3rd time Baker's card won't work at the pump. They can't or won't do anything to correct it inside at the cashier. Cost us $15 this time.

I recently filled up with gas at this station and was shocked to see the automatic shut off on the pump nozzle fail. Gas was gushing out of my tank and past the nozzle. I had to grab the handle and shut it off. When I reported this to the manager she had a ready answer as was very rude which made me think I was not the first to experience this. She said there is a sign posted that informs one not to leave the pump unattended. How dumb does she think people are? How would that prevent failure? And I didnt see any sign. I asked for a refund for the gas that spilled on the ground. She refused. She became very angry when I said I paid by credit card and will dispute this charge. Thats the least of her problems. This is a safety violation as well as a violation of EPA standards. Well see if these regulatory agencies agree with this insolent manager.

Manager, Dustin, very efficient & personable along his staff, they work very well for him. The store & all is clean & products filled to capacity. This is the only convenience store that I have stopped at for more than 10 years. I've tried others but have always gone back to Kwik Shop.

Bought 5 items in store today. 3 out of 5 were past their expiration date. This is not the first time it has happened. I found a full month expired Lunchables the last time I shopped here. Any time I have been here late at night when I get off work the varying employees have actively complained about being there.

Consistency is an issue with this store at Kwik Shop at 5306 n 103rd st, Omaha NE 68134. Typically, the gas prices are higher than the surrounding stations in the area. You’re probably asking yourself, why does this guy go there then. The answer is, I have a gas card from Bakers (Kroger) that accumulates points which reduces the cost of gas. Net result, when the pumps are working correctly, and that is another issue, I do get a lower rate for gas. Unfortunately, that does not always happen as it should. For example, today I stopped at Kwik Shop to get gas and knew that I had 600+ points on my card which should have reduced my cost by $.60/gallon. The pump only allowed me to use $.10/gallon. There is hope for the future. The Bakers that I go to is building a gas station which will allow me to redeem my points there as opposed to going to the crapshoot at Kwik Shop.

POS gas station. Prepay for the pumps do not work, buttons do not work, display does not work, tried multiple pumps, nada. Bought a small box of tissue inside for $5! Just go to the gas station across the road. It'll save you time and headaches. If they aren't going to maintain or upgrade their pumps, just close them down or sell it to someone who will.

It is now 3:40 a.m. and they are supposed to be 24 hours, yet the door is locked. They have a sign posted in the window saying they will return at 3:10. I've seen the employee walk to the front and into the back 3 times after 3:10, I even knocked one of the times he came out. Completely ignored me, this is absolutely ridiculous, it must be nice to not care about your job but some people have things to do this early in the morning and need things that can only be found at Kwik shop. I've counted at least 15 people that have tried to come in and left because the door is locked. I've been here since 3 and I'm finally leaving, and will not return to any Kwik shop..

This is my favorite gas station because it’s one of the few around with a touch less car wash. Bakers card discount is a bonus too. Multiple pumps out of service, Card readers out of service on the pumps that do work. Receipt printers for car wash codes have been out of service for months. Staff said today they will never be fixed. This is my last time here. I won’t be back. Whoever owns this place clearly has no pride. Sloppy and careless.

Was amazed the car wash was functioning today. However, upon driving up, there was a sign saying that the car wash ONLY accepted $1, $5 and $10 bills and DOES NOT accept credit cards. As I dig some cash out at the machine, there is no where to even insert cash. Only a credit card machine. I tried my card and it worked, but I wonder how many people drive up to this thing and then leave thinking they couldn’t use a credit card. Strange!

Googled this location to make sure it was open said it was, pull up and on the door it says 6am to 2am. And looking through the door there was hot food in the warmer. Makes you wonder. Definitely won't waste my time with this place anymore. Thank goodness for QT.

Most of the pumps were not fully functional, had to move twice to find a pump that would accept a credit card. I only purchased gas here to get a car wash. To my supprise the advertised discount with fuel purchase is a hoax. No discount is given!

I visited this Kwik Shop for the last time today. Broken pumps at this location are getting tiresome, and searching for a pump that doesn’t have a broken screen, buttons that work, or finding one that is not out of order has tried my patience for the last time. I visit this location for the Baker’s discount, but I will have to find another location for my gas. FIX YOUR PUMPS OR CLOSE.

I tried three different pumps, and none of them worked. You're better off going to the quick trip across the street. I do not recommend them at all at this location.
