Came in today to grab my favorite soda... the Goji Citrus Strawberry Mountain Dew. It looked a little funny, so I tasted it. It needed the syrup changed. That is when I met Trina! She stopped what she was doing and went to check the soda fountain first, washed her hands, and then grabbed a small coffee cup with hot water! (No one does this - it dissolves the sugary syrup residue from the cap that connects the line to the box of syrup) and the next time I saw her she was even gloved! They were actually completely out of my drink though, so I picked another flavor and she just let me have it on the house! Also, while I was waiting I noticed the donuts - another evil thing I don't indulge in often - and they were decorated just a bit better than most of the donuts I see around town. If you like pretty donuts with a touch more love, come to this Kwik Trip! A 5 star review even though they didn't even have what I came for! Good job guys!

Just wanted to give a shout-out to Noah! We had a flat tire today and someone called the store concerned about us in the parking lot. He came out to give us a hand even though we let him know we had someone on the way to help. He had it half done by the time my dad came to help. Thanks for being great Noah!!

I love Kwik Trip but their licorice selection is terrible. No Red Vines and ZERO black licorice. Great selection of hot grab-and-go food. Employees are usually great. Gas pumps are often slow.

Ordered ahead for a hot meal on my way home. My order was for 615 pm pickup. I arrived at 614, grab my food and leave only to find out my HOT pizza was cooked ahead of time and ka bi longer HOT it's not even warm. Had probably been sitting there since before 6pm judging by the lack of HEAT Pic attached of a BARELY like warm pizza. I also got a frozen pizza as well. Which by the feel of it it's been sitting outside the freezer for at least 30-45 minutes. Completely disappointed in Kwik trips service.

My husband has gotten sick from your food I can’t tell how many times. He grabbed a breakfast sandwich last Friday (6/20) morning and 48 hours later he’s sick with a full on head and chest cold. Someone isn’t washing their hands or what. The sanitation of your food area should be looked into by the health department

usually great service today the woman asked me what coffee I got I said I just got coffee she says no I mean which one I asked her does it matter and she said yes and I told her just the regular coffee then proceeded to try to charge me extra because of my kwikTrip mug. want to ask her why she said that's why I asked you if you had regular coffee and I once again told her yes this regular coffee she's like why didn't you say that I said I did. she gets all huffy and changes the price. what is up with your customer service here, never have a problem except for that one individual and it's been three different occasions now. what's the point of buying the damn mug when you get the coffee I'm not getting a discount and just being charged regular price of the coffee the whole deal that you're advertising with the mug is a discount on the coffee.

i came in the other night. The night shift lady gave me dirty looks when I came to pay for my food. She didn't scan my soup bowl, instead she manually charged me the price of a 16oz soup when i had an 8 oz. when i noticed this, I asked her about it and she told me i filled my cup too full. So, a 8oz soup would be be charged as a 16oz based on worker's opinion?? ok..... fine?. i understand the staff is doing their job....BUT your staff should really work on communication with the customer. Maybe something like " I do have to upcharge because I THINK you overfilled it, " and then ring it up at that new price...don't just just quietly/secretly charge a different price and think that the customer wouldn't notice? Anyways, I paid for it. Didn't want to argue over soup price. I hope one one else got treated like this.

Usually pleased by how well the kitchen staff do.. but i did not get these expecting them to be empty taco shells.. maybe at least a scoop of meat in them. All I ask is please make sure we’re not paying for tortilla chips when expecting little tacos.

Most Kwik Trip I’ve been to all the employees are so helpful and friendly. This location if you come on the wrong day the employees and manager there are rude and no customer service oriented. They don’t greet and just walks right by you when you are trying to ask them for help or trying to get their attention. They have the rudest attitude. The lady I try to talk to today was a brunette, older mid aged must be a manger or shift lead but didn’t catch her name. Just the rudest attitude. The employee I try to talk to seemed uncomfortable, she must’ve been shy and just walked away after I asked her a question as well. Therefore I asked the lady who walked past the counter to the registers. Mid aged brunette, If you are having a bad day leave it at home. Another event was an older lady at the register. That’s another story!

I just stopped in at this Kwik Trip and withdrew money from the ATM. I purchased something and asked if the cashier could give me 4 5 dollar bills for a $20 bill. The cashier said no before she even opened her drawer. She didn’t ask if any of the other cashiers could do it and just said “sorry.“ I’ve been to this Kwik Trip many times and have gotten change after purchasing something. This is the first time I’ve ever been treated this way and been refused to change a $20 bill. I’ve been in many Kwik trips and have never had this issue. When the cashier opened her drawer her five dollar section was extremely full. Very poor customer service!!

Please tell the old guy to stop putting his fingers in his mouth before he grabs a bag and touches everything. You're dealing with food this is highly unsanitary. I actively try to avoid going to him if possible. Also your card readers are filthy. Greasy finger prints and crusty old food all over them. This is a busy store which is even more reason to clean and sanitize properly.

The cheaper fuel option isn’t there. They only have one line at the cashier and it is way backed up always. Come here if you’re looking for a waste of time and money.

Worst Kwik trip I’ve ever experienced I purchased cigarettes and the cashier gives me the wrong pack, didn’t realize until getting in my car because I had other items to grab, as anyone else I went back inside to exchange.. MY ITEM WAS NOT OPEN & less than 5 minutes. I was told I cannot exchange. I had to repurchase my item I went in for. The “Manager” @8pm on Sundays is the worst person ever, she’s rude and dingy this person need to be fired. Don't recommend coming here. Workers are terrible and ALL young. All they do is play around and don’t get nothing done here. I will not be returning! Do better Neenah and workers

I like KwikTrips in general. They're cleanliness, their smiles at check in and check out. But today we had a snow storm and it's hard to think about people who are disabled when you're not disabled yourself. I just want you to be reminded that you should clear out the snow around your gas receptacles. It's very hard walking with a bum leg and a cane.
