Every time I shop here the cashiers are rude and unfriendly not helpful. Only reason I shop here is bc it's close and I can grab a few things I need quickly. The prices are ok the food ,drinks are high price.

I go to both Nampa stores I stopped going to store on 11th street because the manager Matthew is a huge racist & on a power trip very awful man !! This store on Holly have the nicest employees are so nice & helpful

Everyone is so friendly. Every single employee!! The prices jumped up quite a bit. So we dont go as often as we used to. We live 3 blocks away. Since the huge price hike, I force myself to go to walmart.

First time there. Was impressed. Nice store for everyone thst lives near. Walking distance is 👍. Recently I was getting something from the frezzer section, and found a open container of icecream that apparent another associat had eaten and put it back into the freezer next to the food items. I told the associate at the register and she smiled as if she knew about it. Because of this I will not return.

Only giving this store one star because of the person who was working. Kasandra is very unprofessional. She was on her phone texting the whole time I was there and would not acknowledge any customers who came through the door or at check out. I have been to this store many times and Lupe and Elaine are so friendly and helpful. This girl has got to go!!

This has got to the worst company EVER!!! Almost all of their prices on the shelf are lower then what if rings up at. Went in to buy sugar and when the cashier rang it up it was a higher price. She refused to power it to the shelf price and said that she couldn't change it.There are even stories in the news about this happening across the country. I recommend taking cash and pay the amount on the shelf and not what it rings up as. This place is a rip off.

Lynette has been doing a very good job and working her butt off and I'm very proud of her! She's the best manager for a store that I have ever seen and she's trying her best. She's got a some good people working for her. Thank you Lynette and Family Dollar for being AWESOME!

There are nice people that work here but the place always looks as if it was half under construction. Not a single cart was available (didn't even see ONE!) to be used in the parking lot or in the store so if you're buying something heavy like water too bad. It's always difficult to walk around in the aisles because of piles and piles of stock just sitting there. Feels like they are understaffed and take advantage of the few that are there. Wish it were better run because location is convenient.

I come here every week or three, the people are always nice, having conversation during checkout and whatnot, and I can tell they care about the presentation of the store. It's a discount store so you can't expect an exotic mall (like many of the reviews from older people prior to mine seem to expect) but they do what they are meant to and they do it well

Last Sunday I stopped here out of convenience. The customer service was AWFUL!!! I thought maybe she is having a bad day. Then I went here again on Tuesday it was a different lady at the register her customer service was AWFUL!!! I work in retail and I was like wow what is going on with this place?? Family Dollar I suggest doing some training on better customer service. Smiling, greeting your customers, being personable etc... I am only 1 person but I will no longer shop here I will go to Stinker prices are about the same.

This store is in my opinion is how people say it's a hidden gem. They have stuff you really wouldn't except. And so far the staff is polite and helpful if needed. You find stuff n brands you wouldn't think would be there but you surprisedly do.

I love this place. I hope they never ever close it. The staff here is super friendly. It's nice to walk into a place where people know your name. Personally I think this place is better than the big major chains stores. I am an over-the-road truck driver and when I'm in town and my days off I load up products from family Dollar and I go back out on the road no I don't deliver to family dollar. But this is the place I go to shop when I'm in town

I would like to give no stars because it kind of sucks having to walk through two smokers (family dollar employees) in front of the door with my kids and baby. We don't smoke so why do we have to smell it. got two employees smoking right in door while one's inside working

Who ever is complaining about this store have absolutely nothing better to do, if you have such an issue with them having a cigarette or 2 outside there is another door, they stand by the door to make sure they can see when a customer needs helped I am a frequent customer and those ladies work hard with very little pay and deserve to be appreciated more this store is by far one of the cleanest stores I have been in with the most outgoing people who work there

No stars given. The two female employees working were anything but friendly. The store smelled like they smoke inside. Didn't even hand me my receipt, just walked away once my card was approved. Do better Family Dollar! From other reviews, seems to be a trend with your employees. Im surprised this location is still in business. I won't go back. I'll give my business to the gas station next door instead.
