No paint job necessary...They removed a ton of scratches and microchips from rocks and maybe a little fast driving 🙂 They used 2 different detail heads plus a hand polish to boot...5*’s All around...!

Unfortunately all the negative reviews of this place are very accurate. Though I read these reviews beforehand, with wishful thinking I decided to give Los Feliz Car Wash another try, because I'd gone in for detailing over a year ago and was happy with the results. This time, it was terrible. I was charged heavily for a very, very "premium" detailing package, including interior & exterior. The car was returned to me more than an hour later than the time quoted. But it was also returned in lackluster condition. There was still quite a bit of dust on the dash, within the car and in the center console. The hood crevice was still covered entirely in leaves and there were several leaves sticking to the bottom of the car. There were several dirty smudges and what looked like spots of black tar on the exterior. They didn't even vacuum or shampoo the trunk, so there is still dirt and debris in there. There were crumbs and coins on the ground, not even in hard-to-reach areas. After paying for what should be their top-tier detailing, I left knowing the car would have looked better if I had done it myself at a self-serve car wash. I will definitely not be coming back.

I had a highly disappointing experience at Los Feliz Car Wash recently. I opted for their $25.99 VIP car wash, expecting a thorough clean. However, upon inspecting my car post-service, I found noticeable residues and dirt that could be wiped off easily by hand, which should not have been the case. When I pointed out a white residue around the headlights, the staff insisted it was scratches—even though I demonstrated that it could be wiped off. Their insistence on it being a scratch continued even when shown otherwise. Further issues arose with the interior cleaning. The trunk clearly hadn't been vacuumed properly, evidenced by the dirt and debris left behind. After a discussion, a staff member took my car back for an additional vacuuming. During this time, I was advised to secure any loose money to prevent it from being vacuumed—this did not inspire confidence in their attention to detail. Worst of all was the handling of my backseat. Not only did they fail to clean it adequately the first time, but when they attempted to rectify this, they ended up disorganizing and scattering some paperwork I had under the seats. It's baffling that professionals tasked with cleaning cars would argue about clear issues pointed out to them, especially when they could witness the residue being easily cleaned right in front of them. This, to me, indicates a lack of professionalism and a refusal to acknowledge and rectify their mistakes. Overall, the service was far below expectations, marred by poor cleaning standards and an unprofessional attitude from the staff. I would not recommend this car wash, especially if you value your vehicle's cleanliness and a straightforward service experience.

I was shocked that in the price to wash my car, I chose not the cheapest ($20) or the highest price($39), and they told me that my $25 price only included washing the outside of the car and the wheels and NOT the inside vacuuming or cleaning the car from the inside and no window cleaning from the inside. I would need to pay the $39 for them to vacuum and clean the windows and dash on the inside. That was ridiculous!! When I got my car after the young 19-year-old guy finished drying the car, the outside windows were smeared and not clean. I asked to dry the trunk door and he looked at my receipt to say, that is not included, but he did dry the trunk door, super quick as if he were angry. I usually give a $5 Tip and I almost did not give a Tip at all but gave $2. Needless to say, I will not be returning there again. Vacuuming and inside cleaning are supposed to be the basics. The ArmorAll and inside scents are usually extra and/or wax coat. If enough people get this lousy car wash treatment, Los Feliz Carwash will soon go out of business. There was no pride in doing a good job there.

The $100 “ Detail “ was more like a $25 car wash ANYWHERE else. The machine wash was worse than the one at any gas station for $8…… The Trunk was dirty and was barley touched. The inside of my car was not fully clean, they didn’t even vacuum up the the seats or carpets well….. Avoid at costs!!!!

Why all of the bad reviews on this place? I took my dirty car here and it was returned to me as a clean car – both inside and out! The attendant was friendly, as was the cashier. The pricing was in line with most other car washes I have ever gone to, and that included my tip I gave to the guy who worked really hard scrubbing down my FILTHY rims. Don’t let the bad reviews scare you, this place is just fine!

To the point if you want your car washed and cleaned/vacuumed don't waste your time going here. Didn't look vacuumed AT ALL, and had to ask to vacuum again. AND STILL wasn't vacuumed. Multiple specs of dirt and soap residue still on the body of the car where is wasn't wiped down. If I had to compare this service I would compare it to a $3.50 do it yourself carwash and you ran out of quarters and time so you left soap and dirt on your car, then you vacuumed it yourself and also ran out of quarters. No excuse for this poor job. A wasted $39.99!

the most disgusting car wash I've ever been to. it's a shame I didn't read the reviews here until I wanted to write a review myself. it's been over a week since they did the wash, but I'm still not over it, can you imagine how awful it is? I paid $50 for the wash and gave $8 as a tip. I've never seen a car wash like this in 5 years of living in Los Angeles. guys, go anywhere, it will be better there, or do the wash yourself, it will be much better than feeding this awful car wash.

DO NOT GO HERE I drove through the car wash and it completely suffocated me with toxic gas. It’s a total hazard. And it’s also the most expensive car wash I’ve ever been to in Los Angeles. Terrible place.

Paid $30 for a wash. They did a decent job missed a bunch of spots on the dash, did not clean the backwindow from the inside . Before I pulled up I picked up any trash in the car and bagged it up left on the passenger seat, it was still in there when I got back in the car. Staff was very friendly i'm polite.

The absolute worst 50$ carwash I have ever paid for. It was 20$ for a vac and wash. I paid 50 to just wipe down the inside. Which would be okay if they actually did something for the extra 30$. The cupholder and back seats remained untouched. I could have spent 10$ at a carwash somewhere else and vaccummed better myself if this was the case. Horrible and do not recommend unless you want to feel scammed

I’d put no stars if I could. To spend $50 and still see large/small crumbs in addition to subpar vacuuming, dust and water is beyond me. I knew better to come back here because the basic wash was on the same level but I didn’t expect much. Completely unacceptable. If my 6 year old wasn’t driving me nuts about wanting to leave I would have asked for my money back.

These people. Charge you over 40 to $30 to wash your car. And the inside was still dirty, and the only reason why I couldn't come back and tell them to r reclean, it. because I had to go to work, I can't believe they left my inside dirty, when the guy said, you want a car wash, I said, yes, do it go with all the inside. He said, no, that's more, so I paid more, and it's still dirty. He vacuum, and it still had food all under my seats like what you'd be better. Off going to the $5, wash it yourself. I think they only care about rich people's cars to be honest

Avoid Los Feliz Car Wash – Total Rip-Off! Los Feliz Car Wash is an absolute joke. I paid $50 and all they did was run my car through the machine for a basic outer wash. My car was still dusty, they didn’t wipe it down, and the interior was completely ignored. After waiting 45 minutes, they had done nothing but offer the kind of service I could have gotten at a gas station for a fraction of the price. The manager or owner was incredibly rude and disrespectful, flat-out saying they wouldn’t even vacuum a car for $50. Their attitude shows they don’t care about their customers or providing decent service. This place is overpriced, unprofessional, and not worth your time or money. Avoid Los Feliz Car Wash at all costs!
