Service is always good, customer service is always lackluster. Buy its not fine dining its an oil change & a gas station, so we keep going back.

Interesting to go into a convenience store in todays world and find no lottery tickets, booze, cigarettes in the building. In many ways, very refreshing. Great staff and great prices thanks.

Great place to get an oil change. All the guys are friendly and helpful. It's a service station, not a car dealership, so expect it to look and smell like mechanics work there. A+

54.99 for an oil change is not a good deal and YES I CAN DO THEM CHEAPER AT HOME! Bad comment below....28.99 is what Les Stumpf Ford charges for my 2010 Milan hybrid with 5w-20 synthetic blend motorcraft oil....but they too busy to do my car this week so I thought I would check around.

We had a very disappointing experience at this service station in Neenah, WI. We drive by the Neenah Standard BP station every day on our way to work and decided to try to get an oil change at this establishment on December 16, 2015. As we started the transaction, we asked for the wiper blades to be replaced as well on our 2011 Mazda CX-9. Upon completion of the service, the vehicle was drove out of the shop by the technicians, we paid for the service, and got in the vehicle and drove away. As we drove away, we noticed that we had a cracked windshield that we did not have prior to having the wiper blades replaced. Since we were on our lunch break, we had to get back to work, but we called immediately upon returning to work to explain that we had a cracked windshield. After the first call, we were told the guys replacing the windshield said they “did not snap the wipers” so didn’t feel they broke the windshield. We were told they could watch the video and call the Manager, which we asked them to do. We were asked to stop back so they could see the cracked windshield. We did that after work and they looked at it, said they’d call the manager who “said he’d come down when we got back”. The service person looked at it and while on the phone with the manager, said the manager was now NOT going to come down to look. The service person took pictures and said the manager would call the following day. "Today" came and went and we were not contacted. The windshield crack got progressively worse throughout the day/night so we called our insurance company and had it replaced. The crack got worse throughout that initial day and then the BP guy took pictures when we had returend, so they were able to see how it progressed (indicating a fresh crack). We've escalated this to corporate BP and hope it can get resolved. As of now, I cannot recommend this service station and have begun communicating this to friends, family and co-workers.

Jake is a very good mechanic and tries to accommodate my schedule as much as possible. BP definitely does not upsell you stuff you don't need. Their labor charges are reasonable! Mike C.

I needed a quick and unscheduled check of a 4x4 problem my truck was having. I received very fair and honest treatment from Jake in the diagnosis of my Yukon's drivetrain. Very pleased with the service I got at Neenah Standard.

I love Neenah Standard. They are on time, polite and very respectful. They looked at my car for free, diagnosed the problem, and went from there. I highly recommend them for anything.

Theses guys are the best. Plugged my tire in less than 15 minutes and only changed me $10.00. As for oil changes you can't do them cheaper by yourself.

I've been getting oil changes here for a while but not any longer. After the last one the drain cap threads were wore and oil slowly leaked. Brought my car to a dealership and they told me any mechanic should be able to recognize that the cap needed replacing but instead they put it back in and never told me. Moral of the story, don't get car work done here.

These guys at the shop were able to fix my truck when I was driving thru town and my water pump blew. They told me what the problem was, gave an estimate and finished fixing it under 2 hours. I was able to get back on the road in no time. So appreciative of their service!

I had my brakes done I believe in January of this year, and needless to say I'm severely disappointed. For it being 6 months after having a so called "complete brake job" and being charged 400 dollars, my dad's friend came and took a look at my brakes due to a metal on metal.sound, I have no back brakes. They're severely old and worn, and if they were new I don't think they would've got shot that fast. Never really had an issue coming here before, but I don't think they were honest when they claimed they did my brakes.

The mechanics here are wonderful. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and fast. Both of the mechanics here are very honest and safety minded. They literally are the best in the entire Fox Valley

May 22 at 2:00 p.m. at 1126 main Street Neenah. Josh and Benjamin did a service for my 1999 E class 320 Mercedes-Benz That was supposed to be a comfortable service, but turned into a nightmare. I went there to have my rear tires changed and replaced. They took off my rear tires and Benjamin stated to me "you can possibly have a problem later on if you don't get the grease off the lug nuts and rotor"I let Benjamin be aware at that point that I had not done so, but the other gentleman that put my wheel on from the other shop must have done it enabling me to get to him to do my tires. if Benjamin would have said to me at that point that him and Josh could remove that for me at a cost I promise I would have paid to have that done with no problem. At that point Josh offered me a cup of coffee and I went next door to go and get a complimentary cup and she stated. Maybe 12 minutes past and after coming back into the shop I see Josh sitting on a chair with his legs completely sprawled out on the floor and his arms crossing the back of his head he stated to me "he didn't understand why the other place I took it to couldn't complete my job because it was so easy to do"as I see my tire on the right side of my car. I asked him where is Benjamin and he let me be aware that Benjamin is balancing my other tire. This is on May 22nd Thursday. Benjamin comes and places my other tire on and I paid them the $56 agreed upon. I let them be aware when I paid them that my project tomorrow was to change my rear shocks and I would let them know how it went. Next day I went to go and take off my rear right tire and that was the beginning of my nightmare because it would not come off. I know that this problem existed because they place the rims back on without cleaning the problem that they talked to me about and it showed! He predicted a problem (Benjamin) and that's exactly what I got the next day. I called the shop to let them be aware that my tire would not come off and I couldn't get my lug nuts out. Josh put Benjamin on the phone and Benjamin immediately said it was my fault if they would not come out, but I immediately responded that they were the only ones that just finished working on my vehicle just the day before and no one else has touched my vehicle but me. I asked if they would come to my garage and maybe assess the problem. I was scheduled an appointment 1 month and 1 week after that date was June 17th at 12:00 p.m. I included a video that you should see in reference to where Benjamin told me to place my vehicle. At 12:05 p.m. Benjamin use a racist term to me"N... YOU MIGHT THINK YOU WERE UPSET BEFORE, BUT YOU'RE GOING TO BE UPSET NOW, BECAUSE I'M NOT TOUCHING A DAMN THING ON THAT CAR!" as he was approaching me and tossing my keys to my hand. I am really in shock responded to him,"You are going to call me the N-word and then refuse to do service for my vehicle that you scheduled me to be here for at 12:00!"? There was a patron at the pump that day that I immediately turned and seen the response on his face right after Benjamin said that! I went to ask the man if he heard what Benjamin just said to me, and Benjamin immediately barked at me don't say another word to him and he wants me and my vehicle off of his property! I then went into the BP store to reach out for the owner of the location to let them be aware with just transpired and that my vehicle was not safe to leave with only one lug nut in it and THEY knew it. TO ADD MISERY TO MY PAIN THEY ALSO MOVED MY VEHICLE FROM WHERE HE TOLD ME TO PUT IT AND PLACED IT FAR AWAY INTO THE CORNER BY SOME WOODED AREA WHERE THERE WAS NO CAMERAS!! 8-10 POLICE (NEENAH) CAME TO THAT SCENE THAT DAY TO HURD ME OFF OF THAT PROPERTY AND NEVER ASKED ME WHAT HAPPENED! I TOLD THE POLICE EVEN What BENJAMIN HAD SAID AND THEY COMPLETELY DID NOT WRITE IT DOWN NOR CARED FOR MY WELL-BEING AS A CITIZEN THAT WAS BEING WRONGED AT THAT LOCATION. I INCLUDED A VIDEO ON AN HONEST EMPLOYEE THAT SHARED HOW DISHONEST BENJAMIN WAS IN REFERENCE TO MY VEHICLE. THE POLICE FORCED ME TO LEAVE THAT DAY WITHOUT MY CAR.DONT
