I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I hired this company to detail my Mercedes Sprinter van, and the quality of work was shockingly poor. The wheels and tires were not cleaned at all. Large portions of the interior were untouched, with visible dirt, grime, and even sticky residue left behind. When I pointed this out, the technician claimed some of the buildup “couldn’t come out.” That turned out to be untrue — I was able to remove it myself with a warm towel and minimal effort. I reached out to the company to have them correct the work. Initially, they agreed to come back. But when I followed up, they suddenly refused service, claiming I had left them a voicemail where I used profanity. I told them I had done no such thing and asked them to provide the voicemail. I even checked my call history to confirm. After going back and forth, they eventually admitted they had confused me with another customer. At that point, I was told to “be patient” because it was the holidays and that they would follow up in the new year. It is now the end of January, and they have completely ghosted me. Mistakes happen — what matters is how a business handles them. This company chose deflection, false accusations, and avoidance instead of accountability and basic customer service. If you’re considering hiring them, proceed with extreme caution. I also strongly recommend not paying in cash, so you have options to dispute the charge if the service is not delivered as promised. I will be filing complaints with consumer protection channels as well. Very disappointing experience all around.

There are not BBB Accredited!!!!!!! Worst place to get your car paint repair here. if you ever get there services don't use zelle because they will never give you a refund. they will block your number so you wont be able to call them. the worker is nice but their dispatcher or who ever answering there phone is a narcissist I think that's the best definition for him he will gaslight you on the phone or text lol. all there location is fake. its inside ups store. theres no way you can viste there shop because they don't have one. There are not BBB Accredited!!!!!!!
