I wish I could give it the 5 stars. Overall the carwash itself and the vacuums are great! However, there was an employee that was extremely rude to me. I am hard of hearing and the person directing people into the carwash was very rude. I told him I could not hear him and he kept yelling at me and telling me to go but would point at different directions. I was confused. After I was on the track he shook his head at me and continued yelling. Either way, the employee that was directing cars onto the track on Sunday afternoon was disrespectful. I probably will not be returning which is a shame since it's a nice carwash.

The wash itself is nice. 3/5 because the scanner bays are very small and the turn into wash is too sharp for trucks/3rd row suvs and close to concrete walls and a post that needs a bumper.

Long tunnel, brush/dry/wax wash. 3 price points, with all 3 = $20 for one time wash. Monthly plans available. Free vacuums. No interior detailing options. For $20, I still had mud along window and trim crease areas, but the car was otherwise clean.

The monthly subscription packs are perfect , affordable, and definitely value for money. You can wash your car up to 3 times a day every day on these plans ( not that you would ever need to ) My car is very well kept now with this very accessible service.

Really like this place. I initially went there because they were the only place that clearly posted the prices for their memberships on their website. And now I've discovered they also have a friendly staff and what seems to be superior technology in their wash. The system that reads your license plate and automatically raises the gate has worked every time so far. The conveyor belts for the wash don't have rails on the side, so it's super easy to pull onto the tracks. I have the lowest tier membership, but they still hand-spray the car with a pre-wash soap. The brushes all seem to work well. There's a roller pad, that gets the lower portion of the sides of car, that works better than other washes I've been to. Vacuums are powerful. They have complimentary microfiber towels in the vacuum area to do any touchups. And the entire place is all extremely clean and tidy. They have convenient hours. And they stay open even if temp is below freezing. Satisfied customer here.

Good car wash but I signed up for the monthly plan thing and my bank went haywire. Apparently my cvv (I never gave) was incorrect in their system (never put my information in manually, I just tapped it so idk how they would need it) so it kept declining and kept trying to charge for renewal every 24 hours. When I called them they had a card that was not even mine under my account and had no history of the card I used in their system at all, even though I was getting notifications of my actual card attempting to be charged. Who knows what the problem is but the tap pay scanners at the gas station don’t do this and how are we trying to charge a card we don’t have on record? I cancelled everything and its fine but I wouldn’t risk it again

First let me start off I was a customer for 2 years. First at their location at 101st and memorial, then to their new location at 71st and Sheridan. Today at 1pm I was left with disappointment on what should of been a simple matter. Their vacuums are usually pretty good, and I love how they are set up. I know sometimes they get clogged and that is what happened this time. Two of them on the right side, so I just used the left one to do both sides. When I finished I went inside the office to give them a friendly heads up about the two that were clogged, and the response I was given is the reason for this review. The guy behind the counter simply blamed it on the arch system and that I will just need to use a different vacuum. Felt like he viewed me as an idiot, because I encountered this issue a lot and the fix is always easy. Everytime, for the past 2 years, one of them would just take a screw driver or something similar before taking the end off because 99% of the time the clog is right there in that head piece. Takes less than a minute. This guy just sounded like he simply didn't want to deal with it.

Tire shine never works and I’m always told “someone has ran over our tire shine”, poor management. Transparency would be nice before I spend my money.

The machinery broke my windshield. The website doesn't work. There's no information about the pricing or the plans until you're pulled up to pay for it at the gate. So far as I can tell, there's no way to cancel the subscription once you give them your card. I've reached out to them multiple times and haven't been able to get in contact with anybody to cancel the car washes or get a refund.

We’ve been coming here for years. We have purchased multiple vehicles from the Nelsons so we get a lifetime membership with each at Launch. I hate to say it, but it feels like the quality has not been where it used to be. The employees are top notch but the wash equipment seems to not be fully functional every single time we go through there. In the past, we’ve had non functional brushes just lay against our car as our vehicle just pushes through it. Most recently, it sprayed soap during the rinse and left blues stains on one side of our vehicle. We currently pay for a membership elsewhere because we feel like it’s just overall a better/safer wash.

This is the second Sunday that I have came here recently, and the car wash was not open and the parking lot was even closed off. I came a little past 8:00 A.M today, because that’s when the car wash says they open online but both times that I’ve came on a Sunday morning they haven’t been open. I get hours may be different on weekends but I wish they were posted correctly :(

I can’t say enough good things about my visit to Launch Car Wash at 71st and Sheridan. Honestly, this was one of the most incredible service experiences I’ve ever had, and it’s all thanks to their manager, Wyatt Sprick. Wyatt went above and beyond in every sense of the word. He wasn’t just helpful, he was genuinely kind, incredibly generous with his time, and truly committed to making sure I left happy. Not only did he ensure my car was spotless, but he even took the time after hours to help me with a few unexpected vehicle issues. Talk about going the extra mile! Wyatt’s dedication reminded me of that saying: “Service to others is the rent we pay for our time on earth.” He truly lives that out. Launch car wash, thanks for being awesome. I have been using Launch since they opened at 101st & Memorial and began using 71st & Sheridan when they opened as well. I was at 71st & Sheridan today and was again greeted by KJ, he is always so kind with a great attitude. Thanks KJ! I should say the employees as a whole at both locations are always pleasant and good to deal with, they all take good care of us. in the last 3 days we have had all of our cars through the wash using both locations. The car wash does a good job and works well for me. I don't like water spots so I take the time to dry the car well myself using the towels provided. Vacuums are nice and easy to work with too. One thing to note, on a couple of cars I do ask then to turn off the tire shine, with the tires being a little wider it leaves little black flecks on the car as I drive. No tire shine. No problem. I do appreciate that we pay full price for the monthly service for one car and then the cars added to the plan after that are 1/2 price.
