Terrible. Doesn’t get the car clean is the least of the issues. I now have scratches all over my brand new vehicle from the terrible brushes in this wash. Stay away!

The actual car wash is great. But getting through the pay station sucks. They have to find a better way to do sign ups for non member but let members who have already paid get through. The last 3 times I’ve come, it’s taken too long to get through. It’s to the point that being a member isn’t worth this. And a different business that values our time is going to get my money. For additional context, I was waiting in line so long and didn’t move, I had enough time to write a review and not move from the same spot.

It's cool and one of the better car washes. Sometimes they are crowded on the weekends. They have two lines and multiple vacuum stations and vacuums do have good suction.

Because if this place I will probably get rid of my membership. I sat behind someone in line for 20 mins while they signed up a customer or something. They could have him pull out of the way. Both lines were full so I could t move over. HORRIBLE customer service for everyone in line.

Just ok. A few months after this location opened, now the attendants don't even attempt to scrub the vehicle for the middle-tier $20 wash. Vehicle was covered in a pinkish/purple liquid afterwards that I needed to wipe off. People are harangued to join the monthly subscription and the credit card machines are finicky and slow to process resulting in additional delays. The sign up process is done while people behind are forced to wait. Slow, inefficient, and still a dirty vehicle at the end.

I came to get a car wash and was greeted by the team members. Christian came out and saw that I had a pink stain in the front of my car from MY mistake and Christian volunteered his service to help get it off. I wish I had a before-and-after picture of his work. But I was met with generous team members and I was more than happy with my experience with this company. Thank you Jilly’s Car Wash!

Went to this car wash 1/31 and the attendant did not make sure my car was on the track the correct way. Now I keep hearing a weird noise while driving my car. Update: I have to get my brake caliper repaired

Besides the Franklin location, this one is my favorite. I call it big fluffy, the thing that comes down at the end. I wish it went from front to back. This location gets my vehicle drier than the other 2 locations (Franklin is top tier). And the staff is very friendly.

I don’t like the fact that there is no line for unlimited pass paying customers the other day I was on my lunch break and wanted to get a wash real quick but there were two cars that took at least 10 minutes trying to get sign up or payment issues however I had to leave without a wash I hope you guys fix this or I’m gonna have to leave Jillys and find another place that values there customers needs

Went to the Wauwatosa location off of Burliegh. Everyone I encountered was pleasant. I thought joining the club was a great $ deal so I did, which is unusual for me to do, but the value was worth it. The car wash facility is well maintained w/clear directions and easy to find where to drive out or to the vacuum area. The best part is the floor mat room which has upholstery & window wash spray bottles, towels and a sink for you to use. Which means you can clean the inside of your car yourself as much or as little as you wish for the price of a basic wash or one with more features which is an added benefit that the other washes do not have. Yes, some of them do get in your car and vacuum & clean it but in my experience it’s often poorly done. I highly recommend this car wash facility and will stop at other locations when I’m in the area.

I ended up getting the membership when the salesperson verbally told me of a deal that the first three months will be the same amount I would Pay for the car wash that day. The next month came with next recurring bill I get charged more than what they said. I have another person who was told the same deal and signed up for the higher car wash deal verbally but not sure how much they will Get charged after the first month. Since what was verbally marketed and what was actually charged was not consistent, I am unfortunately dissatisfied with the situation and would like the business to be consistent with what they say verbally and what is actually On the plan, maybe a written plan to understand what a customer is signing up for. I typically don’t review something with a low rating but if someone didn’t follow through with what they say they would do such as a 3 month deal with the same low price of a since wash and have no proof in the system of the verbal sales offer, this is very concerning for a business. Other than the issue with unreliable marketing incident, their car wash does the job, they offer wipes and glass spray and surface spray , vacuum, and sometimes free air freshener.

When I first opened my unlimited account, I was double-charged for the first month. I was refunded, but I had to do my own legwork by following up by email and sending a picture of my bank statement to show I was double-charged. Then the car wash itself started removing the protective coating from my car's finish! This was evident by the white lines that peeled off when I wiped them with my hand. I still have a few scratches that show up. I wish this car wash were great, but it is anything but. I don't recommend it if you have a protective coating on your vehicle.

Love this place. I'm an Unlimited Club Member, and am usually happy with the finished job, but the last few times I've been, the buffer roller at the end isn't lowering down, leaving water spots on the car. The vacuums are really nice. I like the floor mat washing station. Fix the buffing roller for a 5 ⭐️ rating. That's all.

Jilly’s has the best wash and the best amenities of any car wash in the city, and the complete harassment you receive while their employees assault you with their sales pitch for the wash subscription isn’t worth any of it. Every time I visit the Wauwatosa location I must say “no thank you” multiple times then made to feel guilty when I do so. I’m just trying to get a wash and go about my day. Not to have someone tell me that they get a bonus for selling subscriptions and I’m taking money away from them.

One of the best car was experiences I have. Affordable prices. Got a good clean for $10. Was greeted by friendly staff. After the wash there is a station for free vacuum , tire air , Matt washer and dryer, window cleaner and inside car cleaner. Facility was clean as well. I def will be going back
