I have been going to this Kwik Trip for the last 6 months (I work third shift so options for lunch are limited) and the Saturday night crew on 9-23 were very rude, non responsive to me and border line passive aggressive. I'll be going elsewhere from now on, they don't deserve anyone's business with employees like that.

Not a good experience, I purchase all my companies fuel at kwik trip and have been for over 15 years. Today I had the worst experience with manager matt , rude incompetent and condescending. Kwik trip just lost all my business, say goodbye to 10 k in business.

I enjoy the store but the gal that always sits far left in a chair with the badge "started in 2016" is brutally rude. Everyone else that works there is capable of being kind and not a robot and id suggest she does the same considering she is likely a training with 5 years experience. Regardless of the situation. She needs to get an attitude adjustment or store #200 will continue to lose people.

Great place to go for lunch during school. The atmosphere is great to, better than the one I work at (which to be fair, as of the time I'm writing this is under a remodel). red zone (hot food and coffe area) is well tended to. I especially love the (SPOILER ALERT for the mandalorian) grogu that sits by the condiment bar, which has different outfits depending the seasons.

Great place to go to for quick shopping in our neighborhood. Truly professional, and polite staff. It has all everyday basic needs. Their coffee is awesome and their pricing all in all is very reasonable. I strongly recommend this store. Has service and automated carwash service comes very handy. Stopped here for some snacks and such. Kwik Trip always does a good job. Bathrooms are good, food is stocked, and pumps are modern. Seems like there aren't a lot of dependable options for early morning hot breakfast sandwiches at gas stations anymore.

The cashier told my brother his ID was fake when it is indeed very REAL. He went all the way to another Kwik trip and had no issues. She threatened to call the cops when he asked if she could scan his ID again because it’s literally not fake. She refused to scan it because she was too prideful. I don’t even think she scanned it originally but yea let’s appreciate the rude customer service. Explain to me how she thought his ID was fake but she told him that he can come back and use his “fake ID” as long as she’s not working.

I entered the store at 3:20 AM. It took me about 20 minutes to select my items. As I headed for the counter the employee informed me they had a “no shoes” policy (I was wearing socks). She said I had to leave the store immediately. I couldn’t make my purchases. I wasn’t given a warning. It would have been nice to be told as I entered, so I didn’t waste time, of to be allowed to make my purchases and then leave. I was a longtime customer. I’ve been hundreds of times. I’m not a Kwik Trip customer any more.
