I've been bringing my car here for years! Every single employee is kind and super helpful if/when you have any questions. I'd like to give a special shout out to Aaron the first guy you see when you tell him which wash you want; this guy runs the show. I've come when it's super busy, cars everywhere and he keeps everything running smoothly and quickly despite any chaos. Always in and out in 10-20 mins, 30 mins of it's super busy and they always do a really good job. I get so many compliments on my car!

I requested an interior and exterior wash for $36 +$7 tip (without checking the job).They didn't touch my doors, or the windshield, A soda cap I left in the door was still there some removable stains were still there, platic mats were still dirty. Very mediocre carwash, very unhappy I will never come back and wouldn't recomend it to anyone. Mobile car washers do a much better job for less.

Vehicle still dirty! Paid for the most expensive wash and got a really bad clean. Sand and crumbs still on seat. They let in sit in the sun for ten min before they began to dry or wipe. Wouldn’t recommend. Get basic wash if you go. Either way gets basic treatment.

I love this place my car is always clean and smells nice when I bring my car in and I just recently found out they offer a headlight cleaning for a very fair price it took my headlight from this to this Arron and Manny did a fantastic job and in the dark my lights shine so bright now it's awesome granted the car in the before photo is not my car you get the idea (didn't have a photo of my headlight beforehand)

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your car wash. I brought my truck in for a wash, and when it pulled out, I discovered that both my railing and tonneau cover had been damaged. When I addressed this issue with the staff, they refused to take any responsibility for the damage caused during their service. I am now facing a bill of nearly $2,000 to replace the damaged items. This incident has left me incredibly disappointed with them. I will not be returning for any future services and will strongly advise others against using your car wash for any vehicle with any modifications. The lack of accountability for the damage caused to my property is unacceptable.

This is a good, honest car wash that does the job at a fair price and without any major problems. It is not inexpensive, a full service wash here will set you back about $25, but they do have an email coupon that takes $5 of that. An exterior wash is about $10, which isn't bad and in line with the market. Of course you can add on all kinds of sprays and waxes to the full service and spend $40 or more, and full detailing is also available. The finisher do a good job drying the vehicle and doing the interior clean up. They are generally quick and all-in your going to spend 20=30 minutes there on a busy day for the basic wash and dry. I have never had an unpleasant experience there. I have also never been cheated, as some carwashes do. They are good about doing what you order (and pay for). If I forget and leave a dime in the ashtray, it's still there at the end. Of course they have the usual assortment of car stuff to look at and buy if you are bored. There is a TV in the lobby to watch if that is something you want to do. They also have snacks and sodas. I recommend this place.

I came here after being disrespected and brushed-off at the Indio Car Wash. This was a next-level experience for sure. I was greeted and checked-in with a smile. The cashier was polite and helpful, and all of the staff were on-task. It wasn’t chaotic and unfriendly like the other place. I will definitely drive a bit further next time to get a better wash and be treated kinder.

I was told to cancel by the 21st of the month (I am a seasonal repeat customer) and I would not be charged for the next month. I was charged the full amount (I cancelled on the 21st) and John (manager) stated I missed the cancellation time). He refused any options to make this right!! He told me the best option was to use it for the time I paid for! (Knowing I will be two thousand miles)! Very disappointed and disrespected! Raceway may have won in the short game but lost a repeat customer and more dollars in the long term.
