Love this store! Customer Service spot on! I only visited the garden section, but they had two gentlemen working, who offered help within 30 seconds of me staring at the rock. The one gentleman assisted me in picking the best stone color and texture. Then they willingly offered to get the rocks and load into my car... Say WHAT?!!! The cashier was sweet, efficient, and polite. I pulled my vehicle up and the two gentlemen loaded with not one complaint, and they wished me a great day. Prices are very reasonable too. This is why I shop at this Lowe's. Customer service and care is valuable!

I recently experienced some frustrating issues with a SunRun representative, Lotis Gray, during my visit to the Hemet Lowe's. Lotis assured me that the backup battery would automatically kick in and advised me not to worry. However, the contract clearly states not to rely on the backup battery for medical needs. I mentioned that I have a backup generator for my home, which I must connect manually. Lotis informed me that I couldn't have both. I agreed to disconnect my generator if they would replace my roof. She told me she would need higher management approval for that. Two days ago, Lotis called to say that SunRun agreed to replace my roof, provided I remove my existing solar panels. I accepted this offer. However, when I received the new contract today (September 11, 2025), I was shocked to find that it contradicts our agreement. This is the third time I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me. The contract states I’m responsible for the roof costs, at $14,000 SunRun should take care of it The System including the solar and the batteries they want $189 per month with a 5% increase each year, which totals over $80,000! I shop Lowe’s all the time. This particular time I was there to purchase keys for my new apartment unfortunately, the young man in my first visit was unfamiliar with the machine and someone just told him what to do instead of showing him. Needless to say the keys did not work. I was in a different city the next day so this was a different Lowe’s. They remade the keys for me, but unfortunately when I got to the apartment three of the keys were also the wrong keys they were duplicates so having to go back for the third time I hope this will be the end of it. This unfortunate situation will never determine me from shopping at Lowe’s. Wish me luck for the proper keys.!!! 😀😉

Here we go so I go in to pick up some items window accessories. The one item is $24 and the other item is four dollars so what do they do? They charge me like 50 bucks so then I have to go back in and explain that there was a double charge and go through the process to get half of the money refunded back and it’s really annoying, especially since I went to a register and it was not self checkout. What a wonderful experience yet again.

LOTS OF EVERYTHING! I'm a pretty loyal customer when comes to Lowe's as it seems to be easier to find things here than Home Depot and other stores. That's a lot coming from a guy who isn't very handy like myself. The store has appliances, tools, equipment, paint, and everything in between! The store is very clean and I never get odors like other places. The staff is pretty helpful and they're always willing to answer questions which is really nice! Prices could be better, some items like light socket covers are super pricey. You can find some good deals on some appliances, but you really have to look!

I had a great experience at Lowe's, thanks to Dorene at self-checkout. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring I got the correct garage remote from the top stock by quickly coordinating with an associate. Dorene was friendly and professional throughout, and I appreciated that she didn't judge me by my looks. Her excellent service made my visit smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Veronica is an awesome customer service person. After my gift card didn't work after several attempts she also didn't succeed with it so she took it over to a manual entry system. She had to try manual entry and it finally worked. She proactively and thoughtfully retrieved a normal size cart for me after I didn't need the pallet hauler I was using. Contacted Lowe’s to have my window fixed and when the contractor came they broke the window even worse and stated they were going to go to Riverside and get the replacement. Hours went by and the contractor was contacted and they stated that they were no longer coming. If I never contacted them they would’ve never said anything. I then contacted Lowe’s about the contractor they sent over here that broke the window worse and Lowe’s stated that we would now need a full window replacement and they will call with further information. It has been 5 business days and I can’t get in contact with Lowe’s and they have not bothered to give me an update. Very unprofessional. Please if anyone has any suggestions of a contractor that can do the job please let me know. This experience has been unprofessional and draining. It’s too cold for a window to be left this way.

First I would like to say it is a Clean store, also very friendly staff. Came in quick to buy something and it was an easy shopping trip. Not nearly as packed as a home depot. If you need something with out having to navigate through a hundred people at once come here I stead of home depot. I didn't need to wait in line or look for a parking spot. Everything was fast and easy. I give them five stars!!
