These machines are not fancy, but they get the job done. The only good thing is mainly the prices: $5, $5.50, $6, and $7. There are no spot free rinses or dryers so keep that in mind.

We opted for the $6 wash. First time we've been to this car wash. We have a Honda CR-V and have to say it got all but the back pretty clean.

Got the $8 auto wash, does not dry the vehicle and left a lot of streaks. Probably ok for just a quick clean off, but I'd recommend other auto wash places in and around the area.

The wash water is cold and I prefer car washes that have a hot water wash cycle. The clamps on the wall that hold ur car mats/rugs so they can be washed either don't open nearly enough to put ur mats securely in or they're very loose fitting and ur mat comes out the moment a water drop hits it. I will say they have vacuums that have good suction but mine smelled musty and gross. Not the best car wash in town

It's a quick wash with free vacuums after the wash. If you really care about your paint you'd go to a touchless car wash. If you don't care about your paint and just want a clean car then this is the place for you. Extra bonus points to those adding more swirl marks to their paint by towel drying their car.

The touchless wash was really slick, and the $15 wash did a good job on the accumulated salt, dirt and snow yuck from the last few storms. I know the foam is just colored but the kid inside me just loves it anyway.

Good self service center. The vacums have good suction. And the wash area has enough settings to get your car clean but does not have stuff like bug remover. If thats what your looking for than this isn't for youbbut your average consumer will have no problem. The pull in areas though would be a very tight squeeze if you had a double duly truck.

I was emailed a code for one free car wash, so I decided to check it out. The options screen was very easy to read and use. There are sensor driven lights that tell you went to go and when to stop. The cleaning solutions were in a myriad of colors and the cleaning process was fun to watch! In the final rinse, the water just beaded up and as you pull out there are blowers that do a decent job of blowing the beads of water right off! My vehicle (Hyundai Sante Fe) wasn't perfectly dry at the end, but I found that the water didn't really leave any streaks after it dried off a short time later. I had to take a window wipe to the outside of the windows, but it only took one wipe. For an automated car brushless car wash, I was certainly impressed! I highly recommend this brushless car wash any day over one with brushes. Brushes can and often do damage your vehicle in a variety of ways (i.e. cracked windows, paint scratches, etc.).

Don't use this car wash. If you like your paint job. They just remodeled it and what ever there using in there soap is not good for your paint job. Use a different car wash for sure. Very rude owner kicking a homeless guy in a rain storm trying to stay dry. It was raining nobody was washing there car.

I pulled up and immediately someone came to assist. After having issues with my credit card, the employee grabbed two tokens and paid for the wash. Extremely friendly and generous! Car looks great too!

Freedom Auto Wash excels in Customer service which is truly amazing or this day and age. and my truck has gotten zero water marks after using the wash for about half a year. it looks like I spent three hours waxing my truck, after I use there protecting and wax system. and the water even beads up!!! this auto wash is very clean, never any mud on the floor. this is my favorite car wash around, and it ads long lasting care to your vehicle.

This place just renovated and is even better then before. the whole place is lit up, on camera and very visible which leave it feeling safer then most of the car washes around. You find clean little car wash where everything actually met expectations. The whole lot was super clean they had anything i might need on site and being a block away from multiple stores they are in a perfect location. Its wide open so it feels safe and welcomes anyone to use. I love it and since it is always empty i highly recommend this car wash for your car cleaning needs.

A great wash for a reasonable price! When the alogrithm changed the timing of the payment transaction in June, I called the owner Tory and he was extremely helpful to explain what happened and how he had fixed the glitch so that it wouldn't happen again. He was attentive and very responsive and I will be glad to continue to benefit from the service he provides.

Wouldn't take my card, kept saying processing then said communication failed. I texted the number given and never got a response after I was charged for a car wash that I didnt get. Then I moved to the other drive in wash and machine worked. Went through the drive in and it didnt wash the back of my car and the dryers hardly dried! I wont be back to this location!

A great place to self wash a car. The only thing I wish was different was the need for coins to vacuum. I'd like to see a credit card machine attached to the vacuums.

Freedom Auto Wash, Longmont — 1 Star I've had terrible experiences at both Longmont locations (Terry St and Delaware Ave), and I want other car owners to understand exactly what can happen here before they pull in. I'm a paying wash club member (Amazing Wash package), not a one-time visitor with a grudge. Their automatic wash has a timed dryer section at the end. The way it works is simple: after the wash cycle, you creep forward slowly while overhead blowers dry your car. You get about 50 seconds. The entire design assumes you'll move at a crawl. That's the only way the dryers can do anything useful. I did exactly that. Moved at a slow, steady pace, never stopped. The exit gate came down onto the trunk and rear bumper of my Tesla Model 3, leaving visible scratches across the paint. When I contacted the owner, his position was that I must have stopped, despite the fact that I was moving the entire time. When I pushed back, he didn't offer to review cameras, didn't offer to cover the damage, didn't take any responsibility. Instead, he told me to take him to court. That's his resolution process. A paying monthly member tells him his equipment damaged their car, and his answer is "sue me." Think about what that means for you as a potential customer. If their gate comes down on your vehicle, and it will if you drive slowly enough to actually use the dryer you're paying for, you will be told it was your fault, and then told to get a lawyer. That's not a car wash with a customer service problem. That's a car wash that knows its equipment is miscalibrated and has decided it's cheaper to stonewall people than to fix it. This fits a pattern I've experienced as a member. On a previous visit, soap didn't dispense during the wash. Every stage was just water. The dryers weren't functioning. I found a bolt embedded in my right rear tire after leaving. The bay smelled strongly of urine. I texted the owner in real time with photos and timestamps documenting everything. His responses followed the same script each time: express initial concern, send someone to check, report that nothing was found, offer a small wallet credit, and move on. When I brought up the bolt in my tire, his response was that it "looks incredibly worn down" and "doesn't look like any bolts that my machines have." When that script stopped working on the gate incident, he dropped the customer service act entirely and told me to take him to court. I have photos of all damage and timestamped text messages showing the owner's responses to every incident. I'm writing this because I wish someone had warned me. If you value your vehicle's paint, your tires, or your time, find a different car wash. And if you do come here, don't bother trying to actually use the dryer unless you're prepared to hear "sue me" when the gate leaves marks on your car.
