Pricing of gas is deceptive. The cost of gas is premised on getting a car wash. It is cheaper if you get a wash, and .25 cents a gallon is added when you don't get a wash. The print on the price board is small and virtually illegible.

Car wash poor, card readers on pumps are usually malfunctioning, attitude of employees range from indifferent to blatantly hostile. Sub optimal in all respects

I made a purchase and got overcharged. The cashier was very helpful but needed the manager's approval. Manager Carlos was so unprofessional and rude. No customer service skills.

Needed some work done, manager was off that day, mechanics were rude,took a very long lunch then sat in back and watched me and my granddaughter waiting for over 4 hours, never got anything done. Caused damage to my car. Will never go there again.

This review is for Elana and no she did not ask for this review to be done I'm doing this because Elana was kind-hearted understanding respectful and did not question me more than once about my needs she allowed me to do what I needed to do without a question without hesitation she deserves recognition and to be recognized for being a good employee fashionable friendly respectful and honest with their customers and she doesn't second guess or question individuals that are coming to the store who are handicapped or with special needs such as myself which is very rare and it's a very very good quality that she's I'll be following up on this review as well as I do all my reviews I hope shell that you give her some type of recognition and if not I will donate something to her name if anything because good work sometimes goes un recognized and me as a business owner I do recognize good employees as well so with that being said shall I hope you really do give her something in her honor thank you very much great employee awesome customer service story was completely clean bathroom just outrageously clean and went ahead and even helped my wife that is disabled she went above and beyond her call of duty and of what to expect of her I'll be following up here in a few days with this review thank you shell

This place is not open 24 hours it’s 1:33am and I needed some water and restroom and they were shutdown. Looks like someone sitting outside, but she just ignored me when I tried to ask why this website says 24 and they’re completely closed and lights off locked doors. Bad experience :( wish they were open 24 hours.
