Purchased the Unlimited car wash from the Windham location. Since the purchase, I have gone to the car wash every Sunday during business hours and they have been closed. So I have spent $45 and have not been able to use the unlimited subscription for almost a month. Sent an email through the contact us section of their website with no response. (I gave it about a week and a half) I called the Portland location as the Windham location instructed me to be able to cancel and get a refund. The Portland location canceled my account but said I could not get a refund. The man I was speaking to kept saying I am not the manager so I do not have the answers to your questions. However, he kept asking my questions to a person I could hear through the phone. The man I spoke to said my manager said I could cancel your account but could not issue a refund. When I asked to talk with his manager I was hung upon. Very poor customer service from both locations. I have not used any services from Lube Express. This review is just for the Car Wash

Went into the north windham location because my breaks weren't working right. They convince me it's because of low break fluid, then talk me into 4 new tires. Two weeks later I take into another place and find out my pads, calipers (basically my whole front breaks) were metal on metal. Don't trust these people with your business. Very dishonest.

What an honest, friendly group of people. Went in to get an oil change, drove right in, no waiting. While I was there I saw they did inspections, got that done. I asked about a battery so they checked mine. Turns out there was a lot of corrosion on the terminals so the cleaned it up and offered to put a new one if that didn't work. I used to work at a shop and honestly they could have charged me double and it would have been worth it for the service I got. I will definitely go back. Strongly recommend!

Matthew and team are very accommodating. Went in for a quick sticker, but ended up needing more than anticipated to pass. They had someone go for a part real-time, and worked me in asap for the services needed to pass. One of the services is a significant safety issue my dealership did not catch. Appreciate the honest explanations of what needs to get done!

Mobil 1 Lube Express, Windham ME. I normally service my own vehicles however, once in a while I will have the oil changed at various places more to time constraints and constant travel. My recent visit here seemed to go well, until yesterday. I noticed small oil spots under my car which for my car is not normal. I removed the splash guard which was missing 4 of 8 screws, they were all there about a month prior. BUT the worst was that the oil drain plug was just a few threads away from coming out completely. this is the second issue I have had here and feel it best I just do it myself even if I have to wait until I have the time. Oh and would be nice if you used a proper torque wrench on the filter housing, it was way over tightened......

I figured I would never get in that same day, and would have to bring the car back later. Jim and his team jumped right on my vehicle, got everything serviced and I was back on the road in no time. I went in for an oil change and state inspection. The online booking system was easy to use, and far preferable to "first come first served." Zero wait when I arrived. The car did not pass inspection due to a couple of bald tires (negligence on my part that I hadn't noticed them, but fortunately, they did). I returned home, swapped on my snow tires, then returned the next day and passed inspection. There was no charge for the second visit, and they even re-torqued the lugs on my snow tires. Fast, courteous, knowledgeable service - very pleased!
