My wife and I bought a brand new molten magenta metallic 2025 Mustang GT. After we took it home and bucket washed it, I noticed some swirl marks in the middle of the hood. Upon looking closer it was clear there must have been some damage to the paint and they did a terrible job at trying to cover it up. We took it back to the dealership and they tried to correct it. They corrected the paint but ended up leaving holograms all over the hood, making it look worse than before. Tim at Knox Details took PHENOMINAL care of our car! They paint corrected it, PPF'd, ceramic coated and tinted it for us. Now our hood looks perfect, along with the rest of the car!

I picked up my new 2023 Tesla Model X to have a full stealth wrap, stealth ceramic coat, interior ceramic, tint and added a Tesla T for the back as they no longer comes with the car. They did an amazing job!!! They plugged my car in while they had it to keep the battery where I like to keep it. They also kept me up to date on how the job was going and allowed me to see it while they were working on it when I stopped by. 10/10 recommend!! The best job without taking the car apart, which kinda made me nervous. Call Billie and get scheduled, she is great!

Phenomenal work. By far the best ever. Extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful from start to finish! They came highly recommended and I personally got to experience just how wonderful of a job they do. They did a full ceramic coating and windshield tint on my jeep gladiator and I am beyond satisfied with the entire experience. By far a returning customer, thank you all! Adding to my review….. just picked up my daughter’s vehicle from Tim/ Knox details after having a detail and old tint (previous owner tint) removed and the vehicle re tinted. I’m not a big review girly, but when I’ve found a place that gives exemplary service, I like them to be recognized so others know where to go. I bought my Tesla back in January 2025 and was looking for someone to tint the windows. Being that Tesla have those weird windows that drop down, I really wanted a place that had experience dealing with those cars because as we all know window tinting from a reputable, good shop isn’t cheap. Having no real starting place, I decided to ask Tesla, because surely they could recommend some who deals with their cars, and they absolutely did Knox Details Paint Protection Film and Window Tint. Now despite living here for awhile and having OTHER cars tinted, I’ve never dealt with this place and was going in blind. I can say with my initial appointment the young man I spoke to (I believe hi name was Jason) was incredibly knowledgeable, took his time and explained the different tint options to me. He made sure all my questions were asked before hanging up with my appointment time. My appointment was January 22and my husband took my car in for an 8 AM appointment and once he arrived, the car was finished quickly and the job was excellent. I will note one thing about my car is that it has white interior. In the past with black interior vehicles the tint I’d been able to get away with was acceptable. This was not the case with the white interior not only for aesthetic reasons, but more importantly, medical reasons. The tint needed the tent to be darker. I made another appointment with Knox detail to have the initial tint removed and replaced with a darker one. Not only did the work with me price wise, but being that I was coming from a further distance (Seymour) they allowed me to wait(something not normally done) and finished my car a whole HOUR before the quoted time. This time I dealt with Tim who made sure to answer all my questions, ensure we were all on the same page, and again get my car completed faster than I anticipated.The end product was stunning as you can see from the photos. Again I don’t do reviews unless I feel like a business has earned it and I have been satisfied with their service, and in both instances this has been true. I absolutely recommend Knox detail for anyone who has window tint or PPF needs. They took excellent care of my baby and had me in and out in about two hours. So if you’re just looking for an amazing place to have your window tint done with knowledgeable staff, technicians and state of the art window film, I highly highly recommend Knox detail.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the incredible job Knox Details did on my nearly 20 year-old Tacoma. After years of sitting outside under trees, it was covered in sap and pollen build-up. I honestly thought it would never look good again — but they proved me wrong. When I picked it up, it looked absolutely amazing and had a shine I haven’t seen in years. The staff was professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and clearly take pride in their work. A completed exterior detail on my new car was $450 and tint was $430. I was told it was complete a couple of hours later. When I got there, the car was outside in the rain. I know I had to drive home, but I would have liked to have seen the finished product for $450. When I returned home, I noticed they took the door panels off for the tint, but never put them fully back on and there was damage to the leather on a brand new $85k car. You can see lines in the tint when the light hits it (I hope this goes away).

I continue to choose Knox Details because they are the best in the area. Their entire staff is incredibly friendly and always provides honest, helpful suggestions tailored to your needs. After a great experience with my 2022 Tesla, I returned with my new 2026 Tesla Juniper for PPF, ceramic coating, and window tinting on two windows. During the final walk-around, I was amazed at how shiny my new red car looked. However, thanks to the expert eye of their Operations Manager Billie, who immediately noticed something I hadn’t—a flaw on the hood of my brand-new car. Although I couldn’t see it at first, Billie’s professionalism and keen attention to detail stood out and even the first two Tesla technicians had trouble identifying the problem. Thanks to her sharp observation, it was determined the flaw required a warranty replacement of the entire hood. To top it off, she assured me that once the hood was replaced and painted, Knox Details would redo the ceramic coating for free. You simply won’t find better service anywhere. Jon and the team at Knox Details are awesome. Had the windows tinted on my 2023 Yukon. Looks great and does a great job reflecting the heat. While my car was there, Jon noticed a rim that was deeply scratched and let me know they can fix that for only $175. Take a look at the pictures I have included. The rim looks brand new! I can’t see a single issue with it now. It looks so good I even checked my other rims to see if they might have moved it to another tire 😁 Highly recommend Knox Details!

After a very disappointing experience elsewhere, I brought my BMW M4 to Knox Details to correct a full PPF, Ceramic and tint installation. From the first conversation, the difference in professionalism and technical knowledge was obvious. They fully removed the previous failed install and redid the work properly — and the results speak for themselves. The PPF is completely invisible. No contamination, no lift lines, no edge issues. You literally cannot tell film is installed. The tint is flawless as well — zero debris, perfect finish. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and pride in workmanship. They walked me through their process, set clear expectations, and delivered exactly what they said they would. They didn’t just redo the work — they restored my confidence.
