, which is why I am here. Store "Your coupon was redeemed yesterday ( March 22). The Car wash system has never been down for a month now. If you had a problem, you should have come to me, yesterday." Me: I was never here yesterday ( March 22). I came only today. To make it light I said, if you can prove it that I came yesterday, I will pay you instead the $ 10 worth of car wash.. Store I/C" Wait here. Let me check the video.again ( He goes to the back office and disappears for good 10 minutes. . Returns back with a half sheepish and half angry look Store I/C: Your receipt says, the coupon has already been redeemed. Me: ( now he is getting under my skin). " Again; I got gas from here one month ago (on Feb 22) and got a car wash coupon because that day the car wash system was down, so I came only today - being the last day. Today, my coupon was accepted and I was let in for the wash but the system did not function. Store manager : Oh! Let me check the video again. ( he walks up to the car wash system; all the while on the phone and then returns after 5- 7 minutes) Store i/C returns: The video shows, you have been in the car wash system for 6 Minutes after redeeming your coupon? ( By now I am in the store for over 20 minutes. and now it is becoming hard to keep my cool) Me: Do you think I would be standing here arguing with you, if I had used the coupon and got the car washed. Store i/C: * changes his argument).. "I looked at the video and it shows you came from the other direction and parked in front of the store" Me: Yes I came out of the car wash system and then drove here to your front. Are you saying I did not go to car wash at all. Store Manager: Well The video says you car came from the other side. Me: I have now lost it. YOU JUST VERIFIED I WAS IN THERE FOR 6 minutes inside the car wash and NOW YOU SAY that I came from the other direction meaning. I AM LYING. Store I/C" CALM DOWN OR ELSE LEAVE THE STORE. ME: I AM NOT LEAVING UNTIL YOU RESOLVE THE PROBLEM Store I/C: ( Scribbles a phone number on paper with a 0202 number that goes no where . CALL MY CORPORATE NUMBER OR GET OUT OF THE STORE. ( He storms into back office again) ME: This number does not work.. ( I hand the slip back to another woman clerk, who goes back to hand him over) STORE I/C Returns ( apparently after speaking to someone higher. " FOLLOW ME to the car wash with your car... I start walking to the car. STAT SIX FEET AWAY FROM ME.... I drive to the car wash .. and now he punches some code and allows me into the car wash again and then waits... then YELLS -- you are good to GO... and disappears back to his store...... It took me one hour in this whole ordeal!!!! WHO OWES ME AN APOLOGY????

The attendants are great! Super friendly and helpful. I think a sign needs to be posted at the car wash when it’s having issues so customers can make an informed decision wether or not to use it. When you purchase “The Works” you should get the works which includes drying the whole car.

Best place ever to shop. But I have to say, the short Hispanic Woman, who works there, two nights a week there, must have nerves of Steel. I don't know, how she can just stand quietly, when An African American person. Who is younger, taller & much stronger, then her, is yelling at her, while she is cleaning a tray, at the small sink, by the coffee maker. Two weeks ago, another African American person, dropped a glass bottle & broke it, She said, she did that on purpose. Before walking out. I work in the late evening hours & only, stop by, when she there, before heading home to Gilroy. This Cashier, is always moving around, hard at work, soft music playing on the radio, not that other stuff. But, she's always getting yelled at & disrespected, by these ill mannered, African Americans people. And just Stands there quietly. I could go on & tell about All the other times, I seen her get mistreated. But instead, I'll just end here, with.. Come join us... And see for yourself, what really goes on at night. Before you make another comment.

Went to go get my car washed and found my car still really dirty after the wash. Asked if I could go thru again and found out that the cashier's claim no authority over the car wash and you may NEVER receive a refund because the manager doesn't like to give them out. I will not wash my car here again, for $2 more you can get your car washed near the Safeway in seaside and get a free vacuum.

My brother has a speech impediment and asked if they have a certain slurpee and they were making fun of him and saying that is why your father left. My brother has had a lot of bullying issues and we’re not trying to let his speech impediment get in the way of him being able to live his life. The lady didn’t believe anything we were saying and didn’t apologize. She says that why would we let my brother call if he has a speech impediment. When I tried to defend him they kept saying why we should let him call. I’m sorry I’m not the one to complain, but when it comes to my young brother with a speech impediment I don’t let things slide. My brother gets bullied regularly and I’m upset. She then later asked why don’t I come in to address the situation, but why would I support a place that is disrespectful to people with disabilities. This call happened around 11:30 pm.

I honestly can't go back to this place anymore. I remember there was a really nice Indian couple that used to be there, not sure what happened? Maybe they moved on to a better place. I go in every other day for two red bulls a sandwich and some cheese sticks not any more. At around 8:30 1.2.21 a women was working. I was standing at the register waiting and didn't say anything and waited a few minutes. Finally says Did you need something. Yeah I'm ready to check out. The customer service is always horrible now. I'm a manager and customers always come first, no matter what I'm doing. I'd fire everyone working that morning. Never going back.

Morning staff lady was incredibly rude, has no name tag, no uniform, no soap in bathroom, she treated us like garbage. This all because we asked to use the restroom after spending $50. Talked to me like I'm a child, giving me a 2 minute limit in the men's bathroom. Ultimately she told us that we "can go to any other 7 eleven." And I will. I will not support a business with rude and racist employees! It's too bad because I've always been a good customer and always been respectful. I've never had a problem before, used the restroom, no problem. I'm sure that most of the staff would recognize me as a valued, regular customer. Overall I feel that her behavior towards me was race related. I am appalled, insulted, and completely discouraged after my visit today. Disgusting.

Car wash shut off mid use. They gave me a voucher for free car wash but I’m not from the area so I can’t use it. I had to go to shell next to Home Depot and get another wash. said owner would be there in an hour I came back and they never came.

*Review for doordash orders here* I don’t understand why some of the customer service ladies are so miserable with attitudes. I've come there 3 times over the past 3 months to use my door dash credits. Each time there has been a problem. This last time the lady gave me so much grief because I placed my order at 730am, but showed up at 430pm to pick up and she has no idea what order I'm talking about. She asked for 20 minutes to research and put together like 4 Gatorades for my order. In the meantime, I'm confused because I got an email at 8am saying my order is ready for pick up. So I'm not sure where the disconnect is... I'm emailed to come pick up, they get hours to get these Gatorades ready in a bag, and when I show up I'm told to wait 20 min with 3 kids in the car? Any normal person would be frustrated especially when they slap you rudeness on top of it. I'm done coming here...3 strikes and you're out!
