The wash is great. The vacuum area is tip notch. Whole property is very clean. The Employes smile and greet you when you drive in. Their customer service is excellent. I really value and appreciate how they go out of their way to take care of you and your car. Eddie, their manager, really cares about all their customers and their customers’ car. No joke! When everyone else wants to just make a buck, Eddie wants to make your day a better day. I highly recommend launch! This is how a business should be run. When my car broke down at their vacuums. They weren’t upset but were helpful. They went out of their way to help me get the tow truck in there after hours and get on my way. Thanks guys!

Best car wash! Brand new facility. Incredibly polite and professional staff. My car had a ton of bugs on the grill from a long road. When they didn’t all come off, they ran my car through again no charge. The vacuums are super strong. And they even provide soft towels to hand dry your car with.

The flight crew is always helpful. I appreciate their efforts to keep the area clean and towels restocked. Vacuums are strong and don't lack suction. My kids love the space ship experience. I just wish I didn't have to re-do my windows every time. The body and the tires always look great, but I usually have to use glass cleaner when I get home.

Literally left the carwash dirtier than I arrived. $20.00 wash tried for first time, won't be back. Left brush marks all over the vehicle as well as hard water stains. Edit: Appreciated the refund but fix your car wash.

I always visit this car wash. I live in South Tulsa, and it's so convenient for me to wash my car here. I would highly recommend their services. They are friendly, and kind. Every time I visit and I'm about to make the payment, staff comes really quickly to make sure all is well and that I have an easy time making the payment. Never had any issues visiting this Car Wash. The most impressive feature of this wash was the VACUUMS! I have a dog and my car gets dirty, and those vacuums have great length and suction, I was able to get all the dog fur out and get deep in between all the cracks! The wash was fun and colorful, and they even provide clean microfiber towels to wipe off your car. Friendly and nice staff as well! Will definitely be back!

I used to come here before the place became fully automatic and I thought it was decent then. They did a great job with the renovation. The cheapest wash is $10 then 15 & $20, there is a wash club as well. I got the $10 wash, which is about what I would pay to Handwash my car usually about $7. There was so much first l dirt left on my car it was ridiculous. The bonuses are the vacuums are great suction and you get free towels to dry which was great since there was so much dirt left on my car

Took a very dirty car in for a wash, the first pass wasn’t very successful. Spoke with Ash (who was fantastic and friendly). Got us in for another clean and she made sure to pressure wash areas the first clean didn’t get. Her above and beyond service will keep us coming here! Other staff is friendly and helpful always.

I went to Launch one day to see how it was and now I will never stop going. When I arrived Lacie was at the kiosk and was so kind and friendly and made the process of purchasing the car wash very simple. After I got done I pulled into the vacuums to vacuum my car and i was using a cloth, that they also provide, to try and get a smudge off my car that didn’t get taken off in the wash. Ash noticed and came over and helped me get it off. She was so nice and I was taken back at the amazing customer service these ladies gave. I will never go anywhere else and I will always recommend Launch on 101st and memorial.

Best car wash in town. The staff is always so nice and understanding. This is the only place I can get my car clean. I feel like nowhere else. Does a good job like they do. My kids love the fun lights and the spacious lot makes it really easy to vacuum and wipe your car off. They provide mat cleaner, towels and vacuum for free as well! 100/10 will come again.

On Friday the 13th at the 101st and Memorial location I had the best customer service I have received in a long time! Both Ashtyn (Her nickname is Ash) and Quinten were amazing and so patient with me! Ash took the time to explain the benefits of choosing the new Galaxy car wash monthly option over the others. I drive a very bright colored car and live down a dirt road so the galaxy’s option is perfect for me and well worth the money. After going through the wash 4 times my car came out looking brand new like I had just driven her away from the dealership the day I bought her. I’m very pleased and satisfied with both Ash and Quintens customer service. Give them a raise!!!!

Friendly staff, not a very long line easy to get a quick wash. Had the basic wash, overall the vehicle was cleaned well, there were still some bugs left on the front. Self service vacuums had plenty of suction and adequate hose length to get rhe job done.
