Purchase building materials and was given option for next day delivery, which we paid for. Was delivered two days later by some random guy who just pushed the materials off of the flatbed trailer. Anyone who works with lumber knows that it's supposed to be laid flat.

Everybody loves coming to this store including myself. And now that I joined the rewards program I am earning points, can easily reorder or pull up receipts and my veterans discount is no longer a hassle. I spend a lot in the paint section and a while lot in the lawn and garden department. My plants are always healthy and I usually leave feeling like I got my moneys worth

My mother and father recently purchased zero turn mower from this location. To be fair, it was delivered from the Lender location, but this location has responsibility as they made the sale. It finally got delivered today. It’s filthy, the blades are rusted, the battery is dead, and the battery cables are rusted. This is what $4,000 gets you at Lowe’s.

We are great customers at this Lowes store and usually experience a high level of customer support and courtesy. We have supported this Lowe's since it opened and live closeby. We have several properties and this is our go to store. We were treated poorly by a supervisor this morning. She was rude and condescending.

Last night we were helped immensely by 2 young men in the Lumber Department. I drive a Jeep Renegade and we bought a 12 ft long board to use as shelving. Needless to say, it would not fit inside the Jeep. It was the end of the night, Lowes was closing and these 2 young men had to deal with us trying to get this 12 ft long board on top of my Jeep. They were patient and helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I had gotten their names. Thanks guys! We made it all the way to Anderson! :D These guys deserve a medal for dealing with us! :D

I very much dislike self checkout. Seems when I am shopping the same lady is “watching” people checkout. Or she hovers way too close!!! It is very annoying. I can see the scan code, I do not need her to come and point them out to me. I also do not need her to push buttons on the computer screen for me. I am a Lowes Pro card holder. For simple checkouts I go to self scan. But if this lady is working. I will go to the pro desk from now on. She is beyond annoying. She also acts of if you are going to steal everything.

Needed Lumber asked for assistance was told by several different people when they come to ask me what I needed. Oh someone will be with you shortly because they had to get the lumber from an upper shelf and no one wanted to help me. I stood there for 30 to 40 minutes waiting for someone to help me and no one would. I used to love going to Lowe’s but now if they can’t help for 10 boards they don’t need my business.

No one to be found to unlock a trimmer. 5 people sitting at the front counter 1 person helping a customer the other 4 just talking. Ask for assistance, do any of them get up to go unlock the trimmer, nope. Just called on the PA. Wait a few minutes, no one shows up. Go back up to the front counter and ask for assistance again, do any of the 5 come and unlock it, nope just call on the PA again. No one shows up. Finally saw a guy named Victor busting his ass helping several people. He was very nice and took care of it in no time. Lowe’s continues to reinforce why I typically go to Home Depot. This kind of stuff falls completely on the local managers, corporate is paying to have staff at the store. Management is allowing them to be useless and frustrate customers. What should have taken me 5 mins took 40 and left me never wanting to come back.

Honestly the last few years Ive not been super happy with Lowes. Paige changed that today. Had to change 1 ofnthe 3 pickup orders due to product quality. Mid pickup so had to go by the return desk. Paige was kind enough to walk with me all the way back to lumber to address the problem directly. Excellent service.

Ill give 2 stars simply because its not the fault of the employees of the store, but the stupid online processing, and 3rd party delivery system they've cultivated to take advantage of paying customers. I ordered a maytag pet pro washer and dryer online, with pedastals. Wanted it delevered and installed asap as we were out a Dryer. online said nothing about picking anything up, and magically after clicking submit, the pedastals now have to be picked up at the college station lowes, instead of bryan. Now the Washer and Dryer are set to be delivered and installed the next day, and pedastals would arrive 10 days later. I told the delivery and installation team when they showed up all of this. But they assured me this would be fine, I could pickup the pedastals and they'd come out and install them, no problem. Picked up the pedastals a few days ago, new team came out to set them up and somehow the universal pedastals that worked for everyone else, arent t he right ones and they wouldnt be able to complete. These poor guys had 5 more stops to complete before driving back to houston and it was already 4pm. I called back this location trying to speak to anyone. I have a recording of them shuffling me around for 40 minutes, picking up to reset the timer, and disconnecting me 3x. I also have recorded evidence of the install team in my garage talking about how they needed to get to thenext stop. This purchase and install has been a nightmare from start to finish. Online orders are not recommeneded, and honestly i wouldnt recommend install by their teams for ANYTHING. they'll do anything they can to push you to the end of the line or do it another day because they have 10 installs and 3 hours worth of travel to do a day. I had home depot in college station for my whole kitchen appliance install and purchase and it was so much better. This is my first and last dealing with lowes in college station, probably lowes in general. Moriah had been super helpful on pedastal pickup day, but unfortunately those were either the wrong pedastals, or the delivery team just wanted to push me off and get to on of their next stops and come back and do it another time. this is their second attempt at installing, and failing. I dont even know what to do. RUN TO HOME DEPOT

I recently learned that loyalty means nothing to lowe’s! We have spent a lot of money at their stores for more years than I can count (13k+ this yr alone). I placed an online order for something I needed that was a really great price offered in the lowe’s app. I have gold key status and receive special offers from time to time, so I was excited that they had finally offered me a great deal on something I could actually use! Lowe’s cancelled my order with no explanation the next morning via email. I went into the store and spoke with the manager asking why the order was cancelled. I was told that corporate had made a mistake, so they cancelled the order and she would not be able to override their decision. Big Mistake! I found a competing store that would honor that deal. Their myLowes rewards system is an absolute joke! I get better rewards at competing stores and unlike lowe’s, they value my business! Bye lowe’s!
