You know, Kwik Trip 371 is solid, but its vibe is a little different than other KTs. It has an old soul. I don't remember if it is an old PDQ or if it's an original Kwik Trip. It's like walking into the Target store up in Brookfield instead of down in Pleasant Prairie, it's good, it's solid, but the vibe is a bit different. Not bad, mind you, just different. It was 1:30 PM, and the Apple Fritters were talking to me. Now a 1:30 apple fritter is a roll of the dice. If you go east out on the PA Turnpike, I think that's I-80, you may be tempted to get an afternoon fritter, but that's a bad idea. That fritter is either too mushy or too dry coming down the pike. And btw, for all you kids and grown kids, the expression is down the pike not down the pipe. I mean, down the pipe, are we talking an oil pipeline from Canada or something, it makes no sense at all. It's down the pike where pike is the turnpike, in other words a highway. But this fritter at old soul 371 Kwik Trip was P.E.R.F.E.C.T. How unexpected and delightful. Well done AGAIN by Wisconsin's own Kwik Trips. You may notice though that I only am giving old 371 a four star. And that is due to too much clutter. The shelves were stocked but man it needed a good straightening up. Great fritters, you won't go wrong there, but maybe a woman's touch is in order.

My fiance got sick off their fruit frozen drinks. It tasted like there was soap in it. They need to make sure they clean them correctly! This is usually a busy location. I will not be returning to this Location.

I went to this location today and all 3 checkers were either wearing their masks on their chins or below their nose. I wonder if they can be held liable if you get the virus from their employees. A question for a lawyer, and yes I have proof and pictures.

I love this store. They are Fast, nice, kind people. Always greeted with a smile and a good morning comment. Plus the food is amazing and the prices you cant beat. Highly recommended!

I just went in and encountered a lady with a puppy. She was walking around holding it. She told the workers who were ooing and aahing over it that it was a gift for her husband's birthday. I like dogs. We're getting one. Don't believe they belong in stores where I'm getting food. Service animals should be in vests so we understand why they are there. I asked the manager if I could bring my cat since they just allow animals in the store that aren't service animals. The lady then says it IS a service animal. Clearly the animal was not. It disgusted me. I'm bringing my cat next time and I dare them to tell me I can't

Cleanliness is questionable,the dirtiest kwik trip ive ever been to.They have several people working there and a long checkout line with only one person working the registers.They have no problem wasting customers time.During the scamdemic they posted masks were the law...thats a lie..it was a mandate..mandates are NOT law!

This store is older and smaller than the other Kwik Trips I’ve been to, but they make the best of it. Cashiers are very friendly. There are always employees out doing something like changing coffee, putting out new food, taking out garbage, etc. That may be a weird thing to like but I like to see they are doing what they are supposed to do even in the middle of the day, not just at opening and closing times.

Came in tonight (4/6/2024) around 9:15 pm to see if the car wash was open. I got off of a very bad shift at work to see that a flock of birds pooped all over my windshield. My friend went in to buy food while I fueled my gas tank and purchased a car wash code. My friend came out with a coupon for a free car wash with a message from Nicki telling me that she hopes I have a better night. Thank you so much Nicki, for your service and kindness. This is exactly why I love Kwik Trip ❤️

I come to this kwik trip all the time but today there was no food except bacon cheese burgers. I bought one there was no bacon on it which I paid for. There was no ice for iced coffee. The store was very dirty. Total disappointment. Don't think I will be coming to this Kwik Trip any more.

Came to Kwik trip for gas and a pump was not functioning properly so I hit decline and moved to a new pump and purchased $21.57 worth of gas. I look at my bank statement and see a $125 pending on top of the purchase I made. I go to the Kwik trip and the manager calls corporate and they have the nerves to say they see them both pending and they do hold to make sure funds are available. I said first of all you have no right stealing $125 from my account and you don’t hold that kind of money from no one’s account ever because I have been going to Kwik trip for 6 years and that is stealing. I said either give me my funds back or I’m posting a review for everyone to see your location steals. Long story short he refuse to give my money back and only apologized. Long story short I am waiting on the police as we speak Be careful at this location they steal.

I get they are under construction. I got a soda, no water was even available, and a beer. The soda was super flat. Like had been dropped and put in the cooler. Didn’t even fizz when I opened it. Won’t bother stopping at this location again.

I’m a huge QuikTrip fan, but this location has lost me. The construction chaos is overwhelming. To make matters worse, I was verbally attacked by one of the construction workers—a completely shocking and unacceptable experience. As for the actual QuikTrip employees, they seemed disinterested and unenthusiastic, like they’d rather be anywhere else—though, to their credit, they weren’t outright rude. Between the hostile construction environment and the indifferent staff, this visit was a nightmare. I’ll keep going to other QuikTrips, but I’ll never step foot in this one again.

I come to this location practically every morning before work. They have food out in abundance and the donuts are always delicious. One employee in particular, Veronica I believe, is always helpful for whatever I need in my morning rush!

Ordered a soft pretzel from here and got what I would call a piece of rock that had sat under a heat lamp for hours. I couldn't even attempt to bite through it. Very disappointed compared to the hot fresh soft ones I got just the other day.

They left an item out of my bag and refused to fix the issue unless I drove back to kenosha. Offered a gift card but that's absolutely bonkers. I just need my money back for an item that I did not receive. Pay attention to all those one star reviews. I was treated like an idiot on the phone, the lady was very rude. I just don't want to spend money on something that I didn't receive. I suggest any other gas station
