Went through a week ago since my truck needed a bath. There were some dried on flower petals after the first run-through, so they let me go again free of charge. After a quick complimentary vaccuum, the truck looked great, and I was on my way. Will be back.

My car is only 4 days old. Signed up for the unlimited car wash package and after the first wash got a deep scratch. I made a claim with Zane who gave me a bunch of reasons it didn't happen at the car wash. And said they wouldn't offer to fix or to partially fix it. That they would rather agree to agree and lose my business.

I think the dryer section of this car wash is too harsh. My outside sun blocker that is connected to my car broke off while in the dryer portion of the wash. I went and told a worker and he said he would grab it for me but he came back out with a Fords piece and not my Nissan lol. They didn’t do anything else for me and honestly am just frustrated that this happened. Never had this happen at any other car wash before. Maybe offering something to help would have been better.

Went through the car wash and then noticed these scratches on the roof of my car.... Let them know and a week later met with the guy who deals with damages and he asked me if I had put something on top of my car.... Long story short he said it wasn't their fault. If you decide to risk it make sure you take a picture of your car first for proof.

Everyone was very kind and my car is nice and clean! When I first pulled up I couldn’t figure out how to put my Nissan Leaf into neutral, the little diagram on the dash indicates you should pull the gear shifter to the left, but I guess you have to hold it there for three seconds. The staff was very patient and kind and showed me how to do it even though I panicked. I’ve had this car for 4 months and have never used neutral gear. Thank you anonymous staff members!

This is my local car wash and I come here often to get my car washed and cleaned, great place and always super friendly!! I was shocked today when an older employee treated me with the nastiest attitude. I was pulling up to the entrance and my tire was slightly off from where it needed to be, and instead of just gesturing for me to fix it he proceeded to give me a dirty look and stare me down all the way until I was entering the car wash. This was so extremely off putting and makes me not want to come back.

The line always seems to move fast. And the staff is ALWAYS very professional, super-friendly, and helpful. I’ve always upgraded to the Premium wash and it does a great job getting my truck clean. And you can buy multiples and get one free. Also, it’s great because you can pull in any time and use the vacuum service.

Kaady is the King of Car washes. They have been my go to place for washing and vacuuming my rig for years now. They are truly the best. Point that are important when cleaning your car at an automated site like this. Price, quickness, Clean facility, no damage to the vehicle, friendly service, and plenty of vacuum spots that give you space to finalize the cleaning process. The vehicle comes out super clean, the air jets get 99% of water off also, and of course the ability to vac after is a super plus, no charge. They are courteous, detail oriented and do a nice job inspecting vehicles before they go into the queue. I love this place for the service they offer.
