I visited KT #143 to ask for quarters so I could do laundry. Huge shout out to Sarah who was working second shift on Thursday, October 18th. She was very nice, helpful, and went out of her way to help count out quarters for me. I have never had a bad experience at this KT. Thank you!

We regularly patronize Kwik Trip. Staff is always nice and helpful. I'm hearing impaired and read lips and facial expressions to help me understand what others are saying, with everyone being in masks this makes it very difficult for me and others like me to communicate and not ask "what" 1000 times. Sometimes employees evening get irritated with having to repeat themselves, even after I've explained I'm hearing impaired, and it makes it hard to even go places because I don't feel like dealing with the difficulties of this. My cashier last night was very nice and patient, after I explained I was hearing impaired and the store was noisy that I was really struggling to understand her she actually pulled down her mask so I could see her lips! This made all the difference and she was the first KT employee to EVER do this for me! I was very touched and told her as much and thanked her. She clearly wasn't trained to do this, and all employees should be trained to do this when someone says they're hearing impaired, but she knew enough how to help the situation. Please train your employees to do this and thank you again to the very kind young lady that showed she really cared!

came here 2/19/23 around 3am, saw a homeless man and decided to get him some food. the woman at the front desk said “it’s okay to help him but all he does is buy lottery tickets” so i responded “that’s why i bought him food and didn’t give him money, i’m not worried about it. i’ll help the man out if i can” and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me and look as if she didn’t want to help me. disgusting how another human treats one in need.

I stop at Kwik Trip for fast friendly service, hot food, and hot coffee. You will find none of that at this location. I shared my dissatisfaction with a regional manager a few months ago and I told him it was going to be awhile before I came back. Well 2 months later I stop in and it’s just as awful. Zero breakfast sandwiches out at 7:30am, lines down to the soda coolers, and a coffee station that has layers of grime over everything. I tried to give a second chance. I am done with Kwik Trip!

Fantastic, Kind & Caring staff. Alexis is a priceless asset to the company too! They're almost always on top of things and go out of the way to help you! A great example of this is, you stopped there specifically so you could get gas, a coffee, and your favorite hot sandwich but there's none made! If you ask they'll go make you one right away to make sure you're happy & satisfied!

Although Kwik Trip as company is awesome! With their hot foods, meals deals on Tuesdays, the Kwik Trip card for deep discounts and free items, delicious bakery items....This location STAYS busy and often low on hot foods, fresh fruit, and bakery goods. I don't blame them though, it's just hard to keep up. This is the busiest location in all of Green Bay. Hats off to the staff there.

Today I went to put gas and the pump started to leak all over the place, got me all wet from gasoline. The employee came rude to me, did not knew how to handle the situation properly and at the end gave me $5 of compensation for the situation and told me she was being more than generous for the $5. Never coming back.

The cleanliness, stock and layout hold to the Kwik Trip high standard. My only complaint about this location is staff can be slow when checking customers out. More than not I avoid this one because of wait times at checkout.

The gas station part of this place is OK. Now the car wash seems to be A little off lately Water down soap/wax, the tracks are moving faster than usual. You're better off is going somewhere else

This place is amazingly clean and superb selection of food items you need when on a road trip. The restrooms were super clean. Will stop by to shop again when driving by. Gas was cheaper too so got a full tank!

If you're looking for customer service, this isn't the place to find it. Employees are more interested in chatting with each other. Clearly, do not uphold the ordinarily high Kwik Trip standards.

I like their chocolate milk with vitamin D so I get the full amount value to me. They make the best chocolate milk and that’s where I shop each week for it. And they’re always helpful and kind. And they got the best chicken tenders than anywhere else, even at restaurants, you can’t find them that good

I am a frequent customer of this location. I was just there trying to reload my card. Something happened where the cash register prompted an error when I tried to load it. The woman had mentioned "it's suspected of fraud" so I'm like what really so she had me try the next cash register and it happened again. The woman at that register read me the whole error that she was prompted with. "Fraud" was at the end of the prompt. I left I called my card. Customer service mentioned that my card was active and working fine, and that it has to be on the merchants end. The point of the review I'm leaving is that you may have some problems with your automatic reload system that needs to be addressed, and secondly the way the first cashier told me it was fraud felt very accusatory and was kind of embarrassing. Maybe there is a way to address someone about that in a more discreet way so it doesn't make the customer feel that they are being accused of something.
