Too expensive but fast and will be done right. Top tier service but you pay for it. I use them because they get it done in 1 day. I've used them 3 times

We got to your station on a Saturday afternoon with a broken axel. By Sunday afternoon, we were on the road again. Great service and a good group of people working there. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for a job well done. 👍

Stopped here for the third time in less than a year due to my tire light coming on (construction screw again) - always at the most inconvenient times of course - but they are SO friendly, and SO quick... it's nice to have such a great service locally to be able to count on in a pinch!

UPDATE: NO LONGER JIM LIND SERVICE HE IS GONE. Expensive, but reliable and fast. Overall you are paying top dollar for top tier service. I come here when I dont have time to mess around, with a confidence that I know it will be right the first time. I commend this company for keeping business how it should be. Thanks Jim Lind and Crew.

5/8 Originally went here to get a bad engine belt changed that was making noise. They fixed it with no issue. Although, another thing I wanted them to look into was that my AC only worked on the highest two settings. They assumed my blower resistor was going bad. They diagnosed it, replaced the resistor, called me and said everything was good to go. Go there to pick it up today and the AC now works on the lowest two settings, yet it is very very minimal air that is coming out, and there is no difference in air flow between setting one and two. They basically said sorry that’s the best we can do and to sent me on my way $250 later for just swapping out the blower resistor. I honestly never would have had them do the work if I knew it wasn’t going to be fixed correctly since my air already worked on the other settings before. The service managers were very argumentative and did not seem to understand that they had charged me for a service where they did not fully fix the problem. The younger kids that work here have much better customer service than these two older guys and I wish they were the ones that I was working with. I honestly feel a little taken advantage of. Make sure you know what you will be getting charged for before you leave your car with them! Won’t be making that mistake again.

They did the timing belt on my TDI VW. I was thankful and glad they could get it done quick for me. They didn't want to install the coolant heater for me. That bummed me out. I ended up installing that on a weekend. It was quite the project, but it turned out well. The timing belt was a job I wasn't up for so again. I'm thankful... and they charged me a fair rate for it.

The guys here had my truck for a weird noise. They misdiagnosed it (mistakes happen) but owned up to it and went above and beyond to make it right. That is severly missing in today's world. I am extremely impressed with thier quality of work, timely fashion on repairs, and going the extra mile for thier customers. They didnt lose my business because of an accidental misdiagnose, the opposite actually. I will 100% be bringing my truck back for them to work on the future, as well as my wife's, because trust is something we need in mechanics, and the guys at Jim Lind definitely earned my trust. Keep up the good work!

Oof, where do I start? I paid for my shocks and struts to be replaced awhile ago on my truck. Got the truck on a lift today and saw the rear shocks were dry rotted and blown out. The front struts were in good condition so I’m guessing they only replaced the front…even though I paid for both sets. Next, I paid for a diagnostic of my wife’s AC, it was freezing up after an hour of use. There was also the issue of the blend door actuators failing; I provided both actuators and communicated for them to replace both. After the diagnostic, they said it was low on freon and that’s the freezing issue, fair enough. I go on the road trip I needed the AC fixed for, and shock horror, it freezes up 1 hour into the drive (in the summer mind you) and one of the rear actuators completely stopped directing air (weird, it was just replaced). We get to where we were headed and I looked into the boxes they left in the console for the actuators. Turns out they replaced only 1 of the 2 actuators. So on vacation, I replaced the last actuator even though, again… I paid for them to do both. Them not doing both voids the purpose of my visit to their shop for the AC. I got the AC looked again by a different shop and they solved the problem with no issue (the switch was caught open leaving the compressor running when it should’ve been shutting off). Moral of the story, go somewhere else.
