Card reader said $5 for 10 min. I did right up to 10 min maybe 1 or 2 seconds over and was charged $10. Also the foam brush didn't work which limited the clean I got.

always clean there. somebody is there at least once a day to tend to it, however, the blue towel machine either needs to be filled more often or set to NOT take money when it is empty.

Was at the car wash today to use the automatic wash. ... Of course it took my debit card but i recieved no wash. The door would not even open. I call the number to report it to get a refund and no one answers the phone. The cancel button on the machine did not even work. Hmmmm is this how they make their money. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!

I have the monthly membership and for the second day in a row I scanned the QR code and get the error “Paystation is out of service” very irritating when you pay for a service that I haven’t even been able to use once.

Don't use debit card to pay. A sign states 5 dollars for 10 minutes, and I hit the button to stop at 9:40 but it still charged me 10 dollars. A coworker said the same thing happened to him. They never answer the phone and there is no voicemail. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place and I suggest you do the same

I went to Festival Car wash to get ice of explorer roof. First change machine took my 5 dollars ...no change , figured it was froze went to a second machine put in another $5 got back $3.50. Things are getting better, the card reader , thought it would run 10 minutes like the sign says but it keeps going so another nine fifty. That was probably operator error.

Used the far right bay and got soaked because the hose is split up top. Piss poor maintenance, go somewhere else.

Automatic carwash stopped working while in it. Used manual to wash off soap residue and was overcharged. Tried calling available numbers and email with no response.

This is a self serve Car Wash That I frequent. The owners are there every day to fill the machines and to clean up the stalls and the property. It is almost always clean and the absolute best attribute to this carwash is that they stand behind their machines. If something wasn't working properly or the vending was empty, they will make it right. As long as you are being honest...and they will know... they will make it right. If I could take creative license here and just give this business and its owners ****** 6 stars.
