Horrible customer service. Employees dont attemp to make visit easy, threatened with use of police for wanting my money back when they refused to turn on my pump on and I had to return inside to attempt my refund and be told the police will be called if I dont leave.

Cashier Tia was very unfriendly and rolled her eyes when I asked if she was doing ok. I was not greeted or thanked by her. This is not normal for any Kwik Star I've even been to.

Kiwk Star is my favorite gas station. This one stays clean all the time even when there’s shoppers 24/7. Food is good, prices are reasonable. Good deal!

This store provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a long time. I went into the store to pay for my gas and the cashier Tia gave me nothing but attitude while helping me. She walked off from the register several times while I was standing there. I asked her was she gonna ask me for my rewards card and she never did All she did was push the button for me to enter it in again she walked off while I was standing there even though I wasn’t finished with my transaction she gave me this look when I asked her about purchasing lottery tickets she told me that I need to fill out a slip cause they don’t enter the numbers in I then told her that the tickets are easy picks but I was going to walk her through the steps so you can print it off correctly. She then got smart saying I know what I’m doing but yet as she printed the ticket off and put them on the counter it was wrong and I told her that I don’t want them cause if she would of listen to me then she would of done it right the first time. As Tia and I continue to go back and forth exchanging words Courtney the assistant manager comes up and Tia asked her to help me and walks off. I told Courtney what I wanted and she printed the tickets off correctly! So with that being said I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone!

Usually Sonya isn’t there (store715) when I go there anymore because I don’t come to this one if I can help it but Sonya is the best customer service rep ever, she is always chipper and smiling, she always goes out of her way to make it a fast and friendly and convenient experience. She is the sweetest lady! Sonya multitasks and she is always on point! She always looks nice and even when I’m not at her register she always makes it a point to make contact and make me feel welcomed and makes me feel my business is important and appreciated. Dennis can kick rocks. 0 stars. Where is Sonya? I’d just go to BP for real. Kwik stars employees are weird and extremely inconvenient. SMH.

The cashiers are always friendly and accommodating. I stop in everyday for coffee. The reason for 3 stars and not 5 is today I went in to get coffee as usual and the place smelled of rotting meat. I walked around the store for a bit just to realize it was the roller grill. I get that this location is 24 hours but does the roller grill ever get cleaned? Or was it the meat rolling on it that was beyond rotten? Either way Eeeeeeewwwwwww!!!

My favorite gas station in Waterloo! The people who work there are so great, they have become like friends. Every single person I have met has been polite, helpful, and a joy to speak with! The food is always fresh, the store is always stocked, they have high standards for cleanliness, and even the foundation soda machine is always stocked with ice and syrup. Every day I go (sometimes twice) and never have I experienced an out of order machine/soda choice. Never has the mountain dew tasted funny, or needed its syrup changed and theyve always had the machine stocked with ice. The staff there work hard and put pride in their work and it shows.

I went and got Mac and Cheese and Chicken (my Thursday treat for myself that I don't have to share with my kids). The chicken wasn't to my liking so I took it back and they were MORE than accommodating. When I realized that none of the chicken was crispy enough for my liking, they gave me a full refund. The assistant manager? i believe, was very nice and cares about customers returning to his establishment. Also, the Mac and Cheese was amazing!

Ever since Dec …. This kwik star keeps running out of my tobacco product … never happened since it opened …. An none of the other stores in area have this prob… have talked to manager an clerks repeatedly an no resolution … Ive been told numerous excuses ….. I get …increase in ppl buying product at this store but not ordering more an it keeps happening since Dec ….. is ridiculous

The customer service is not good. ESPECIALLY for students. Even when fully compliant to the rules, the employees still manage to treat students rudely and unfairly. I always follow the rules for students. It’s not fair for them to teach me this way. There are some employees who are always kind so I really appreciate them, but many others are rude. It’s not hard to be nice. It’s totally ok to enforce rules, but those rules should be clear and you can enforce rules without being rude and disrespectful to your customers.

In addition to upholding the Kwik Star standard I know & love of friendly employees staffing clean stores with even cleaner bathrooms, this one has even more to offer. The store is huge! They do sell liquor, which is not universal from one Kwik Star to the next. However the liquor is locked up, presumably due to the proximity to a high school. Even so, never had a problem/felt I was an inconvenience for requesting anything that is kept locked up.

The employees are very rude have no consideration for their underage customers. I have been going to kwik star for a long time and they only recently started enforcing rules on student in the store rules that I have followed but even when students aren’t being defiant they seem to have no problem yelling at kids who havent even had that chance to walk fully in the store before the can remover there bags and place them in the designated area this has happend to me before without being asked I remove my back at the entrance every time I come into the store and I have been literally screamed at before wile I’m placing my bag on the shelf clearly following the rule. Today I was in this store and at the designated area designed for eating after purchasing food there is a sign next to the table saying that out of courtesy it would be appreciated if customers would keep their time at the table to 15 minutes I had no clue this was a hard rule and after 15 minutes I needed to leave. Normally I would not take more than 15 minutes but I had been dropped of early for school and eating my food inside kwik star was better than freezing outside and because the store was not busy in the slightest me and my sister stayed a tiny bit longer we weren’t even there for 30 minutes maybe 20-22 minutes at max again if I had known this was a hard rule I would not have overstayed but there is nothing saying that I must leave after 15 mins aside from curiosity alone and there was no one els at the table it was completely empty so I and my sister stayed until a male worker came over and very unwelcoming told us that when we buy something that awards us 15 minutes to be in the store a rule that I would have followed if I had known about it but instead I was talked down to by an old man and told I needed to leave the situation made me very uncomfortable I do not appreciate how I was treated I should have been kindly addressed and had a female coworker sent over to deliver the message in a kinder softer way only then did one old man come and sit at the table no one els at a table there was plenty of room at. Kwik star you need to figure your stuff out as a student who has only ever been compliant you need to work on they way you treat your younger costumers you can enforce rules without being rude and I ask that next time before you kick a student out of your store you at least have the right signs up correctly informing your students customers what and what not they can do in your store because until I was other than kindly told the rule I had broken I had not known. Very unhappy with my experiences at this kwik star in particular all of the rest are fine it’s just this one where most the employees feel they can be openly be rude to there younger customers
