Had to double pay for car wash because it gave me a blank receipt when purchasing after paying for fuel so I couldn'tget a code. The car wash didn't give me a receipt when requested.

This morning I popped into the gas station to get my son a donut and an apple juice. I waited in line for an inordinate amount of time because of the guy in front of me, but when I got to the register, I realized that I forgot my wallet. The cashier paid for me and just kindly asked that I pay it forward. It was wonderful. I didn't catch her name but she needs a raise.

I’m a huge fan of Kwik Trip and this was my go to spot until today. The fact that I can’t pay for the car wash I want at the pump is absolutely stupid. But to top that off I can’t upgrade it at the wash for whatever reason. Just make the proper washes available at the pumps, that can’t possibly be that hard as it used to be that way.

Paid at the pump, purchased car wash. Printer is out of tape, so no receipt with car wash code. Walk inside, line almost out the door. Was in a hurry, couldn't wait, so tried calling as I was pulling around. No answer. Needed a car wash as I was taking clients out today, so paid for another wash. This isn't the first time this has happened, or I would've just written it off as bad luck.

I stop in here during work which I will NEVER do again. 2 sandwiches at 515 at night. All they had was chicken. Sad to say but I'm done with this kwiktrip they never have any hot food out. Drove 16 minutes to get here for nothing. The kitchen employee was no help as well, said 'quess you have to be quicker'. Very disappointing

For a gas station they've got pretty decent food. Top tier fuel. Beer. They've got grocery stuff too but I haven't sampled that yet. Prices are good, I think. My wife does all the shopping so I honestly don't know if the prices are good but it seems cheap to me.

Usually have wonderful experiences at kwiktrip but after filling my tank at this location and getting their elite car wash, I was beyond disappointed with how dirty my car was left. It had literal marks left behind from the soft touch left in the grime it left behind on my windows. And I regularly get my car washed at other kwiktrip locations and have never been left disappointed. I will not be using this location for my washes anymore.

Not one of the 5 or so employees behind the counter were wearing masks. Website encourages use of hand sanitizer, masks and hand washing. Noticed this sign about safety though. Sept 21st, 7:30 pm

The bathrooms are nasty. There is poop all over the toilet and the floor. No employee cared when I told them about it. That's a safety hazard! I will be reporting this store and sharing the photos I took. Along with the video of employees telling me they don't care.

Sure would be nice after spending 1500 in fuel this week that at 5pm you could find a parking spot. Literally half the parking lot is all Amazon bobtails!!! Maybe they should park at Amazon when waiting for loads, most sure aren't spending money here. Food and people good as always.

I come in all the time for ciggerates and my moms scratch offs I just moved here I’m so close to this Kwik trip I love it but when I come in the morning time DIANE red head older lady needs to be fired !!! I told her I will be calling corporate for me and my moms experiences with her she said do it she can do it whatever she wants cause nobody wants to work here

2/25/2025 Update. Kwik Trip Corporate responded to my original review with a link to "Contact Us." That was 3 calender days ago and still crickets. Original review > The display at the pump was different on 2/17/2025 around 3:30 - 4:00 pm. My Kwik Trip debit card was denied twice but worked in the store the night before and 2 days later at a Mt. Pleasant store. The young man with crooked glasses in the Somers store was no help, not even offering to come out and look at the pump. I called Kwik Trip's home office and left a voice-mail. That was over 24 hours ago. Still no response. I hope that wasn't a skimmer on the pump!?!?

I used the car wash at this Kwik Trip. It worked great! Only one car in front of me. My car ended up clean. The dryer/blower did a good job. I had no complaints. One thing…. I wish it was a little less expensive. I recommend the car wash at this Kwik Trip!

New store. Always clean and we'll stocked store. Employees are always working, keeping the store in check and stocking up iteams. Hot food is a good change of pace. Good deals on food everyday. Many different coffee flavors to choose from. No touch car wash available. Gas station located on Southside of Hwy. 31 near Festival Foods.
