The older gentleman who helped me was so kind to this person (me 😂) who knows hardly anything about cars. He tested why my check engine light was on, checked the battery, and eventually made a recommendation about the next step. I was advised to go to AutoZone by a friend for this exact reason. They knew I would get the best of care there and they were correct!

Very great customer service. Older gentleman came out and hooked up car to see if there were any codes. He took the time to talk and explain what he had to do. Thank goodness there were no codes. Thanks autozone for great service!

The front desk rep was so rude and disrespectful. We came to get oil and filters and he was scoffing and rushing. Not helpful at all and overall very arrogant and cocky. Didn’t get his name but he was a younger guy blonde with a trimmed beard

I've been going here for years. The staff had always been super helpful with all the issues I've come across, and if they were unable to help, they always point you in the right direction. I just found out yesterday that they dispose of tranmission fluid and for free, which is awesome. I feel their prices are reasonable

I hope the corporate sees this, as they will be loosing a lot of business. I used to spend thousands of dollars a month at this store, as I have a commercial account and established connections with the people running that department. Lately, they are changing people like socks and when I go in, it’s like pulling teeth as nobody knows you, they treat you like a nobody and they also don’t know the operating system and how to look for the right parts. You need professional people with automotive knowledge to run this kind of operation. I’ll have to just take my business elsewhere. It’s sad, but true.

Can't figure out why these people will not recycle oil for me? I usually end up having to take it down the road to O,Reilly auto down the road .That is where all of my business is going to from now on!

Lost my keys with an AutoZone tag on the keychain, so someone took them to the store and they looked me up and told me the lost was found!

I went in there today to look for seat covers. There were five gentlemen in there behind the counter, not doing much of anything except chatting, and I was the only customer in the store.! I asked where the seat covers were, and told them my car, make /model. The guy pointed towards the aisle and said “aisle 1”, the guy next to him said “we don’t have much of a selection!” I went over there didn’t find anything for my car, and the prices were too high. I did find a steering wheel cover on clearance for eight dollars only to be told at checkout that it was in the wrong spot and indeed was NOT eight dollars.!! when checking out the man said did you find everything you needed and I replied no I did not… He was silent for a couple minutes and then replied with. “I’m not sure what to say.! “ WOW! I have been in other auto parts stores that as a woman when looking for something they were more than happy to help, especially if we were unsure of what we were getting! With five men working, and no other customers. I was expecting a little more assistance or at least offering? As I was leaving, there were three guys out front leaning against the building, smoking cigarettes.! I guess break time was more important than a sale and helping a customer!! I definitely will not go back! What a disappointment!

5 people in line waiting 1 counter person and she picks up the phone to help someone who wasn't even buying anything check prices. 2 of walked out? it was total neglect and disregard and importance of the people spening money now, this was 745 pm not commercial times. Manager get this handled and let me know, ill remove this... but they didn't even care...August 6th.. the other guy was outside packing on his phone while the line just got longer. I doubt the manager nows this and I am sure it is against corporate policy to leave a single person alone in a store let alone a female. You guys want my business come crawling asking for it everyweek and you can't help a few guys by wiper blades and oil trays...

The staff is friendly and helpful, but out of 3 parts bought in the last year, 2 were faulty and failed 30 days later. One was an AC condenser which cost me $300 to charge and left be broke down so I had to tow to a shop to repair and left me $1200 poorer. I asked Autozone for some help with these cost and was told they'll get back to me, twice. 9 months later, still no word.

I love shopping here. It's just a big inconvenience of what I just went through. I lost my receipt. And they couldn't do anything for me. I bought battery terminals and used self-checkout. And it was acting up where I couldn't put my rewards number in. And so they weren't able to look me up. My package was never opened as I couldn't use it. So I ended up showing him my bank statement. He said he still couldnt. I even told him where I got the batteries in their store without even going over in that location. Really disappointed but I threw it away in their garbage can right in front of them. As I have no use for him. I have no doubt they'll go grab it out of the garbage can and put it back in their shelves.

Worst experience of my life at this AutoZone. I stood in line and once every customer was done all the people just walked away. Left me with some kid who absolutely knew nothing about cars or diesels. Simple fuel filter that has been the same for since 2017, and the kid made it like rocket science. Then acted like I was an inconvenience. Never go to this AutoZone, especially don’t deal with anyone who’s not in a red shirt. Went to O’Reilly’s out the door in five minutes.

I just purchased a speed sensor. But I guess I need it in ABS sensor. So my mechanic took it back to this store where I purchased it. He gave him my phone number to look it up for the warranty and then they put the money back on my card which was a prepaid Visa that I had lying around. Then I went and spent the last $10 on that visa and threw it away. I just called the store and they basically told me I'm screwed and I lost my 40 bucks. The biggest issue is that the speed sensor and the ABS sensor were almost the same price. So there was no reason for me to lose my money. They could have just done the exchange but because I didn't come with him with the receipt they put money on a prepaid Visa that got thrown in the trash.

I went in on 11/10/25 because I was told I had a tail light not working and turn signal didn't work, either A friend recommended Auto Zone Bill W did a great job getting he right bulbs and even putting them in! I didn't know how and the crews were on so tight I couldn't have gotten them loose. I will definitely use them again. Thank you for great service!
