For the price that I paid, I found the job could have been better. There were still dirt on the front and back part of the car and I paid $250. I will not return.

Paid $250 for detailing. It still had some stains on the seats and bugs on the bumper. Safari would have done just as good. Save your money.

Took my daughter’s truck there this morning and what a waste of time and money. They are more worried about quantity than quality or they just don’t have qualified people. Windows weren’t cleaned and full of water spots. Some rubber and plastic parts on exterior weren’t cleaned. Really rushed the armor all job on the plastics and missed some of the plastic parts on the front. Was supposed to buff and wax but looks like they just wiped on some liquid wax. Next day. It rained this morning and I could see the roof wasn’t beading. They didn’t do the roof, this place is a joke, what a ripoff. The idiots put armor all on my brake pedal. I got in with wet shoes (raining) and couldn’t stop my foot from slipping off the pedal. They also broke my tail light. $260.00 in the garbage. Very unprofessional and I’ll never be back, very disappointed.

Horrible service, took a day and a half longer than expected, OVER PRICED & the quality of work is shameful. You want a good quality detail job on your vehicles, campers, bikes, boats etc. go see “On The Spot Auto Detailing” in Metairie, La. they’ll show you how a quality detail is done. Oh yeah, they don’t have to “see it” to quote you a price. The prices is whatever package you choose. The prices doesn’t go off of what you look and talk like, like this blahh!!! SCAMMER!!!!

I received EXCELLENT customer service. My Toyota Rav 4 floorboards got soaked in the Sat. Aug. 5th NOLA flood. A referral told me about Johnny's. Johnny set expectations about my car, explained the work, expense and estimated timeline. Not only was the padding replaced and carpet cleaned, but my car was returned looking, smelling brand new! Johnny had included, for no extra charge, a car detailing that would have been an additional $200 to add an extra professional touch. Next time I need an auto detail or have a wet auto interior, Johnny's is where I'll take my vehicle and so should you! Will definitely use him again!

Super busy. They do a great job in a a reasonable amount of time. Price is on the high side. Car came out great. Only one complaint. The clear cover of my instrument panel is now "foggy" and I can't see some of the information. Make sure you check yours before leaving!

Took my black car there because of a recommendation from a body shop. Got the car back with more scratches than it came in with. Johnny offered to detail the car again. Got it back the second time and it looked better (still some scratches), but he said he wasn't satisfied with the job so he offered to do it the third time. The car looked good for the first few weeks, but when the wax wore off and with the car sitting in direct sunlight, I could see swirls and holograms on the entire car. I wanted to call him again to fix it, but didn't want him to mess up the car anymore. I would not recommend this shop. Wasted my time and money. Took me 6 hours to detail and get rid of the holograms and swirls myself.

I drive for Uber part time. Paused because of the pandemic. Starting again since things are picking up. My car was a mess with two kids and two large dogs. Spills, dog hair you name it. But I tell you what!! Johnny put my car back to show room condition. Absolutely flawless! You get what you pay for! Great work, great customer service! Well done. Thank you Johnny!

I had paint overspray over my entire navy blue car from a neighbors worker cleaning their equipment in the front yard. This paint had been on there for at least 3 weeks. They were able to get every spot off. They detailed the inside which gets a 5 star 🌟. Waxing was swirl free. Looks like factory. Thanks again!

I used this company in 2017-2018 and had excellent service, fast forward 2020 I was highly disappointed, I notice areas around my truck had been missed or rushed over. Someone left wax on my finder which I had to hand buff. My rugs had a smell, they were left wet in back of the truck and created a terrible odor. After the first wash my truck looked horrible, I’m unsure if the employees post Covid are the same as before, but I know the service is nothing like it use to be. I contacted the office and the owner assured me after the storm he would reach out to me and fix everything, I NEVER heard from anyone. Considering the work I anticipated the price would have been fair, however I got a fraction of the service and that’s hurtful. I would definitely recommend checking all options, I found a mobile detailer who fixed all the issues I had from here, now I love driving my truck!!!

My cooler in the truck's bed was raided, and a case of red bull was stolen. My iPad was stolen, and three apple air tags were stolen. The tags tracked back to the location. They have a convenient sign up that says that they are not responsible for lost items. The work was average, my floor mats were not vacuumed, and my windshield was smugged worse than when I brought the truck in. I would have made a big deal about the stolen items, but the cops won't do anything, and there is no way I can officially prove it aside from my tags being tracked back to the location. You should not use these thieves for a car detail.

I spilled house paint in my back seat floor. Immediately called Johnny's and was told by him over the phone that the carpet and padding underneath the carpet would definitely have to be replaced. He said he would have to inspect it to give a quote. Once arrived, was told again it will have to be replaced and it would take about 4 days (I also decided it was time for a complete detail). I was quoted 600$. Dropped it off on Friday. When I picked it up the following Tuesday. From the simple distance everything looked clean so I paid the 600. Once I got home and actually hopped in the back seat for a closer look, I noticed there was still hints of paint in the carpet as well as left over dirt spots not cleaned by the seat belts and windshield (glass) was all smudgy. When I called back to be assured the carpet was actually replaced he claims he said "only the padding underneath the carpet would have to be replaced and they did replace only the padding" . When I mentioned the other things, he was quite rude to me. I brought the car back to show him how unhappy that I've spent 600 dollars for services I did not receive. Very unhappy customer. I was quoted and paid for services to be done which were not. I'm still left with a section of carpet previously soaked in white paint and I had to go buy some auto detail cleaner and the windex, spending an hour to remove things that the 250 regular detail cost SHOULD have covered. So 600-250 leaves 350 for what, a steam clean job and some padding? This is ridiculously expensive. Never again will I refer ANY of my family or friends to this place. Don't go here, I got ripped off. Surely. Also, get a LEGIBLE, DETAILED, ITEMIZED QUOTE before you leave your vehicle with them. Before you pay, inspect it REAL GOOD!

I am just a recent customer and was very satisfied with the service. My wife and I own a 2005 Tahoe that has been used non stop for 5+ years. It had an odor, stains, marks, etc. and has not been cleaned as often as I would like. I decided that I would like it to look new again, so we got a quote from Johnny's. Although the price was higher than I imagined, it was well worth it. They were able to clean the stains on the upholstery, they were able to remove a lot of the stains (we have two little ones) on the carpet, and they were able to take out a lot of the odor that was lingering inside. All and all, well worth the price and a great job. There are not a lot of places that offer as much as they.

I usually don’t ever write reviews but I am not happy with the detailing job done with my car. I paid $200 for the entire car not to even be all the way cleaned. When I got in there was still dog hair everywhere. Still spots on my back seat that were there prior to the cleaning (that I had to re-wipe down and the spots came off). And then they didn’t even clean my glove compartment… it’s makes me wonder if they even really cleaned my car. I will be taking my car somewhere else next time bc $200 was a lot of money for such a poorly done job.

I took my daughters Subaru there a few months back for mold remediation. He charged me 850.00. We picked up the car and they didn't even clean the outside so we had to bring it back for another few hours. It still has a mold smell. I will never go back. I regret spending my money there. Horrible experience.

Gave two starts because they were nice. Not impressed with the detail job though. Still bugs on my bumper. Also, left candy in the floor mats they “cleaned.” Had to take a microfiber towel and wipe my interior down when I got it back because there was some king of black stuff everywhere. Still sand in the door jams. And you can see where the stopped buffing with a machine so I had to buff those spots myself. Overall the price I paid for a detail isn’t exactly a detail.
