Horrible management/employees at this location. Rude costumer service. There is not one good employee at this store. Horrible place to spend your money. Would love for the owner to contact me about my issue.

This gas station was great to start with and now it has not because of the poor reviews and even the car wash was backed up and there is not one person who manages this car wash very well.

Horrible car wash. My car is still very dirty after going through the touchless. I went to the office and the attendant is fast asleep~couldn’t rouse him. Won’t ever be back

Never go here. The employees are very rude. I’ve stopped in several times and have been friendly and greeted employees with no response, it’s always been the same. One of the former employees got my information from my license without my consent when I was carded and he found me on Facebook and messaged me frequently. They regularly close the store almost an hour early and are also rude about that. Also if there are more than three customers in line expect to wait awhile. Your day will be worse off if you stop here.

This is probably the nicest touchless car wash in town. The attendant was super friendly and helpful. My only small complaint is that it does not do a great job cleaning my wheels.

These pumps are always very very slow. I want to buy my gas here but it is impossible. I've been here 20 minutes and only able to get 20 gallons of gas. I want to buy 40+ gallons but this is not practical with such slow gas pumps. I will be doing my best to find another gas station

Nice wash and all but I was charged 10$ on my card and after I already put 3.50$ in cash in the machine. After finishing my money I swiped my card to keep it going and used it for 5minutes and still charged that 10$. All in all it was an almost 14$ wash for an ehh clean

Ebony has an awful attitude and is a bad representation of your company. After several bad interactions with her and how she runs this location I will never return. Her lack of customer service skills give Fiesta Mart a bad reputation and its the reason other gas stations such as Casey's & Quiktrip continue to grow with success, as they hire quality employees that respect their customers and uphold the companies mission statement and values. It seems based on the previous complaints posted online about this employee, corporate would rather redirect the conversation offline rather than address the problem directly with ebony and any other problematic employee and in doing so this company has failed its customers by continuing to allow this behavior to continue at this location. Shame on you, Fiesta mart for losing customers over bad employees who treats your customers so poorly. On a previous interaction with ebony 2months ago,, she had the store shut down for 30 min for a bathroom break (understandable when you're working alone) but upon exiting the bathroom from break she was put off when she saw several customers waiting outside the doors and took her time straightening shelves, ignoring us, before opening doors around 9pm at night in the cold of winter - she def seems like someone that runs this store how she wants to regardless of protocol or job title. She as an employee needs to be reevaluated or additional training to see if she is a good fit for the position and will uphold your core values. I'd also like a call back because I am unsure if G the manager will have her back or corporates given all the complaints.

Best self car wash in Tulsa, they have the engine and wheel cleaner chemicals full and the price is fair, you wouldn't believe what some of the other car washes in town are doing. Stick to this place, it's really nice and they have a full service wash too. It's next to the Fiesta Mart at 31st & Harvard.

I suggest you talk to the older lady that works mornings! She is very rude & impatient! That's one thing I don't like and that's someone rushing me! The gentleman working today was very professional and had a smile on his face, he checked he out thank God! So I was walking my dog this morning and we walked up here to get a refill on my drink. My dog is an emotional support dog but today I didn't have his vest on him so I left him by the door which he usually sits n waits for me to come back out. Today the lawn guys were doing their thing, blowing the debris off the the parking lot & sidewalk. My dog was a lil skiddish so I tried to hurry up n checkout. The older lady that's working today Monday 12/04/2023 @ 9:25ish was doin paper work I'm assuming & she mentioned that the guys are tryin to blow the stuff off the side walk which was making my dog uneasy. I responded to her saying he is fine, I went to the door n told him it was okay n then proceeded to check out, I inserted my card and I was taking my debit card out she rudely mentions, "That means you need to get your dog so that the guys can blow the stuff off the sidewalks. I looked at her like really? I got my cup and walked out. SHE IS ALWAYS RUDE TO PEOPLE! SHE NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS! I try to avoid doing in there when she is working. She acts like she hates her job. I can't stand people that act like that to people ! It's disgusting and quite frankly uncomfortable! If that's how she is all the time, she prolly shouldn't work around that kinda of environment

When me and my buddy walked in there to buy water out of the 44 oz cups through the machine the water came out half water half lemonade. We ask the lady what the going on with it and she tells us very rudely it's working and it's us now I'm not sure what going on with these gas stations that don't have good customer service but wow. I come on often the dude greets me he is very nice I've never came in to this lady staring at me so cruel and being so rude I don't even know who to take this too about I'm baffled.

First off I was just going here to rinse off my car... I ended up paying almost $5 because the nozzle kept dispensing soap when it was on rinse. So I went to the counter and she gave me a free automatic car wash voucher. But the automatic one left all kinds of soap on my car as well. Not happy. I had to go to another car wash to rinse off the soap. Not happy at all. Update after speaking with the manager (very speedy response) she sent maintenance out immediately. She is replacing what I spent. We will give this another try.

Warning! This car wash will steal from your debit card. If you decide to use your debit car in the self serve car wash bays and it's the first time you use it make sure they give you full instructions on how to stop the water spray and not just half instructions. I used my debit card there and a $2.50 wash turned into a $10 charge on my card. Needless to say that's the last time i go there. P.S 11/01/2022 It looks like the $10 charge on my debit card was reverse to the $2.50 I originally intended to pay.

Review: Ms ‘Sparkle and Shine’ will never go to another carwash again!! From now on only Littlefield’s Express On E 31st between. Harvard and Yale! I met the sweetest lady who was having problems with the pressure, she had already spent 10$ And it just wasnt getting clean! While we both were vacuuming our vehicles out , Robert and Vivian, , who maintains the grounds came up and i explained to him what happened to her. He not only had her pull through and he proceeded to hand wash it himself but then had her take it through the automatic ! That is TOP customer service !! He was so friendly and polite ! Thankful there are still dedicated folks like Robert and Vivian who value their custoners ! Thanks ! You made two ole ladies very happy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ( for sure!) Girl was on the phone private call the whole time I was checking out, didn’t even acknowledge me. I asked her an question and it took her 5 minutes to look up at me. Then she started ringing up items that I didn’t even sit on the counter. Horrible place to shop. She was also in sweatpants and a crop top. Not very professional. Horrible service.

Visited the automated car wash today in my 2024 Chevy and this is the result. They are investigating and so far have been very nice about it. I’ve used them multiple times the last 3 months and never had an issue until today. There is a deep scratch on my roof. UPDATE 3 weeks later no results! The man never called me back, i was told after the video was reviewed by a lady they would. I have called 2 times with no return call. Use at your own risk, I now hand wash my vehicle instead of paying to ruin it.

Quick, convenient, good prices. Would otherwise rate 4/5 but 5/5 because there is a manager there on-site (Robert) and he is great. He will let you go through again if the wash had any problems. He didn’t do it to me, and I don’t know under what circumstances he does, but I know he does a pre-wash cleaning service to tires and trim and other..? He’s a cool guy and very nice.
