This is possibly the worst Lowe’s store. I’m tired of purchasing returned and used items. They don’t care. Bought a faucet November 2024 that was clearly used, scale build up and a date code from 2019. Shop elsewhere, Lowe’s doesn’t deserve your business.

Today I picked up bags of sand and gravel. A young gentleman named Jakov saw me pushing the blue cart and offered to help. He assisted me with finding the gravel and then loaded the lot in my car. In the process one of the gravel bags had a hole. He went and got me a replacement. Above and beyond service. That’s why I go to Lowe’s. Thank you so much Jakov , you made my day. Sally

I almost always wait in line to check out at this store. Meanwhile, numerous employees stand around, doing very little, talking to each other, etc. Maybe I don't know, try keeping all of the self checks open? They typically have it down to just a couple so there's almost always someone standing out into the aisle waiting Also, I shouldn't have to answer six different questions to help you with tax evasion for donations when I'm trying to check out at your already way too slow registers.

Phil in lumber was absolutely amazing! He saw me wondering around aimlessly and asked if I needed help. He was kind enough to let me show him the Pinterest ideas I was trying to implement and make knowledgeable suggestions. He not only got me set up with the lumber I needed (and cut it for me), he took me ALL OVER the store to help me get the hardware I needed. He didn’t just point to the aisle, he took me to everything I needed! I made the comment that “you must get your exercise around this place”. He stopped and showed me his steps for the day...22,000!!! I know he must have been tired but that didn’t stop him from taking me under his wing, showing me everything I needed for my project, and patiently answering all my dumb questions. I can’t thank him enough. Everyone though, was super helpful. Everywhere I turned someone was asking if I needed something. It seems as if they have a great team at that store. I recently finished my project and I’m thrilled with the results. Thank you to everyone there and a special shoutout to Phil.

Lowes contractor desk associates lacked a little training but we're very friendly and attempted to be as helpful as possible. Lowes commercial account is the reason I shop here and is my go to over other big box stores for my construction business.

I will never buy anything from Lowe's again. how do you spend more then $9000. dollars on a kitchen set, you pay for the 5 year warranty. 2 years in and they wont cover the microwave. don't tell me to call the 800 number I have done that 3 times. never will I reach out to Lowe's again. like I said I have tried over 3 times. I know your word is not to be trusted.

I was picking up an online order (12/7) and was BLOWN away by Mario’s customer service. He was very patient with me as I struggled to find my order number or ID and was able to quickly let me know which isle a specific product that I had forgotten to add to my order was in. It’s very easy to see Mario goes above and beyond for the customers and he truly made my day better.

Can't say enough good things about Mike in Appliances. I ordered a bunch of appliances during the Labor Day sale but to be delivered more than a month later when my contractor would be ready for them. One appliance's order got messed up and he called to get it back on track with the correct delivery date before I even knew there was an issue. Very proactive and detail-oriented.

I visited the Lowe’s on Ken Pratt Blvd in Longmont, Colorado on October 16th, 2025, around 8–9 PM, to pick up a few things I needed. Some of the items I grabbed didn’t have barcodes, so I asked for help at the self-checkout. The associate there asked me what size one of the items was, and I honestly didn’t know because I just picked up what I needed. Instead of offering to help or guiding me politely, the employee said, “You need to figure it out, man,” in a very rude and dismissive tone. That kind of response was completely unnecessary. A simple, respectful approach like “Let me see how I can help” would have gone a long way. I didn’t catch the employee’s name, but I did speak with a manager afterward. I’m not sure if they addressed it, but I hope they did. To be fair, another associate that same evening was very kind and helped me find something I was looking for — so not everything was bad. However, because of one rude employee, the whole experience left a negative impression. I live nearby and usually shop at this Lowe’s almost every day for things I need for my home. I’ll keep coming back, but I truly hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. The reason I’m writing this review is so management can take action and ensure every customer is treated with respect.

Local repair business owner here. If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you need help cutting something, it usually takes a half hour to find anybody to help. Nice loss of time there. If you pre-order online, they won't bother to read the order to cut what you need to size. Again more lost time. Basically... Don't waste your time with this store. At all. Go to Home Depot (Firestone or Longmont), Ace Hardware, or Budget Home Supply to receive better service.

This place is chaos sometimes. One time I was looking for some plumbing parts and the section was so messy and unorganized it gave me anxiety. We eventually found what we were looking for but it took a dang while. A lot of small stuff is locked up... simple stuff like oscillating multi-tools blades. Meaning you have to have an associate unlock it and sometimes the associates are difficult to flag down to do this for you. I know this is because of theft but it's still frustrating. I'll still keep coming here because it's the closest hardware store to me but I wish it was better. I recommend doing an online order and picking it up if it is locked up in the store. That way you don't have to find an associate to unlock it for you. The people that work here are pretty friendly though. They usually have what I need even if I have to search for it a bit.

Worst associate experience I’ve ever had. If I could give this place a 0, I absolutely would. My experience with an associate named Mike P in Appliances was beyond unacceptable. He was rude, unprofessional, and outright disrespectful. I was already being helped by another associate, yet he continuously interrupted, tried to steal the sale, and aggressively pushed products I did NOT need. He kept circling me and would not leave me alone, which felt more like harassment than customer service. This kind of behavior should never be tolerated. It’s honestly shocking that someone like this is allowed to work here, which says a lot about the management. Because of this experience, I will never be coming back. Do better!!!! This was hands down the worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time.
