I love this ace! The people are so helpful and nice. My latest experience was top shelf!! Ms. Veronda was so helpful. I had several returns with out a receipt. I did purchase the items under my ace rewards and she spent the time and found all five of my receipts in the system. She made my day. You don’t get service like that anymore!!

I’ve always liked shopping at Ace, no matter what city. They generally carry the same or higher quality products than you find at the big box stores, but the number one thing that keeps me coming back is it always feels like a local mom and pop shop. Employees here are significantly friendlier and easy to find when you need something.

Ace Hardware in Longmont, CO is one of my favorite stores to shop at. Easy to find what I need...either by the well marked aisles OR a in store employee is always willing to help me find what I am looking for. Great stocked items......and nice unique items. Can't lose or be bored in this store

He answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The delivery team was equally fantastic. Not only did they deliver the grill on time, but they also went above and beyond to set it up and explain how to use it properly. We try and shop Ace as often as possible, and this experience did not disappoint! David took the time to really help us pick a new grill/ griddle and walked us through all of our options. We never felt like he was selling us, more so he was genuinely excited to help us make the right decision for our needs and budget and was very knowledgeable on all brands and models! We ended up the Traeger and could not be more pleased with our decision! David is now a significant reason we will continue to shop Ace Hardware, Longmont!

Ray is a true gem. Might I say, a ray of sunshine! We have been trying to cap off our waterline on our refrigerator, and because it's so old, it has been really hard to find the correct fitting. I went to Home Depot a couple times, with no luck. Ray knew what to do and helped me every step of the way with finding everything I needed and even getting it ready with plumbers tape and putting the fittings together for me. He was just so kind and helpful and I highly recommend going to Ace instead of Lowe's or Home Depot in Longmont if you need any kind of plumbing advice!

Your usual hardware store, but this one seems to have better customer service compared to others. Watch out for those big box stores as they don't really care about what you need. I like this place and come here often for my home project needs.

I really like Ace Hardware. The people don't run away when you look like someone who needs help. They go all out to make sure you find what you need, and when it's a heavy item, they bring it to the cashier for you and load it into your car if you ask. They are also consistently pleasant while interacting.

They have the things that you usually cannot find in a big box store and you don’t want to waste your time ordering. Some employees want to help. Some don’t. Their rewards program is useless. Rewards disappear and the account is reset to zero. Coupons also never work. Other than that, great place.

The younger employees at this store are not professional at all. The cashier addresses me as "man". He might as well address me as dude. The older staff are respectful and call me sir. I do not appreciate being called "man".

Definitely substandard service at this location. Had a coupon and wasn't informed by the pale, unfriendly, zit faced lady at the register how to properly apply it, so I had to call the manager and return, only to deal with more exceptionally poor service, attitude, and what seemed to be dishonesty from a nicotine addled manager and another poorly trained employee. Thank goodness I know not to come back here anymore!

The TVs are a terrible idea. Really detracts from the formerly wonderful Ace vibe. Visually cluttering. Unnecessary. Stupid big box moves like this immediately make me stop caring about the people working at the store and the physical store itself. Guessing you have been sold a bill of goods from corporate about ad revenue. But all you have done is ruin your small town charm. Get rid of them.
