I had an issue but it was resolved. They stand behind their warranty on service. It took longer than expected even though some may be partially my fault. The weather was bad during winter time, There were many accident cars coming in and they were super busy so I am somewhat understanding. Management worked with me and got it taken care of. Because of issues and extended time it took to repair our vehicle, they did give me a loaner which was a Chevy Cruise. I was very grateful for that even though the car was smaller than my car. I would recommend a new Chevy cruise to anyone wanting a car for awesome fuel mileage. The car drove great. I am used to full size cars and do not plan on getting anything smaller but I would recommend it for someone looking for that size of car for fuel economy, sportiness, style and ease to drive. You can buy from Kelley Chevrolet because they took care of me so you can rest assured, they will take care of you too.

I had my car repaired and the roof molding was not installed correctly so in the parking lot I took it loose and fixed it myself then found a large amount of d/a scratches in the hood which was not part of the repairs but they buffed them out and found as damaged belt molding and a chip at the damage and after talking with the manager Chad about it we came together on a plan and they are going to replace the molding and take care of the chip. Makes me happy to see the customer service they have still. I'll be going back if I have another repair needed.

As bad as it gets. This place will give you lies on top of lies. We have NEVER heard the truth about anything regarding our car repair. Two months to get it in and over three months without being finished. Promises in writing from the body shop manager go ignored. Kelly from the office, Jonathan Wilkins from the office and Chad Sims, the manager will lie to you and refuse to respond to calls. Absolutely pathetic rotten lying business. NEVER take your car here. Learn from me. This place is the worst.

They did a great job fixing my car. I did have a couple more issues that happened from my accident that they haven't fixed yet (minor issues),still waiting for them to get back with me. They also scuffed my car during the time they had it. They did have to take it in and have it buffed out. Be sure to check your car over before leaving, I'm glad I did! Their staff is very nice.

I unfortunately had to take my car here after an accident. They put the WRONG COLOR door and fender on. Also, my keys can’t unlock or lock the door because they didn’t make sure the lock matched. Very disappointing experience.

The communication and service at this place is poor. Was salvaging my vehicle to get towed and they stated it was good to go. Sent a tow truck to get my vehicle and was told that my insurance company did not pay fees (which) they did. Service guy calls me back to send back the tow truck because he did not communicate to the front desk to release my van. Took a whole day off to wait on vehicle. Now they state it won't happen until tomorrow mornin as tow truck don't wait around. Another half day without work. I filed a complaint and asked for then to help pay for the tow for loss of work for the day. Will change review grade if they help out.

It took a while for them to get my car back to me as compared to other body shops I've worked with in the past. But the quality of work on my car was amazing and I like the fact that they even cleaned out the inside of my car before returning it to me. Also I appreciated the fact that I could leave my rental with them to be returned back to rental company.

Delays, excuses, and lack of attention to detail. If you don’t care how long it will take, want the run around for your questions, want your warranty work to get started days after your scheduled appointment, panel gaps to get larger, or your paint to match the rest of your car, then go ahead and use this shop. 4 days to fix less than 1 square inch of paint that flaked off on a scheduled appointment is inexcusable. Bear in mind that flake happened less than a year after they painted a new bumper after an accident. I will not be going back unless I need them to fix another issue with their paint work. Also said they would do a free touch up and did a super shoddy job of that after failing to do it all during those four days. CHECK their work before you leave.

We had a great experience with Kelly Automotive Body Shop. They were very communicative throughout the process so we knew exactly what was going on with our vehicle. Having enterprise right next door was a great bonus as well! We would definitely choose them again for any of our auto body needs.

My truck was hit and had damage to the front bumper, front fender and rear quarter panel. I was told it would take 2 and a half weeks. They had my truck for 8 WEEKS! When I called they just kept saying they were working on it. I dropped in several times without calling and my truck was always parked in their holding area... never saw anyone actually work on it. As a matter of fact, I called from the parking lot once and they told me that the tech had it in the garage, but it was in the parking lot. After picking it up, I noticed the alignment was off and a rim was bent. I took it back to correct those items. They told me they needed it for half a day... to replace a rim and do an alignment?! I left it anyway and called them 6 hours later since they never called me. When I picked it up, I realized they only replaced the rim and didn’t align it. I also noticed my mud flaps were misaligned. I showed them and they said they were damaged from the accident. My insurance repair bill says that they were to replace them, but they didn’t. I ordered my own flaps and put them on. They were still crooked. Upon further inspection, I realize that the fenders are not true which makes the flaps crooked. I see that they trimmed the inner liner to make it fit the fender which is a clear indication that the fender isn’t straight. They lied about it instead of resolving it. How disappointing!

I personally worked with Kelley through the whole transaction. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, she was always on time about everything. Every time she promised me that she would give me a call to update me on my truck, she kept her word! Her and Jonathon were very helpful and very professional. I do highly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of repairs or collision work done on their vehicles

Kelley is very courteous and professional. The body shop did an excellent job with my car. My car looked liked it had never been hit. I was afraid the paint would not match but it was perfect. I am very satisfied. Also, our contact Jonathan was great. They did a great job!

Kelly and Cortnee have been life-savers for me! Cortnee helped me out with a bumper that was falling off and Kelly helped with my stubborn license plate and sliding door that needed oiled. But they took care of me at no charge both times! It’s rare to see this type of generosity now-a-days from a business. Speaks to the genuine good hearts that operate this place! Highly recommended them for all your auto needs!

I would give them 10 ZEROS,but unfortunately I can’t.They are fraudulent company and they the work with one of Allstate insurance agent adjuster.I brought my 2016 BMW X Drive for a estimate and they started working on my vehicle immediately, but not just estimate also they started repair making an estimate of $5600.I called them and told them that the estimate is not correct but they didn’t care.I called Allstate insurance and told them the same, they didn’t care.About 75 days later they called and said you have more damage on the vehicle,I said I know you didn’t do your estimate right. So it took them another 45 days to finish the repair. It’s 4 months now.Repair cost ended up $10.075 total and that’s approximately 100% car value.Instead of being total damage to the vehicle they ended up making $10.075 and the whole vehicle is not worth that much. They have Allstate insurance adjuster working with them and making extra money instead of doing their job, they fraudulently got money from insurance company.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP.I am really thinking about suing them and Allstate Insurance Company ,so unprofessional from the shop and and Allstate.Just unbelievable.

Didn't fully diagnose the car after the collision. Then paint on my hood was messed up and they refused to pay for it. Last visit hear. Low ball estimates as well.

Nobody looks forward to needing a body shop, but I'm glad I trusted my truck to these professionals when it got hit while parked. Abby and Kelly did an outstanding job of keeping me apprised of the status of my vehicle repair. I hope I don't need body shop services again any time soon, but I will certainly use Kelley next time. Keep up the good work !

Worker put new part, out of pocket expense, on vehicle broken. And left vehicle dirty inside. Integrity. Took to another shop to fix. Other personnel and front desk were great and friendly.

The work performed at this shop is shoddy at best. After a month of repairs and countless phone calls promising it would be done, "In a couple days", I was in the shop ready to pick up my vehicle. The first thing I noticed were water spots baked into the hood, the hood fits, and the rough ride. When I talked to the people that worked on my vehicle and told them the issues, I was given the run around. They reluctantly buffed out the water spots, but first pointed out that it had a chip in the paint, after telling me not to get three dollar carwashes( that's funny, they were degrading their own carwash). When asking why the hood shuts hard and how it looks crooked, I was told that they would have to drill numerous holes in the fender, which is GM replacement parts, to try to get things right and that would probably make the fender to the door look bad. In other words, they haven't a clue how to fix things, yet get defensive about their poor work.

Took 7 weeks to repair. Some parts ordered took time to arrive and one part had to be reordered but Kelley’s called each week with an update.

Vehicle still isn't right from the accident went back since fender was rubbing door was told they would adjust fender never adjusted fender put a shim in the door. Claiming that they can't find anything wrong in the panel of door when lady that hit me caused a short in my seat heat. Never got a call to tell me my truck was done had to call them. Took 2 weeks for them to supposedly adjust fender but yet they shimmed the door. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SHODDY WORK DONE THAT YOU HAVE TO KEEP COMING BACK.
