The staff alone at Jimmy’s Ultra Car Wash are exceptional and a reason to go there over the other car wash locations in town. The location is kept clean and is well maintained. I’ve been there multiple times before today but today was the first time there was ever an issue. About two car lengths in, the wash came to a halt for a few seconds- and then restarted. The rest of the wash didn’t work properly and we came out the other side with suds everywhere. We looped back around and a friendly staff member waved us back into the wash- that worked perfectly the second time around. I highly recommend this car wash.

i know i cant expect the same level of cleanliness compared to handwashing a car, but i always seem to find quite a few spots after going through here, no matter the ‘level’ of wash selected. oh well! their vacuum spot is always quiet and a nice place for some therapeutic cleaning.

This place is great and people working here are great! I am very happy I decided to go to Jimmy's for all my truck and car cleaning needs. I have referred many neighbors, friends, and local family members here. They are just as pleased. The membership is the way to go!!! These guys beat any other car wash around us, especially the corporate type car wash.

I decided to come here instead of the common chains you see popping around everywhere. The machine wash was excellent, I felt it was a bit better than those places. They have an area to dry and vacuum with vending machines. My recommendation to them is, to stay competitive: consider having washcloths to be used for free. I went there during a Saturday afternoon and it was busy but there was room for cars during my time there.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability at this business. During the drying process, their machine caught onto a secured edge of my vehicle and bent it, causing significant damage. They even have video evidence of the incident, and the employee I spoke with that day admitted it was their machine that caused the damage, assuring me they would follow up the next day. However, no one contacted me. After waiting four days, I had to reach out to them, only to be told by the owner that they would not take responsibility and essentially dismissed my concerns. This response was unacceptable, especially as I have been a loyal premium member for two vehicles since they opened. Due to their lack of customer service, professionalism, and refusal to take accountability, I have canceled my memberships and will not be returning. I would strongly caution others to think twice before trusting their vehicles to this business.

Got the Big Kahuna. It didn't even attempt to dry the whole back side of my car. No I don't have a tow hitch or big car. It's a Pilot. The vacuums are a plus but the wash is not very different from the Shell next door. At least that one dries my whole car and it cleans the undercarriage. Probably won't be back.

Hands down this is best car wash around. I know people to come to this one from South Temecula and Menifee because it is that awesome. The owners is a super cool guy, workers are all friendly and very helpful, and best of all the car gets clean. It is large enough for large lifted trucks too. The vacuums have an incredible amount of suction, they also have little pistol grip air guns to blow off any leftover water spots and the inside of your vehicle. And it is totally affordable to sign up for their monthly unlimited washes! Deffinitly recommend the Big Kahana wash. It covers it all! Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!

I was tired of having a detail guy come to my work every week and so I joined the membership at Jimmy’s ultra express car wash. What I found was for a quick five minutes during my lunchtime I could come back with her nicely nearly detailed car it’s not the perfect detail but it’s better then the competition in this whole area. I accidentally had a whole bunch of $20 bills go flying in the wind while I was cleaning out the inside of my car it was probably a huge stack and Thank goodness one of the good faith employees there I think his name was Derek helped collect all of the $20 bills that blue throughout the whole car wash area. I ended up spotting them one or two for his assistance, anyway I didn’t mean to get sidetracked but I love the new equipment and the service and the fact that there’s someone there just in case there’s a problem

This is the future of car washes. License plate recognition makes it easy to get in. Modern cars keep getting lower. Having a flat conveyor (both wheels) and no rail to damage expensive wheels is huge. Additionally, brushless is the only way to go for higher end cars. Jimmy's gives that option. The dryers leave hardly any water drops behind, and when you pull out to touch up, you have high pressure air to blow out cracks, vacuums at every stall, etc. Amazing

The people helping you are friendly and know the car wash process well. I requested a touchless car wash which they control - it is not an option on their screen. I tried it on my vehicle and it didn’t do a good job on the front bumper or front windshield. The roof had some spots too that didn’t come out. I had to invest more time scrubbing and cleaning spots which made it too tedious. Next time, I will take it to a hand car wash or wash it at home. Their vacuums and air hose work well. They do make the inside cleaning go faster. I’ll use the touchless option again when I haven’t done too much freeway driving.

1st and last time coming here. Just got a new car and came here today because I heard great things about this place. The car wash was terrible and left a film on my car and windows that looks awful. Won’t be coming here again.

This is a great place to get your car washed. My car was in desperate need of a car wash. The drive thru place I usually go to has been out of service for quite some time. After spending time researching different car wash places, I decided to try Jimmy's Ultra Express Car Wash. The owner's son, I think his name is Trevor, was out helping another customer and when he was done he helped me. After hearing the different types of washes, I decided to get The Big Kahuna because my car was REALLY dirty. Afterward, my car came out clean, shiny, and dry! My car came out cleaner than any other place I've been to before. Another plus is that someone is there to help if you need it. I highly recommend Jimmy's Ultra Express Car Wash and will definitely go back again! I should have taken a photo of my car while, but I had to get back, so I took one when I got home.

Do not come here for their contact-less wash. I gave the attendant the crossed X signal for no contact wash. He looked at me and looked away. Then I rolled my window and specifically told him no contact wash please. Then I got a full contact wash. I just had my vehicle ceramic coated and was not happy with this experience. The wash is very poor too leaving excess water everywhere. I highly recommend Fast5Xpress for normal washes.

Great place to get a car wash. Clean stalls to vacuum your car. They have crevice nozzle to get into those hard to reach places and compressed air. They also have Monthly car wash packages. The lines move fast and the wash is ok. The brake dust on my tires did not come off but overall the car was cleaned. You should check out this place.
