I will never chose master lube again. Awful customer service. The workers were very rude from the get go. Then they tried to tell me I needed to get my gas lines flushed and my engine flushed because my oil was dirty. I am in my early 20s and felt like they were taking advantage of me because they didn't think I knew anything about cars. I knew enough to tell them no and asked my regular mechanic and he told me he has never done that to a car before or heard of it. I did not appreciate them trying to take advantage of because of my age and gender. I will never go back to this shop and would caution anyone when going here. They also did not reset the light in my car either.

I just moved to Neenah and this was my first visit to the Pioneer Quick Lube-39 at 1404 S. Commercial Street. The Crew, Dennis Zaugg and Ben Buhrow, were outstanding! They were very courteous, professional and have an awesome sense of humor. I was given tips, advice and assistance that greatly helped. These two gentleman worked very well together and because of their positive attitude I will definitely return. Thanks Guys!!

Skid plate fell off while my wife was driving down the highway. Contacted the manager and he was very helpful in making it right. Mistakes happen and the fact that they made it right makes them a very trust worthy.

Please just fix your car wash and the card readers. I love coming here but as of late it has been so hectic. Your card readers do not work please replace them. I have helped so many other people try their card.

Had them do an oil change which wasn't an issue. When they told me I was all set I started to drive away and heard a loud crunching noise. They hadn't removed one of the grates that they put up under the vehicle and it gouged the underside of the fender. When I asked if anything had broken they just said "no" and didn't bother looking. Really don't have any desire to return in the future.

Just had oil change 6/12/23 at 2:38. The gentleman mentioned that the antifreeze is low. Mentioned it would cost $4. He never asked and just filled it and added it to the bill. Not happy. Never going there again

On Saturday at 3:56 pm (8-15-22)I pulled into the business to get my oil changed. *4 minutes before closing * The guy looks out the window and continues doing what he was doing. I got out of my vehicle at 3:58 (2 minutes before close) and asked politely if I could get my oil changed. His response is we are closed. Ow are you open until 4 or is that the time you want to be out of there? I don’t care if it’s 3 minutes before closing, I should have been taken care of. You now have lost my vehicle, my wife’s vehicle and our 3 children’s as well. I’ve done business here for 25 years plus. Never again.

Pulled in today because I needed help getting my license plate replaced. The screws were completely rusted and would not budge for me. They broke them loose, lubricated the screws and replaced my plate. They even topped off my tires and didn’t charge me for it. Both guys were very friendly and professional and I’m grateful for the assistance.

The staff is always kind and looks out for me. I get my oil changed their regularly and they do and excellent job and make great conversation as well. What really won me over as a customer if theirs is there willingness to answer questions for me on small things I've noticed with the vehicle and have questions on. I'd recommend anyone to use this location for their vehicle.
