I made the HUGE mistake of getting the monthly membership. After multiple times going to get my car washed and having issues with the sticker they put on my window not working I was done spending an extra 15 minutes trying to get this corrected. Then I tried to call and email to cancel my account and two months later I am still getting charged! Now I have to have my bank cancel my card and issue a new one so I can finally stop getting screwed by this place. Also, the customer service lacks when it comes to complaints. I will NEVER go to this place and get scammed out of money again!! I now paid $69.98 and didn't get one car wash out of it. My next complaint is to the BBB!

Paid $5 for a touch less car wash and was not satisfied at all. I think compared to the one i usually go, this car wash is not good. For $5 you should get a bit more than some soaking that lasted like 5 seconds. The water spray was not that powerful and the spot free rinse or whatever they call it, sprayed like dog piss and barely touched the car. SMH

I went to the car wash at 7 pm and the main car wash was closed. The hours of closing have been very inconsistent since the new owner took over Jon's car wash. It's an inconvenience when you have a monthly pass. I can see many members canceling their memberships. Jon's car wash by far was the best place yet in the Macomb/Shelby area.

Best car wash around. They take cash and credit cards which is great. Unlike most places, your car is actually clean and the hot air driers do a great job of really drying your car so you do not have to towel dry your car yourself after you exit.

While I appreciate this place and have been several times... I personally witnessed the quick drive through wash BREAK and fall on someone's car. I ended up not receiving a wash OR a refund. And there's no easy way to contact someone.

Since Whitewater Express took over this place has gone downhill in a number of ways. One of the two touchless washes is always shut down. This time it was open, but it left me sitting there guessing if or when I should pull in because none of the lights were lighting up to guide me. When I got through the working tunnel, the dryer didn't dry the car like it used to. The main car wash tunnel has nearly doubled in price per wash to convince you to buy the monthly membership, most likely with an automatic credit card deduction. I typically wash my own car in the summer months, so I only would want that for the winter months. At $30/month I would never utilize this facility to make it worth the $360/yr. I only see cutbacks at this place and no improvements. This used to be the only facility I would take my cars to in the winter because I felt confident I would come out damage-free, but there are newer facilities in the area I would rather spend my money at now.

This is a great car wash! Prices are moderate. You can spray down your car yourself or go through the no-touch drive-through. Seems they also have some kind of membership you can purchase. There are also at least 3 vacuums.

A good wash for the money, much better since the renovations have been completed. I drive a pickup and I wish it would dry a little better, but considering the size of my truck I'm happy. Very much appreciate the drying towels they provide.

Not much I can really say except if you're from the Macomb Township area, this is pretty much the classic, go-to car wash! Plenty of space, great self-service and touch-less wash bays, ample vacuums, etc. One thing I think Jon's does extremely well is that there just really isn't any hassle during the wash process. Nobody tries to sell you on upgrades and memberships, there's room to actually pull up to the menu screen without having to worry about getting curb rash, and the technology itself is incredible simple and easy to use. I'll be the first to say that bringing automatic car washes to the modern age by means of using these interfaces has been hit or miss, but Jon's really hit it out of the park implementing it into their process, it is very efficient. As far as the wash itself goes, it's very thorough when it comes to washing the actual body of the car, and the air dry at the end is perfect! Based on my experience, I have noticed there are inconsistencies with cleaning the wheels and applying wax, but this never bothered me too much. I remember being a kid and always being excited when my parents would drive through here so I could see the "rainbow wash!!" Funny enough, they still have that! Years later and I have no problem taking my vehicle here when I'm in the area. It gets busy at times, but there's no car wash in this area that isn't, and I think that Jon's is VERY fast at getting people in and out. I think the best wash for your money is definitely the $10 one. So yeah, check them out! I can tell they have a pretty good reputation with everyone in the area. I noticed that they're going to be undergoing a name change soon, and I'm very interested in seeing what the future holds for this place. Great wash!

Great car wash. I love the futuristic feel of it. We came on $2 off Tuesday and it was pretty busy. The gates are a cool feature so it stays organized. The cool extra lights inside the car wash are good features. The hot air dry at the end contain flames so that’s super cool! Will definitely return here soon.... Wish there were more locations closer to my area!!

Why is it that you have 2 guys prespraying down your car. One guy is Omg , great, and the other could care less. This happens if your busy or not. Then you say something and the rude kid is ummm rude. Nope , won't go back. To many other car washes yo choose from.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a car wash. DO NOT GO HERE. After I paid for the wash and started to proceed after the machine told me to the gate slammed down on the hood of the car. Cause dents and scratches. Sean, the manager is clueless. They tried blaming it on me and wouldn’t even cover the car wash. Total incompetence. Avoid this place or you will regret it.

Love this place cause they have 24 hour touchless and bays that you can wasn’t he car yourself in addition to the normal drive thru wash. Only reason why it’s a 4 instead of a 5 I wish it did a slightly better job cleaning and drying as sometimes there’s a few spots with water marks and sometimes the touchless bay is down but other than that it’s great.

Don't get the 8 dollar wash, my truck was worst off. I had to wash it when I got home. l wasn't expecting a Cadillac job for a Chevy price but this was like getting the middle finger.

The men on the pre-wash did a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Job. Getting the bugs + debris off of the front white cowling. Lotsa Suds Lotsa cosmic lights Super Duper Air dryers / blowers 3 self serve turnstiles Audio female helper. Budget wash is $6 Multiple monthly plans
