As a regular customer i was stopped by to pump the gas after work at freezing night which is below 20. The pump handle didnt work propertly as it kept fill up with fuel even the tank was full. As a result of that, the fuel was all over the ground as well as my car. The car is smelled the gasline which took me hrs to get rid of smell. I felt it was necesary to told the employees know this urgent matter. It is huge safety issue if someone drop a cig or sth to cause the fire. I was accused try not to paid the gas due to this accident. N It is my fault the pump dint work property n i should keep eye on it when i pump the gas at this freezing night. ☹. Is this the right way to handle this matter? What happend to your customer service?.

Bathroom hallway smelled liked a trucker's taint. Women's bathroom had piss all over the floor. Or female ejaculate, some people can't tell the difference. Excellent faygo selection. Very concerned about the state of my fly.

Filled 8.256 gals oxy87 gas(about haft tank), after 200 miles drive, engine is shaking, engine light is on, code p0137. O2S Life data 0.06v, run up the rpm, move to 0.10v so the OS sensor is fine. Will put better gas after the tank is empty than rest the code.

These guys always got something good served up, even if you aren't there for the hot food or coffee they always have a decent selection of cold items and typical snacks at usually good prices. You can never go wrong going to one of these places.

Dirty outside with trash all around. The office door inside was open and there was serious cleanup needed there too. Felt sorry for the front service counter employee who mentioned employees didn't show up which has been an ongoing problem. Shelves were stocked. Bathroom needs some attention too.

Absolutely the worst service. Rude and unprofessional. Made me move my car because pump didn’t work and cheated me out of money. I paid $30 got $26 worth of gas. Never again.

Rude, lazy employees, out of everything. It's 7am and not 1 single breakfast sandwich on the warmers, out of coffee creamer. Just bought a small thing of milk n after tasting it looked and it was 2.5 weeks past expiration

This store has problems filling the warmers with the daily deal & promotional items. Often waiting 30 minutes for food that should be less than 10, if the staff even remembers or cares to complete your order.

Employee Tim, was very helpful at resolving my issue with the outside air compressor for filling my tire! The indicator light went on so I stopped in the air up my tires! The person next to me, had unbeknownst to me, called a tow truck! Seems the compressor does as the woman had asked fill the tire! And it apparently blew out her tire. TOO MUCH AIR! I was trying to get a reading & adjust mine to the standard Winter setting 33 #'s + 3 #'s for cold weather. It dropped my 28 #'s down to 20! So, I corrected the step 1 press < flat tire > button, step 2 press " + ADD ", well, my tire went down to 15 then 10! Darn! So, will I be able to drive to a nearby dealership or mechanic? I went inside to complain that the compressor wasn't putting out any air! Asked if they had can's to fill the tire up with air! Tim was able to speak with a peer shift worker & get the attention of a shift leader to authorize a gift can! While, I am capable of paying for it ... I didn't think it was fair that I should, had the compressor gotten me the JUICE - AIR my tire needed! $12.95 a can! If I could have gotten by with just the 1 can; but, when I attached the hose. The formula squirted out back at the can, & not at the connection! Ugh! Faulty can? I'm holding the can inverted & the car tire's stem was between the 4 o'clock & 8 o'clock position. WTheck! Wow! Toothpaste squirted out from the can's tube at the can & not the hose connection! I stopped the process to go back into the store to get some advice from the employee Tim, I spoke with! Stating there is something wrong with the product! We took out another can, I met him outside; and, we proceded to shake the can, connect the hose & ( *see! it, spew toothpaste again! ) We however did get some to go into the tire & took my 1st can, that didn't work to get a bit of shlack repair to go in the tire! I was certain I had less than 15 pounds in the tire. Thanked Tim, & management for addressing the compressor with warning to others that "OUT OF ORDER". And, I felt good about the circumstances: KWIKSTAR wasn't about, making a profit from the customer: more about KwikStar's Image, Products, and Service! I would like to make a donation of $13 + $7 for the employee's time caring for making a situation right!! I felt good that, I'd likely have spent $13 on a product, that not like the person before me spent on tow (Roadside Assistance). That I, while I still have the foreign object in the tire & another $30 to recon with repair. At least, KwikStar gave me time to allow me whom to take my business to! My foreign object turns out is to close to the outer edge of the tire. That replacement is imminent! WHAT? Why can't they: 1) Repair the tube, & 2) Insure against further flat by putting a tube in like the old days? Thank you, Kwik Star! Employee Tim!

Horrible customer service! I witnessed two Kwik Star employees mock and insult a disabled military veteran because he is homeless. This is the third Kwik Star in Waterloo Iowa to voice their hatred for homeless military veterans. (FYI, America, love it or leave it!)

Nice Kwik Star here toward Downtown Waterloo, IA. When I walked in, there was a ton of hot food & bakery items. The store does have a unique layout. A 4pk of Cake Donuts here is 3.49, which is a saving when compared to Casey’s or Hy-Vee. I got that 4pk of Cake donuts, a 32oz fountain drink, and a Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Croissant Sandwich. The staff were very friendly. The total was 8.71 after taxes. This place does get busy so be aware. Keep up the good work, Kwik Star #380!-Shy_Gun670

I must say this is a one stop shop. Gas, groceries, cigarettes,donuts,coffee,alcohol. It's a very clean place,for the most part the staff are pretty helpful and friendly. They offer competitive prices on eggs which are .99, the bananas are .39 so it's cheaper or similar prices as a grocery store depending on what you purchase. In Wisconsin we have Kwik Trip and this store is identical to that store.

I'm a big fan of Kwik trip / star. I've stopped here a few times my way though town. I find it's a good stop for a stretch and bathroom break. I usually leave with a snack like a chicken roller bite or a peanut butter chocolate rice crispy.
