Friendly and hard working staff but it dawned on me that i never heard any cleaning on the top of the SUV. Easy enough to confirm because i had bird poop on top of it. Unfortunately none of the staff washed the top.

I’ve been coming here with my pickup truck and always knew what to expect with pricing and service. This time I brought a different car and only asked for the outside and windows inside. After I paid, I was met with attitude, and the car was rushed through. I understand it was a hot day and staff may have been tired, but that doesn’t excuse treating a customer poorly or cutting corners. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed, and I don’t plan on coming back.

Just found my new car wash! I have always been protective about my car and washes since machines can scratch your paint. Coming here i did not expect to get a full hand car wash (no machines involved) for the same price as machine car washes. The staff took their time with my car and left it with such a fire shine. 10/10 recommend

Every time I visit my parents from PA, I make it a point to stop at Hand car wash. The service is fantastic every single time. They do a thorough job cleaning both the interior and exterior. I’ve even convinced my mom and sister to come here, and they’ve had great experiences too. First and last time at this place...!! I arrived at 11:00am and at 11:13 these people finished a service that was supposed to be inside cleaning and outside cleaning. How do they explain to me that in 13 minutes you are going to wash a car?? The following photos say a lot about this place. Please save your time and money because these people do not do their job well... this has been the worst experience I have ever had!!!!

I’ve been to this place two times now, and both times I was EXTREMELY impressed and satisfied with the service and the amount of time they spent with my car. Not only do they do a great job with the cleaning process but the amount of time they put into the details is really impressive. I been to many car washes before and this one is by far the best. They don’t rush, and every time it shows. I’ll be back and will for sure recommend others to your business . Keep up the great work.
