Went there at lunch time to get a buddy meal and they had 2 hit dogs. Asked to get more and the lady called back and said they needed hit dogs. 5 mins later she asked if we needed anything. We said some hot dogs she goes back and tells them again. They made it seem like it was a big deal then asked how many we needed we said 2 more it took 10 mins and still no hot dogs. Mean while the cooks were in back leaning on the counter not make any hot dogs. I paid for my drink and left. Probly will not return. The only reason I am giving it one star is because that's the only way u can post anything

I like this store except they can not keep certain things stocked. I have been there multiple times and the big buddy cups and lids will be completely out. Hot food options are not always great either.

The workers are always so nice. The 22ned around 8 or 9pm I can't remember exactly a grown man was screaming at one of the workers she looked 16 maybe 17. She was still on the register and he came back and was yelling again the two grown women who were working with her should of gotten her out of the situation she shouldn't of had to start crying more for them to let her walk away. This girl is the sweetest thing I see her alot this situation was handled poorly by the adults. No one stuck up for her beside a customer. The man obviously was just in there screaming at her before because she was already crying before he came back to yell again. I understand maybe they were scared to lose their jobs or something but letting an old man scream at a child isn't okay they should of let her walk away from the situation.

Staff is ok most times.The prices use to be great not so much anymore now that everybody goes to their stores. The fried chicken tho is absolutely horrendous worst I've ever had I can literally fill a cup to the rim with greasy/water liquid the taste is awful and slimy feeling

Always nice to stop at the Kwik Stars when around town. We have some of the best here in Waterloo, Cedar Falls area. I like the hot spot for fresh hot food. Also the bajery sales in the app are great.
