Im doing a continous remodel. Very friendly service. Very clean, well lit and the employees are friendly. Grant always remembers my name and greets me when he sees me. They are lucky to have a guy like him that really goes the extra mile to help people. I have had great luck with their Idaho Falls and their Twin Falls stores.

As soon as we entered mine of the workers welcome or said hi. Was literally ignored when we entered the washer and nobody came up to us. We waited and none of the two persons there said “I’ll help you in a bit or something.” We were going to purchase one of the washers and since nobody came to help, we just left and instead went got Home Depot. They do seem more friendly and welcoming unlike this place.

I bought cabinets for my business. While I was down here, Cameron helped me through the whole experience and helped me load with another employee. I had the best service and they were so patient. They even helped me load and tie down the cabinets in my truck. Thank you so much. Very pleased!

I have been a frequent customer to this store for the past 5 years and I have spent thousands at this store. I have intentionally patronized this place over Home Depot. However, I am going to begin spending my money elsewhere. I don't know if management has changed but at the time of this writing, the younger newer hirers are rude and lazy and have lousy customer service skills. The lumber department seems like the worst. Last fall, the lumber guys pretty much asked me to leave cause I was in their way and they wanted to stock a shelf with their fork lift. I could tell they were impatient. So I asked them if I was holding them up. And they pretty much told me, yes. And then two weeks ago I was sorting some 2x8's to buy. And the guy on the fork lift did not see me and almost ran me over. I just walked out.....that time I held my nose and went to Home Depot. I'm not saying that all the younger generation is worthless when it comes to work place skills, but if this is the best Lowe's can get for employees of that age, I will spend my money elsewhere.

My experience here wasn't awful but it left somethings to be desired. First off the employees felt like they didn't want to be there like we were just another "customer" that didn't know where something was. They were not mean but very meh here we go again. Could be we came in at the end of a shift and they were all tired. But in the end we didn't end up buying anything we looked on Amazon and saw better things there. Not an awful experience but I would recommend checking Amazon first if you're buying something more general. But I will say going in there gave me ideas for decorating our apartment.

Went looking for yard stakes to secure a dog fence that seems to like to lean over more than stand up on its own. Quickly asked a team member where we could find them and they knew right away where to direct us. Quick and efficient process. Bought two kinds of stakes to see which will hold up better. Fast checkout. Great job today Lowe’s!

Worst Lowes in the entire company! I have been a Lowes customer even in the day that I actually worked for the in 1974. I have found this Lowes to the worst. Prices too high and the service is so bad they couldn't even price AND install a kitchen without problems on the very day it was to be installed. Save your money and try Home Depot... right around the corner from Lowes in Idaho Falls

My wife set up a curbside pick up to get 3 closet doors because we have a 3 year old, a 3 month old, and she had to get them while I was at work. The pick up order said it would be ready on Monday however she kept checking for updates and by 2:00pm after not getting the ready for pick up notification she finally called. She waited on hold after getting automated answering machines for 10 minutes and then when customer service finally answered they were no help and said she would just have to wait. Nothing the rest of the day. She waited till 11:00 am the following morning and then finally decided to just go and get them herself. She made the 40 minute drive and still no updates so she got the kids out, cancelled the pick up order, and had to push the dolly while pulling the kids in a shopping cart. If Idaho falls Lowe's is going to offer the convenience of curb side pick up then they need to actually get orders done. Not impressed with their service, very impressed with my wife however.

I bought a husqvarna leaf blower that didn't work, it isn't returnable and I have to get it serviced somewhere else and they won't return or exchange. I see now the product has poor quality reviews. I feel I could have had better service at any other store chain. This product has a warranty that isn't being honored.

We were short two pieces of metal roofing for a project. I have ordered things online and never had a problem but yesterday I spent 45 minutes trying to order. The website kept having me change my password and finally locked me out because I tried too many times. So I called the store. I explained the situation to the girl who answered and instead of being sympathetic she was extremely rude and condescending. As the phone call went on she was more and more rude. I explained the issue I had online and she couldn’t have cared less. I ended up asking for the store manager and I was transferred to two different men neither of whom were the store manager. Zero customer service

Seems that Lowe’s no longer issues store credit when returning items without a receipt. I paid cash for two vanity mirrors that ended up not fitting under my lights. I lost my receipt and was told I can’t return the mirrors without any proof. As of today Lowe’s has lost a long standing customer.

I never knew Lowe’s sold clothing, I’m like dang really! I thought this was a safe store to go into and not wanna shop till I dropped kinda thing….but oh no….they sell hoodies…my favorite thing to shop for in the world! 🤦🏼‍♀️ lol! 😝 great customer service staff & decent prices too! New white wire shelf looks great in my new house above the washer and dryer for added storage! I love it!
