I drove over an hour to Kendall Auto in Nampa specifically to look at a vehicle that was listed on your website as ready and available. The listing included professional photos, full details, and a clear price, so I assumed it was ready to see and potentially purchase. When I arrived, the salesman informed me the vehicle was still in the inspection process and not actually available yet. I was very disappointed — I had planned my entire morning around this trip, only to be told the car wasn’t ready. My question for management: Why are vehicles being detailed, photographed, priced, and posted on the website if they are still going through inspection and aren’t ready for customers? This practice creates false expectations and wastes people’s valuable time and gas. this experience was frustrating and avoidable. Accurate online inventory would go a long way toward improving customer trust.

The store was clean. organized, and modern. All personnel were friendly and helpful. My salesman, Parker, was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and was never pushy. Thank God I never heard " What's it going to take, to put you in this car today". The finance manager, Ashley, was equally awesome. He presented all the usual after sale add-ons but was never overbearing. That's why I purchased the extended warranty. I live nearly 500 miles from this dealership and because of the above, I chose them over my local dealership (same company). To be fair, their price was better too.

I’m not going to lie; I haven’t been happy with my new Chevy pretty much at all and it’s only 6 months old. It’s had some issues a new very expensive truck shouldn’t have. With that being said Fernando Carrion at Kendal has been great. Full disclosure it’s not a Kendall problem ( Chevy problem) and they have stood by their product. They also did the same for my dad’s vehicle when the warranty company was being difficult and Kendall is the reason the engine was replaced free of charge. Things could change I guess but I’m happy I gave my business to Kendall. Fernando deserves special recognition. He doesn’t make excuses and tell me the truth, has sympathy and communicates well.

Nate Sanchez, really went above and beyond to help me out with my vehicle. Including working pricing, fixing extras, and dropping off my vehicle when I was bombarded with VA appointments. I really appreciated his professionalism and communication. It's hard to go to a bigger dealership to get work done. You can feel like a number and can be frustrated with the work being done. Kendall Chevy has always taken care of me regardless of my situation! Even with financial challenges they always deliver except this time. To say they went above and beyond...not strong enough. To say they knocked it out of the park...Not Even Close. What they did goes beyond...Like...beat Elon Musk to MARS beyond!!! They got me into a great vehicle even with my tight budget. They also found a great loan at an insanely low interest rate and payments well below what I had asked for. But wait, there's more! I also got an insane warranty for 120,000 miles or 8 years. This wasn't even a brand new vehicle. If you EVER need a vehicle you HAVE TO CONTACT SCOTT AND SAM! They'll take care of you!

Our experience of buying a new vehicle at Kendall GMC was by far the best in recent years. We were greeted at the door by a very friendly and kind person. From there the experience just continued to impress us. The sales person was patient and accommodating to our needs and desires for our next new vehicle. While we couldn't find the exact color we wanted we did find the best vehicle after eliminating all other possible candidates. Every person we came into contact with was very pleasant and concerned for our success in finding our dream pickup truck. When ever you buy a new vehicle it goes without saying that finishing the deal can be long and grueling. I have to say that the folks at Kendall did their level best to expedite that process at every turn. This is the second new vehicle we have bought in the Treasure Valley and this experience by and far exceeds the former experience. We have purchased on average a new vehicle every 3 years and being from Southeastern Idaho and lately Central Idaho have found inventories lacking and deals suffering tremendously over the years and forced us to look elsewhere. We could have gone to Utah but feel it more important to spend our money in Idaho and Kendall GMC proved that this week. Thanks for your fine service, Rob Hasselbring.

I flew all the way from CA to buy my '25 Chevy Blazer at Kendall - primarily because Spencer was phenomenal at quickly answering my many calls & texts, and he provided all the info I needed to make my decision. We had an excellent experience working with Ronnie Horace. He was honest from the start and even pointed out minor flaws in the vehicle before we noticed them, which we genuinely appreciated. That transparency made us feel confident we were making the right decision. He was attentive, responsive, and never pushy.
