First of all I would like to say that I have not had any troubles with this kwik trip in the past. I know that the employees can prepare you a grilled cheese sandwich or even a pizza when there are no more or you want a fresh baked one. I've done this over 10 already in the past so I know it's possible. But today I went to this Kwik trip location and had asked one of the young men who was at the register to if we could have 1 pizza because all of them had run out. He replied with "you can only buy the ones that are in the pizza heater and we can't make any for you" After that I understood and we grabbed all the things we needed and left but we had forgotten to grab eggs so we had to return and right as we were going to leave I remembered we needed to get some jelly so I went and grabbed that also. Right as I was about to leave I had noticed a lady that just exited about the same time as me holding a pizza in her hand looking fresh made. which really bothered me knowing the man said there was no way they could make fresh pizza for customers. After this experience I really want the manager to talk to their employees or at least show equality to all there customers. I know it's just a pizza and it doesn't matter that much, but all I want you to do is to put yourself in my shoes and think about what you would do. I don't think i'll be going to this location any longer.

I like this Kwik trip, free atm employees are always friendly, restrooms are clean, even if it looks busy it is still fast moving, Food is always stocked!!!! Hot food. Coffee nice variety and grocery items too!

My son and I stopped after our work at about 11:15 pm on Friday night. We both purchased our own things. The cashier was super rude to both of us!! She had a very bad attitude, she didn’t smile, and talked very snotty to both of us!! If she has some issue with her job she shouldn’t take it out in the nice customers like us!!

Kwik trip is to me Kwik trip's customer service is that of a king crab. raising prices to incredible highs as other gas stations lower their prices to compete to stay open. Kwik Trip 32oz refill of coffee-water or hot chocolate is $2 - $3 including a crab of customer service. Fleet Farm is .80 all sizes and includes outstanding customer service. Other stations around $1 lowering prices just to stay in business.

Worst KT in the company. Never have anything on the hot spot. I order ahead for a specific time and they have the food ready for 15 minutes before my time. So much for my ice cream.

I cancelled my transaction at the pump and my pending payment was never returned to my account. My bank sucks for telling me I need to take it up with the store. The store gives me a 800 number that No One Answers. Its just crazy that between the bank and the store, no one will give me my money back.

Good location, customer service is pretty regular like anywhere else. My 3 star is for the car wash some days I get a good wash some days I don't. Like today I get a elite wash and I drive away but there's still soap dripping down from the top of my car! Maybe just slow the rinse cycle a little?!

Normally come here for gas and to get a drink, but I decided to try their custard filled donuts with sprinkles and chocolate icing. I’ve had these before and last time they were pretty good, however, this time the custard tasted spoiled. There’s no reason it should have a sour, citrusy, lemon-like flavor when there was no indication that it was that flavor. The custard didn’t even feel like custard either. It was very solid.

So we are from Michigan, not Wisconsin, and the gas pumps there happen to be different. We were filling up gas and confused on how to do the pumps here, and a worker saw and came outside and explained how and we said we didn’t realize there was a difference here and she said that all gas stations are like that and we said we weren’t from here so it’s different and she said “good, don’t come back” and was yelling rudely and such. It’s almost funny to me that people like that can just get away with being like that at their job and not have repercussions. But if i’m bring honest it’s sad that this review is coming from a 16 year old who has more common sense to treat people with respect than like a 25-30 year old women.

NEVER USE THIS GAS STATION. It caused a misfire on my car and had to get my gas tank switched out. Down $26 from filling my tank and 160 for maintenance. Will never use this gas station again.

I love the fact that this QuikTrip actually had brewed coffee. But the one bad thing about my trip that day was it snowed whoever they subbed out to clean the lot with driving around the lot spreading salt recklessly making multiple people break hard and people that were walking were getting hit with the salt

My child over estimated the cost to fill her tank and didn't realize the extra she paid would be placed back on her gift card and she threw it away. I want to give a HUGE shout out to your employee that literally took the time to go through the garbage can outside in the cold and snow. People don’t know how to recycle. Your time isn’t so valuable that you can’t do it correctly. While I was there a one man operation repainted the yellow safety lines with a small vehicle. Took him about an hour. Job well done.
