The workers here say they can work with you, but then proceed to avoid you at all costs. Doesn't seem like they want to help people get any vehicles, but more so looking to make any little amount of money regardless of what's best for the customer. Even with cash in hand they refuse to do business. Terrible place to get a vehicle.

The owner tries to make you pay for him fixing a couple broken door handles if you don't purchase a vehicle after test driving it and the transmission slipping. Sorry nobody wants to buy a car with a bad transmission.

This place is TERRIBLE, do NOT buy a car from them!!! They do not look at the vehicles before selling them and they get them from auctions. I have had my car for about 2 months and have had every problem you could think of it go wrong. First it was my AC/heat, then it was my headlights, then it was a sensor, then it was my battery and they finally offered to “help” put in a new battery, just to put in the WRONG battery that goes to a Toyota, not a Ford (my car is a FORD) and then driving on the wrong battery toasted my alternator as well as my starter. Now after 4k put into this car within 2 months of having it, it still isn’t driving correctly and they don’t care. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! THEY SEEM LIKE NICE PEOPLE UNTIL YOU LEAVE WITH THE CAR.

I am beyond frustrated. I bought a car here February 24th, 2025. Same day I noticed it revving while in park. I did call and they said to bring it in. Should have taken it back same day but in my head I was like maybe I'm jumping the gun so I waited two more days. On day 3 my check engine light came on Immediately called let them know. As much as I wanted be angry, Shit happens. Wasn't too worried because I purchased the warranty. Had them pick the car up from my home as I am a firm believer of if the car is broken get it fixed immediately and do not drive it. Had them pick it up from my home. They took it, called me later that evening( after I called them first because I had no update) said it was an electrical issue and that I could come pick the car up that night. Told them I didn't have a way there that night I will pick it up next business day. They open at 10:30a, I didn't get there until 11:42am when I got there they said they found another problem(something was wrong with the thermostat) and that It shouldn't take that long for them to fix and then I can be on my way. I didn't leave until after 1. I even showed up later than they opened but instead of calling to inform me that something else was wrong they just let me come (with my daughter) and I ended up having to wait. This was February 28th that I went to pick my car up. Upon getting my car back I sent my car with more than half a tank of gas I get down the street and my gas light pops on because I had less than a 4th of a tank. 2 hours goes by and my check engine light comes back on. At this point I am beyond frustrated as I was supposed to be headed to Ankeny for my daughter bday. Couldn't drive the car so again I parked it at my home called them to let them know about the condition of the vehicle. Left the key and told them that they would have to come and get the vehicle. Then on Saturday went up there on Saturday morning around 11 and had a deep conversation with Christian. Even though I was frustrated I didn't pon it on them just let them know I'm a single mom of 4 and even though I understand that the situation was unfortunate it's still unacceptable. I will say they did help accommodate me for the inconvenience. They picked my car up after 2 pm Monday March 3rd by Thursday March 6th I had yet to hear anything so I called and was told that my car was in it last step of final inspection and I should receive a call on Friday March 7th. Now it's Tuesday March 11th and I still have yet to get an update of any kind on my vehicle. Overall experience 0/10 do not recommend and I still don't have my vehicle back. It would be nice to get a call back as I have called 7 times today and no one has answered. The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the accomodation.

Bought a 2013 Nissan leaf from this place and they approved me for the car with having not the best credit. This place is awesome. The car runs like a gem and there's no issues. Highly recommend! And it was priced so cheap!

I bought a truck from this place under the impression that everything was fixed as they told me the last owner had proof of everything being fixed when I asked for the paperwork they would not give it to me! There’s multiple times wrong with this truck I was quoted over 5 thousand dollars to fix this truck! The turbos on it is out causing so many issues including a slipping transmission!!! I only have this truck 2 months and they don’t want to help fix it my next option is taking them to court STEER CLEAR FROM THIS CAR LOT THEY WILL TAKE AVENGE OF YOU!!!
