This my first time coming here since the owner passed. I had a free wash that apparently disappeared so the money I spent here went to nothing but they got the same name they should have the same system. They had another car pull in 10 minutes after me he been gone now for 30 min but I'm still here. The boss lady walking round on the phone but she is cute so that I don't mind. I had to stop a worker to ask can he clean my car cause they stopped washing it to finish another car that was being shined from the time I got here. Finally gets someone to wash my car he jumps in my vehicle smoking a blunt at the end of this I will been here for 2 hrs. This is terrible I'll never return unless they giving me my free car wash. They could have just gave my money backed and let me went to pelican and did it myself. Need to shut this one down if you can't keep the quality of the old owner

Got a Full Detail on my car, $150.00. It looked great Sherman is the man. He knows how to clean it. But when I got home some things were not done. I called and the lady working the desk said I would get it all done again. This is a inconvenience of time for me with time constraints and dropping/picking up kids and having to switch cars. At this time should be home with my family. Sherman is fixing the issue, but I asked for a simple $20 credit for a future wash. The manager said you don’t dictate how I do my business. Never spending my hard earned funds here again. The manager doesn’t have any empathy for his customers. Good bye. I was even going to bring back my truck for a full detail. Full on 1 star because of this manager. A solid 5 stars for Sherman.

The work they do is important, but they need to concentrate on actually turning cars around faster..they start, talk to others 15 mins..2 mins on your car...more talking, retrieving items needed to do the job...talking..then back to your car. No one should be waiting 4 hrs for a service and paying top dollar....work on the car til done, then the next. I observed them talking amongst themselves for 20mins at a time while cars sit waiting for completion...a young female who very loud and annoying was bothering customers and using foul language nit appropriate for a place of business . I'd go back if I could be assured of my car being serviced until done...instead of 20 min intervals spread out over 4 hrs.

The first time I went there the 2 girls that cleaned my car did an amazing job. This time a guy(s) did it. The inside was good. The outside was spotty and streaky, the windshield was streaky and cloudy looking. I didn't even notice until the sun hit it once I was home, I saw the windshield once I was driving. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I should have read the reviews! I paid for an $80 carpet shampoo and inside detailing. Paid $30 for basic outside wash. They didn't even complete vacuuming under my seat.and shampooed the rugs and various trash under the driver seat. They barely cleaned my Weathertech mats and put them on top of wet carpet. Also didn't even power wash my Tacoma bed. Areas on the dash were untouched. Avoid at all costs!

Spent over 3 hours at this place, the vehicle was streaked up, the inside wasn't vacuumed, the window were still dirty. The manager said she was having someone put a 150 coat on the truck as a favor. That mess in the bottle aint worth150 dollars. This was the second time they messed up. Will not be returning. I know people need to work, but either they stop to go get high or they so high they don't have any focus. NOT WORTH THE DRIVE OR MONEY

Worse experience ever!! Took my vehicle for a regular wash including interior wipe down. I was charged double compared to other places. $80 for a regular wash. I waited 2 hours , they did not even wipe down the inside, nor remove the carpets to vacuum. How can you be in this business and not even do an ok job? Not worth your time and money. There were French fries in the center console , they didn’t even try to do a good job. I pulled up after I left and cleaned up inside myself. They also used the same wiping cloth they use to clean the wheels on the inside of the doors. I repeat, they do not know what they are doing!

This was my 2nd and last time going here. I really wanted a good shine and interior detailing, the wait was said to be 1 hour. I waited for two plus hours and was not satisfied. I was also hesitant since one of the workers were higher than a kite unable to stand, but still trying to clean a car. My windshield & bumper still had bugs on it. I made them go over it again and it still didn’t meet my expectations. My car did not feel clean, it just looked shiny. Then I noticed 2 side scratches on my car that I hadn’t noticed before, so I’m truly done with this place.

I’m never going back there again. Went to get wet vac services. The guy did good but the owner at my car door begging me to tip her employee after I just spent $140 is sloppy. Mind you she sitting in her Mercedes while her other reformed employee screaming tryna get my attention. Bad business sloppy business great products.

DO NOT Trust them with your Vehicle. Absolutely NO Professionalism starting from the Manager down to the workers. Manager does not care to give any customer service only to take your money and try to up-sell additional services you do not need or want and was upset when you would say no thank you. I paired this up charge the last time I came and it was not worth the $650 for the full detail job I had done on the truck, I will not do that again. After 3hrs of waiting on the Basic Wash, Vacuum and wipe down I did pay for, I got to my truck and saw Wires under my dashboard had a clean cut and a component was clearly missing. My Driver Power Seats no longer work and the seat & carpet was clearly wet. I tried talking with the lady at front desk, but all she would tell me is I brought the truck in that way and she went on talking to the other lady about how horrible the other workers are at this facility and that they do not listen to her. When I asked to speak with manager, she said he left, when I asked to call him, she did but only told him the motor was out and then hung up and refused to let me speak to him and told me he did not want to talk to me and they are not liable for any damage. I will never take my truck here again and I would highly discourage anyone else as well as I would never want anyone to experience this discomfort not to mention the additional cost this simple truck wash is going to cost me in the long run. Oh to top it off, the truck had a horrible wash, wipe & vacuum job, nothing inside looked to have been wiped down and when you open the doors well I’m use to the doors & frames being cleaned as well, but they are not. Useless Business and they should be ashamed to treat paying customers this way. Never going back!

I went here after my car took water in during a flash flood. I explained to them my situation and exactly what happened and they assured me that they could get me taken care of ASAP. I went in everything took about an hour and I was pretty pleased initially. The customer service was pretty good but I was worried about my mats because upon returning the car to me they were dripping wet. I was told to sit them in the sun (which I did) but I was hesitant because I noticed the floor of my car was also still wet. The person cleaning my car reassured me that it would dry. However, I started to notice a smell in my car almost immediately after getting it detailed. I figured it was just the water trying to dry so I went in with a towel and tried to ring the water out. I spent about 30 minutes drying the floor and ringing the water out. However when I came back the next day my car smelled awful. I took it to a different auto detailer and was told that because the water was sitting it would soon cause mold if I didn’t get the carpet re- cleaned and dried. The service was nearly $400 and I paid it because I can’t not have my car. But I am a college student. I’m already struggling to cover very basic life necessities. I called and requested a refund because I incurred the additional charge and the manager was very set on not refunding me the $60 that was charged to further worsen my car’s condition. She did insist that I come back (which was appreciated) but I could not run the risk of the same thing happening again. It is extremely humid and moist in New Orleans and I didn’t want to lose my car. Overall, I wouldn’t say that this has been the absolute worst experience but I’d definitely recommend only getting serviced here if your car is in mint condition. If you are seeking their services to mend a problem you’re experiencing I’d highly recommend taking your business elsewhere because you will need someone to go over their work.

This was my first and last time using this service. After paying $175 for a full detail and tipping 10% , when I picked up my car they told me they under charged me because it was so dirty when I dropped it off and that extra tip would be appreciated. This made me very uncomfortable. They did do a *pretty* good job with the clean but I don't know if I'd call it a full detail. They missed a couple of things, and also scratched my car trying to get a magnet off the door. Apparently they have another service for $400 where they make your car look "like new." Not sure the difference between that and a full detail. I would've been a return customer if they hadn't asked for extra money at every step of the cleaning. At that rate I can't afford to go back.

Keep driving! Don’t stop here. Asked for an inside/out wash/vacuum and wax. Ruined my paint. Streaks everywhere. The guy put wax on the windows too. Why??? Couldn’t figure out why there was a film/streaks on the window. Nothing worked until I realized it was dried wax. Had to use ACETONE and 2 hours of my time to remove it. Trash service.

Although, I do take full responsibility for leaving like five dollars worth of change in my car…they didn’t have to steal it…Plus, I left the guy a tip!! Lesson learned, won’t happen again.

Wish I could give them a 0. Been there a 1 1/2 they didn't wipe my inside down or nothing I had to do that just terrible. $25 plus $6 tip for something my 4 year old could have did and my backseat wet because they had let the window down. Guess ill go home and wipe the inside down.

I haven't seen baby (my car) this clean since I drove her off the lost. The detail that was taken into cleaning my vehicle was immaculate. Any small detail missed the owner made sure it was handled before leaving the lot. Moving from Texas the prices can't compare to the detailing you get. I made sure to tip for one of my best experiences with a Local Business. Great customer service, great prices, time management, and attention to detail is hard to find. Klean King has my business for a lifetime.

This place is full of cheating and dishonest. Mostly criminals working here and lady owner mouth is full of profanity and no services provided as money charged. Stay away from this place. That $25 Car Wash sign is to get in the customers. She will add all more charges. No special rates are honored as posted.
