Probably the very best car wash that I've ever been. And it could still use some improvements. But worth the money spent, they automatically do most cleaning that nobody else bothers with unless you're willing to pay a lot extra

Horrible will never go back. I was scammed by the attendee and when I comforted her she charged me double the amount she said she couldn’t reverse the charges and to call the police. Her workers also proceeded to wet my car again after they seen me confronting her. Will never go back the way they do business is horrible and they will scam you and over charge.

They advertise State of the Art equipment on their website. But I assure you that is not the case. With that being said they do an Ok job. Nothing amazing compared to other similar carwashes. I bought their monthly Unlimited passes and washed it 3 times in 2 days just to get it cleaned Properly. Since I have Unlimited washes it really is a great Value. But honestly if it wasn't for the monthly passes, I would Pass on this and go to another carwash.

It was horrible. I bought the upgraded version and my car just went through the machine and that was it. Not only that it wasn't clean it actually was worse than before. The dirt was just smudged around so you could not see through the windows. I would never go there again. Waist of time and money.

Not worth the money ("Best" package for $20.00) The inside of my car looked like they didn't vacuum at all. They missed so many spots when wiping my car. I had to clean and wipe some "visible" parts of car after anyway.

Place been closed for over 2 weeks with no notice just cones out. Not good business. Last time I was there the machine destroyed the person tire in front of me. Looking to cancel subscription soon

If I could give them negative stars I would. We took the car for a wash, and apparently one side of the car wash was not working. The car came out worse than when it went in. When we saw the car was a complete mess, one side was washed the other the dirt just rubbed around, and speaking with the attendant Yazmin, she told us the machine has not been working since yesterday. We asked for our money back and her response was you already went through the car wash. Of course we did, its a carwash, once you pay and your car is on the track you cant turn around...she also made it a point NOT to tell us as she took our money that she was fully aware that the car wash was not working! We have taken our cars here for years, and will never go back. Total theft! We paid for a service, that was not rendered, and when we asked for our money back we just got a "oh you went through already"..they took our money knowing that the car wash did not work, and had no problem with that!

I paid 12 days ago the MOST EXPENSIVE monthly pass and they refuse to give me any of my money back (no partial credit or anything) after they’re not allowed now to clean inside the car and provide the armor all extra I paid for. They’re giving me the 12.95 service. I paid 42$ for the premium service. I understand the situation but they could at least offer a partial refund!!!! Incredibly rude and unhelpful

After canceling my other car wash service in carteret, now I’m so happy with this place, no complains. My car is always on point clean and shined. Vacuum inside very good and for those who don’t like it either move on or wash your car yourself. Perfection ? Not here. But very reliable, always open friendly faces.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, paid 22 dollars for nothing. It was supposed to be their "best" wash on their menu according to the guy there. Their "best" wash included leaving bird feces all over my car, not doing anything on the inside, and when I spoke to the manager there he didn't care because I had already paid the money. Please don't waste your money at this place. Disgusting.

Nice place and decent prices. This place has unlimited monthly wash packages which is great for keeping the car clean all the time. But when going in the wash seams like they are cheap with the machine soap. Just be aware the guys can sometimes be a little lazy. So just tell them what you want and they do. I got the top unlimited package because I need my car cleaned for business. But other wise they are friendly. I would recommend for someone who wants a full service and unlimited package for the Linden NJ area.

I have a new 2023 Civic with low profile tires and black rims. I got my car washed there this past Sunday and discovered my black rims were damaged and my tire was punctured on side wall in the same spot, making a slow leak. Rim is $400 and tire cost $200 to be replaced. Needless to say, NEVER going there again. I tried calling them but no answer nor answering machine that works. Posting this to warn others with these newer rims and low profile tires. BEWARE. Update. Finally got in touch with owner and he offered to take a look at it and make it right, but I am never going back again.

I've been coming here for over a decade, and have ways been happy. The staff are friendly and hard-working. They are usually pretty busy, but they they do a great job of balancing speed and quality service. I go weekly, so their monthly packages are more than worth it to me.

Great place to get your car washed. Get the monthly unlimited wash pass for one fee. It pays for itself after 2 washes. Definitely go on off-peak hours so you're not waiting in line too long. Everyone is super-friendly and does a great job. Easy access to and from all main roads and highways.

Got a flat tire going through wash. Tire was okay before driving there, and before going through wash. I'm not sure what happened, but the car's monitoring system sent a tire malfunction alert halfway through the wash cycle, NOT before. When I told and showed the workers what happened, they initially declined to help, pretending not to speak English. Only tried after the manager told them to help. Never apologized, only denied. Wish I could give 1 ⭐️, but I did not hate it as hate is a strong word. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

So today i went to wash my truck and purchased “the best” package. What a waist of $27. This was my go to spot to detail my cars. Not anymore! How can you guys let a car leave with wheels looking like this? How can he put tire shine on the tire and not see how dirty the rim was? Car wasnt even dry and still had marks on it. No type of quality control here. Never again!!

This seems to be the only open car wash in the area so I was happy I could get there. I have been here many times before but stopped because it's a little more expensive than other places around. I arrived and there was no line which was great and they took credit cards. I couldn't get my car vacuumed because they told me the state shut that part down due to Covid. I got my wash and it was a poorly done job. I had a lot dirt still stuck on the car which wasn't cool. I can't wait til the other car wash to open back up.
